Lage ist ok, leider fußläufig etwas nervig an der Straße lang zu laufen und die Gegend hat uns generell nicht gut gefallen. Wenn man dort zur durchreise ist, ist es aber super.

Es war sehr sauber und hat gut zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Auswahl an 5 Breakfasts (davon eins süß)

Es ist sehr Einfach, aber es reicht.

Trop de moustiques à cause des VMC à l’ancienne. La télé qui fonctionne pas La wifi qui fonctionne pas non plus

Endroit très calme avec petite terrasse très agréable .

Le personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Bien situé en ville et dans un lieu relativement calme.

Rien à dire sur l’établissement. Cependant,attention à la route, il y a beaucoup de circulation et peu ou pas de trottoir. C’est comme ça partout sur l’île.

No toaster. Most places don't open until 10 or 11am for breakfast. Im from Qld Australia so that's like 2pm for me

Le personnel est agréable et réactif. L emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces, des restaurants, du marché, de la plage. Ma chambre, assez petite bénéficiait d une jolie terrasse et d une vue directe sur le jardin et le bassin. L endroit est calme, propre et bien entretenu. La literie est en bon état et le linge bien blanc.

La rue est étroite, mal éclairée et assez dangereuse. Il n y a pas de trottoir et à certaines heures où le trafic est dense, c est un peu compliqué pour les piétons.

Tout était parfait, hôtel idéalement placé.

Après un accueil très chaleureux l’e placement est très calme malgré une route qui passe devant l’entrée les chambres disposent d’une terrasse avec chaise et petite table une jolie déco tout est simple mais très bien agencé petite salle de bain avec douche ,wc lavabo les chambres sont faite chaque jour si on le désire café bouteilles d’eau,linge de plage gracieusement mis à disposition location de voiture ou scooter ,restaurant pour déjeuner ou dîner tout est sur place pour passer un magnifique séjour l’entier du personnel est très à l’écoute et très serviable Je recommande cet établissement pour un séjour magnifique

The hotel is ok, drains smell really bad,there are beach hotels with far nicer rooms for similar prices and no dangerous streets to walk, staff is not very helpful and they did not refund us for a full day even though we gave them 5 day advanced notice

Bonne emplacement, propre et confortable.

Je vous conseil de rien oublier. Après un Check out très tôt car j’avais un avion, j’ai envoyer un message 2h après pour dire que j’avais oublier des vêtements. Plus rien, la personne qui a fait le check out ou le personnel de ménage ne sont pas des personnes de confiance.

Très bien, calme, propre, le petit déjeuner un régal. Je conseille et j’y retournerai..

Дороги до моря нет, вернее она есть, но только узкая проезжая часть, где даже машины с мопедами не помещаются. А когда идут люди, сигналят, ругаются. А другой дороги нет. Хорошо, что дети уже большие. Так что имейте в виду. И до центра далеко очень.

hôtel très bien situé, chambre calme et très propre. Serviette de plage et bouteille d eau à disposition. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et serviable. Petit déjeuner de qualité, c est mon deuxième passage ici. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés..

Ihanan ystävällistä henkilökuntaa, kaikki hoituivat erinomaisesti. Huone sekä miljöö olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Ruoka oli myös todella hyvää! Sijainti tosi hyvä, ei kaukana ravintoloista yms.

Seinänaapurien äänet kuuluivat aika selkeästi.

Es hat uns dort super gefallen ,vor allen Dingen der Garten mit den Kois . Es war wie eine herrliche Oase

Beim Frühstück gab es viele Variationen, die alle gut geschmeckt haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

The atmosphere, the kind staff and comfortable room.

Het appartement was redelijk ruim en de mensen waren ontzettend lief. Het werd elke dag perfect schoongemaakt als je dat aangaf. De mensen waren heel de dag bezig om alles netjes te houden. Wij zijn hier een maand gebleven en zouden dit zeker aanraden!

De eerste avond liep er een kakkerlak door onze kamer. Helaas kwam dit de 2 avonden daarna weer voor. Gelukkig hebben wij hier de rest van de maand geen last meer van gehad!

Leider nicht direkt am Strand bzw ist der Weg zum Strand nicht ideal (man muss auf einer nicht sehr breiten, relativ stark befahrenen Strasse ohne Fußgängerweg zum Strand laufen). Nur ein öffentlicher Strandzugang in der Nähe. Wasser ging nur heiß oder kalt. Warmeinstellung war nicht möglich. Frühstück überteuert für thailändische Verhältnisse und nur westliches Frühstück. Alle anderen Gerichte auf der Karte waren für das Frühstück nicht verfügbar.

Es sind nur 7 min Fußweg zum Strand. Man hat alles wichtige in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ein großer Vorteil für langschläfer weil es bis 14 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Dss Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich.

Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört den Straßenverkehr.

Fue nuestra tercera vez en Koh Samui y nos quedamos 2 meses. La suite que teníamos, era perfecto y cómodo con un balcón amplio. También tienen un restaurante muy rico. Llegas caminando a la playa en 10 minutos. El staff es genial, y los gatitos aún más. Esperamos volver pronto.

