Beautiful hotel. Super luxurious and extremely well taken care of. Immaculately clean and staff were very friendly and helpful . We spent our honeymoon there and they really made it very special. The view from the room was amazing and the facilities are exceptional and well maintained. The pool is lovely and the aesthetics are so beautiful. The beds were excellent and comfy. The Nefertari body care products they have are excellent. The food was lovely over breakfast and it tastes like homemade food. We are definitely coming back as this place gave us some great memories.

Mosquitoes can get a bit wild by evening time. More measures need to be taken to combat mosquitoes in the area.

Our room was wonderful, the view was amazing! Nice details like champagne and fruits rounded it up! It was clean and well maintained and we felt super comfy. The palais itself is beautiful and all the staff is super professional, welcoming and polite! The food is super delicious too!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Qualität und Service sind einzigartig. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Jeder Essenswunsch wird erfüllt. Nicht nur das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet: Die Pool Snack Karte ist hervorragend und das Abendessen ein Gedicht. Das gesamte Service des Hotels ist mehr als großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Everything during this visit was just spectacular! The rooms, the vintage and artistic furniture, the food was great and the staff and service were amazing. We felt cared for at all times. Everything was to our absolute satisfaction.

Absolutely breathtaking property with the best staff -- they made this experience amazing! We were visiting from Boston and had an unforgettable time. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the pool is stunning, and the food is delicious. Beach is right in front of property as well. We loved it so much we almost didn’t want to leave the hotel! Everything about this place is pure luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location on the beach was bad there was construction work going on which wasn't mentioned in the site and there were stray cats as my wife is allergic to cats. The view from the room was bad and windows should be bigger to alow more light and more view the chandelier over the bed was out of place completely.

The property resembles an old luxury home converted into a hotel. It has grand open rooms and a personalized decor that is not sterile like in chain hotels. The location is beachfront and private and the facilities are immaculate.

There’s not a lot to dislike about the property. The staff is amazing, there is a spa onsite and a chef (Vincent) who takes the simplest items and makes them taste like it came from the heavens. If I had to say something it would be that it is in a more remote location and away from any action or tourist sites- but I preferred this so it was fine for me.

From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. So calm and the service is exceptional, by far the best one during our stay in Egypt.

The only thing missing was the smoothie we asked twice for breakfast. But the breakfast were still really good so we didn't complain.

Hotel itself was beautiful, the fact there are only 11 rooms make it feel very relaxed and intimate for couples. Food is exceptional particularly breakfast, great spa, staff are very attentive, complimentary daily mini bar is a nice touch as is the free laundry service. it’s not walkable to centre of El Gouna but can easily get a tuk tuk so actually to be out the way a bit is a plus.

I like the theme of the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and kind specially Mr. Mohammed from there front desk and Hussien from the spa.. The concept of breakfast anytime anywhere is phenomenal

I think the facility needs some maintenance the side facade needs painting definitely, wooden floor in the room needs work and some plumbing maintenance like the tap etc

Beautifully done out, staff very attentive, you feel like it’s home, a lot is included for the price, incredible breakfast

A little further away from downtown and the marina; you’ll need to hire a tuk tuk
