Booking.com online reservation system does not integrate with the hotels reservation system, so upon arrival there was no automatic record of my reservation. Fortunately this was sorted by the hotel as they were quiet and had rooms available

A bit far

The resort had a beautiful, luxurious ambiance and was a lovely place to stay. My room had a stunning view overlooking the entire resort, which I really enjoyed. Although it was quite a long walk from the reception and main entrance, the pool and beach were easy to access.

The receptionist at check-in was polite, but the interaction didn't feel as warm or welcoming as I expected from a resort of this standard. I also had an uncomfortable experience on my final day. I had a late-night flight. I asked about staying at the resort after checking out at 12 PM and was told by the reception that I was welcome to do so and could use the spa facilities. I had also booked a massage that afternoon. After my treatment, the therapist kindly took me towards the spa facilities so I could relax there for a while, but the spa receptionist seemed reluctant to allow this, which made the interaction unnecessarily awkward, especially as I had specifically been told by the reception that I was welcome to use the facilities after checking out.

I didn’t like Sameeh (receptionist) from the beginning of my travel ! Services are really weak & most of the requirements needs pay money even dates 🤪

All the service perfect, the breakfast was amazing.

The buffet in restaurant, the restaurant was not good the prices was very expensive compared with quality of the food.

Everything was great until they checked in a family with a child and baby next to me, very load and noisy early hours of the morning especially for a solo traveler comping on holiday!

What happened to the turn down service ?

The location of the room was too far from lobby. Also, the towels in bathroom were heavily used and the floor in rooms were not vacuumed.

I recently stayed at Hilton Al Bander Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Activity and entertainment is limited

Place, staff and clean... food...

Timing of swimming... they should open early 6 am and close 9 pm... noon time is too hot. It will be helpful the timing and people will have more fun and they will be more tired and they will order more food and drinks so the hotel will earn more.

الخدمات في الفندق سيئة ... اولا التكييف لا يعمل وقد طلبنا عدة مرات اصلاحه ولكن لم يتم ذلك وعانينا من حرارة الغرفة والجو ... اغلب المرافق في الفندق كالمطاعم والمقاهي مغلقه ... لذا كانت قيمة الحجز مرتفعة جدا مقابل الاقامة

I have stayed in the hotel many times, unfortunately my last trip was not good, the facility in bad shape and comfort in low rate the selection of food in the restaurants not good and in the other hand its expensive for a meal

It was first day of Eid holiday , the swimming pool was very boaring ( no music , no cold water , no any activity for kids ... ) Even dinner in this hotel ( should be 5 stars hotel ) but they reduce the menu , no BBQ , few types only ,,,, ) It was better managed by Shangrella but now it is badly manafed by Hilton

TV Remote Availability: Upon check-in, the TV remote was not available in the room. Despite multiple follow-ups (approximately five calls), it was only delivered after 9:00 PM, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Toilet Flush Issue: The toilet flush was not functioning properly at the time of check-in. While it was attended to and repaired the following morning, this issue should ideally have been identified and resolved prior to room allocation. Service Experience (Restaurant Staff): I found the approach of the restaurant staff to be inconsistent and not particularly welcoming. It appeared that the level of service varied across guests, this was disappointing and affected the overall experience.

Dining "hall"

The room has a fungus, and I informed the reception, but they just cleaned the room, and the fungus is still there. I was planning to extend my stay to 3 more days, but my kids started coughing, so I checked out of the hotel.

The beach and the sand are amazingly clean. Beautiful pool next to it and selection of three restaurants for everyone's taste. In the night the illuminated rocks give a special vibe. We will definitely return back. Also the staff was really polite and hosting was on highest level

Excellent resort. All staff helpfull and friendly

Nothing bothered us as such. Except for: We wanted to cancel the last night. It was really hard to get in touch with booking.com. Only correspondence with the resort and because it was booked by 3 rd party they couldn’t help. Eventually we got hold of an agent. She promised to sort it out with the resort, but we didn’t get any feedback up till now. We paid for 4 nights although we cancelled the last one more than 3 days before.

The food felt fairly generic, and several menu items appeared to be repeated across both lunch and dinner. Given that the property is located far from the city with limited dine-out alternatives nearby, the food experience could definitely be improved with more variety and better overall quality.

Very good price for the facility available at the hotel .l booked the king room with full board, which was excellent. The variety of food in the buffet was very good. The amazing thing I have noticed this time is that most of the staff at the reception are Omani, and all of them were ready to help you during your stay. My greatest thanks go to staff at the reception as they changed my room when I informed that my next room is very noise as family with kids staying next my room.

Rooms and Beach are nice

The food at the restaurant and the restaurant were not to the standard. Many incidents of cold food and very very expensive. The food and the restaurant ambience is not worth the money.

Everything was so good, staff are very friendly and helpful ☺️