Quasi nulla. Puntavo sulla posizione ma in realtà era scomoda poiché si trova in una curva senza visibilità che di sera è impraticabile e pericolosa quindi nonostante stessimo a 10 minuti dal centro ci facevamo riaccompagnare sempre dai taxi. Ma questa è solo una piccolezza in confronto al fatto che le lenzuola fossero quotidianamente sporche o comunque con degli aloni molto visibili. Dalle tubature del bagno arrivava una puzza terrificante e peggio ancora, quando chiudevi la porta della camera lungo il perimetro rimaneva un centimetro di fessure nelle quali si infilavano gechi e insetti oltre al fatto che entrava luce. In bagno il kit cortesia non esisteva, sul lavandino c’era una miserrima saponetta che neppure ti cambiavano. Davvero davvero pessimo

K Poon is excellent host - had many admin things to deal with and k. Poon help me organise in very efficient manner. Staff stay back late to let me into room. All help very much appreciated

January 19 was a haven in paradise. The staff, cleanliness and comfort at this hotel/apartment was amazing. I can not praise the staff and facility enough. Thank you all for a great stay.

It’s such a peaceful property. For the location being so close to the main tourist streets, it’s tucked away in a very quiet and safe area. There is also a a 24/7 supermarket just beside the property. My husband and I loved it! The staff were so kind ❤️

The stove didnt work in our room at all. And please note that the hotel is partially serviced ( i.e there is no intercom in the room and you have to go to reception and get someone and there is no one in the reception at night, only in the day time) Luckily we never really planned to cook so it was alright for us.

The room was modern and the air con appeared to be brand new and cooled the room down very quickly. The shower was also a waterfall shower and of good quality however due to how the shower door is fitted it leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The staff were nice however when it came to check out a number of staff went to inspect the room, with one appearing to stand outside on guard, before the deposit was given back (in full). The accommodation was a 10 minute walk to the beach and approximately 25/30 minutes from the centre.

We booked a garden view but we looked at a wall and a bamboo frame. It’s on a busy street and a dangerous walk to the nearby very very busy area. Our friends from Singapore were able to book with bookings too for 2 nights (we did stay 2 weeks) and we asked for an extension for their booking while arriving at the little resort. Yes all okay and we agreed on a price. After a few days when they came for 2 nights and had to move rooms nothing was as agreed , no room and we had to spend the whole morning to find a hotelroom elsewhere. As it was last minute we had to pay a lot of money. Management was not on site and only apologised for their staff…. It was the same lady who hi promised us the room when we arrived so why didn’t she follow up? Was sick for 4 days after eating breakfast at their place…. You can never tell but ….

- even the location is near busy road but my stay in this hotel still peaceful and quiet with sitting area in garden which I felt very relax and calm. - Plenty of Parking lot near the hotel - also a plenty of cats, Cats lover may like this 😉 - A/C works very well - the room is clean and comfortable - I had Thai milk tea from the hotel’s restaurant and it was so good. - The roti is tasty too :) must try ! - staffs ans owner are nice and kind.

This little boutique style hotel was everything and more. The room was beautifully put together fresh white interior we had a small suite style room with kitchen, sofa, smart TV and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, the immediate surroundings within the hotel is so pretty they have a little fishpond with coy carp, and at night the whole area is lit up with lanterns, they have massage parlour and restaurant on the grounds, we opted for bed and breakfast, the breakfast was lovely. I loved this place it just felt so homely. We stayed 2 nights; we would have certainly extended our stay if we hadn't got plans. Lots of food places nearby, 2 minutes' walk to the boxing stadium, 711 5 minutes away, everything you need is nearby. I would certainly return, excellent value for money. I would just like to thank the staff for their contribution in making our stay so wonderful.

I did ask the staff for an iron, but they didn't have one it wasn't major, but I think an iron within the room would have been good.

Comfortable bed, ceiling fan which is a rare find and allowed us to avoid heavy use of A/C, really nice outdoor garden, friendly staff, very good and fluent communication in writing prior to the stay. Value for money was on a higher end.

Construction work in the neighborhood was causing noise past midnight. This is something temporary and is out of owners control. So bear this in mind.

Small room , but staff gave us an extra chair

Terrible, if I had known beforehand that renovation work was taking place here, I would have booked somewhere else. As if the noisy street in front of the house wasn't enough noise, there was hammering, grinding and drilling all day long. The work was still not over at 9.30 p.m. My complaints were dismissed as nothing. Simply terrible how you are treated as a guest here!!!

A pleasant stay with great facilities and comfy bed! It is near everything and was a nice room.

Beautifully made and maintained space. Very clean with a beautiful garden. Be sure to get a bug repellant for the expected bugs that accompany the garden. They had complimentary breakfast which was very very good with an pleasant time till 2pm. 5-10 minute walk from chaweng beach with multiple 7-eleven around the property.

The bathroom was a bit small and crammed but well ventilated. Shower was amazing though with good pressure and warm weather.

Very small rooms. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures. You have zero space to walk in the room. No cupboards. Very small for even one person.

They provided a lot of amenities (beach towels, mats, drinking water etc). Excellent, friendly staffs. Location also very good, close to SuperCheap that opens 24/7 and 7 minutes to the beach and 12 to Central Samui. Overall very satisfactory stay. Say hello to the cats, Otin and Godzilla. :3

The AC didnt have a Powermode so it took a bit to cool the room. TV Had Netflix but you need your own Account. Also walls do Not have the best Sound proofing but was acceptable.

The rooms were clean

Rooms are extremely small and not at all what is shown in the picture. Two people can barely walk in the room and there is no place to keep/open a single luggage bag.

The location was good being close to the airport. Very nice garden. Bad set up having to walk into a busy road to get to the breakfast room.

The room we were given was very bad, it looked like a garage extension converted into a room. We got no sleep at all. It rained and the sound was unbearable all night. Rain hitting the metal roof and sides loudly from the trees above. We recorded and mentioned in the morning and the owner manager was not interested. I would definitely not recommend the hotel/motel.
