Es war eine erholsame Woche im Casa Cook El Gouna. Das Personal - vor allem Germain - ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen :)

I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Germeen for being exceptionally kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. Her hospitality really made the experience even better. I had a great time and will definitely be visiting El Gouna again and choosing Casa Cook for my next stay.

We had an amazing stay and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the team and the genuine hospitality we received. A special thank you to Bakkar at Reception. He was always cheerful, welcoming, extremely helpful, and very quick to respond to any request or question we had. He was always ready to assist us and make sure everything was taken care of. His constant smile, positive attitude, and professionalism gave us such a great impression from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Abdo at the Bar, who was one of the most attentive people throughout our stay. Every time he saw us, he would come over on his own to check if we were comfortable, ask if we needed anything, and make sure we had everything we wanted. We never even had to ask — he was always one step ahead and genuinely cared about our comfort. His kindness and warm personality made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. We would also like to thank Osama at the Restaurant for his excellent service and constant attention. He always welcomed us with a smile, checked on us throughout our meals, and made sure we were happy and comfortable. His friendly and professional attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. And finally, a very special thank you to Chef Mohamed Amr. The food was wonderful, and his attention to quality and detail was evident. What made the experience even more special was his personal attention to us, taking the time to understand our preferences and always making sure we were happy with our meals. He is a talented and professional chef who truly deserves recognition. Bakkar, Abdo, Osama, and Chef Mohamed Amr were genuinely among the highlights of our stay. Their hospitality came from the heart, and we sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes them for the wonderful service they provide. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I had a really good stay at Cook’s Club El Gouna and would definitely come back. What I liked most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Because it is adults-only, it feels relaxed and social at the same time, without being too busy or chaotic. The location is also great and everything around the hotel felt very easy and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed during my stay. The hotel in general was very well maintained and I was happy with the facilities and the value for money. What made the biggest difference for me was the staff. Everyone I spoke to was genuinely friendly and helpful, and it never felt forced. A special thank you to Nour from the service team, who was always very kind and attentive, Ali and Youstina at the front desk for being so helpful throughout my stay, and Mohammed from security, who was always friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience and especially appreciated how comfortable and welcome the staff made me feel. If I visit El Gouna again, Cook’s Club would definitely be one of my first choices.

The hotel has one of the best location right next to downtown. Good for people loving parties and staying up late. The room was cleaned and well arranged thanks to Mohammad Youssef. Well done. We were really disappointed with the room view that was supposed to be lagoon view and we got palm tree hiding the view, the excuse was no availability adding the sink is next to bed and the towels smell weird. The Music on staying till very late . The staff at the breakfast should be more trained for service delivery. It’s an average value for the money .

The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. At the pool, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, such as moving the parasol exactly the way you want it and regularly checking if everything is okay. The restaurant is clean, neat, and hygienic. The chefs are very good and extremely friendly. Chef Boshera and Chef Ashraf in particular prepare delicious food and are always so kind and welcoming. Actually, all the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service was also excellent. Farez is incredibly friendly, works very neatly, and does a great job cleaning the room every day. The security staff at the entrance are very kind, and because of them you genuinely feel safe. The person who brings your luggage to your room and takes care of it on your last day is also very sweet and always willing to help with anything. The pool staff, such as Salem, Ahmed 1, Ahmed 2 and Mohammed Ali are very kind and friendly as well. In fact, everyone is incredibly welcoming. They do everything they can to make sure you have a great and enjoyable stay. They are simply kind and helpful. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a relaxing, fun, and wonderful time. We would definitely come back again! The only downside, in my opinion, is that the staff should be allowed to wear more comfortable and lightweight clothes in the heat. They always wear neat, long clothing, even though it’s really hot. I just wish they could wear something more comfortable and breathable. They deserve to feel comfortable too.

Cooks Club Gouna is a solid pick. service is warm and attentive. They even went the extra mile for a birthday surprise. The rooms are clean, the vibe is laid back, and the location is super convenient. Honestly, a very recommendable spot.

We love Ccoks club so much that we came back two years in a row. The dive centre is staffed by an amazing team who really look after you and their equipment. Everything is flexible so if you decide you don’t want to dive for the next day, you can easily change this. They have their own well-maintained boat short bus, ride away and a boat team are amazing too.

What a great hotel. The food is delicious (we had breakfast and dinner), the pool area and the beach are great for relaxation and the staff is very friendly. Some go above and beyond for their guests. Especially Adel in the evening working at the restaurant, and Peter from the pool bar makes delicious cocktails! The music by the pool was pretty loud in the afternoon, but alright when you chill on the beach.

Our 18-day stay at Cook's Club El Gouna was simply unforgettable. It was our first time visiting El Gouna, and we completely fell in love with this beautiful place. The hotel itself is stunning. It has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful rooms, a lovely swimming pool, and an even more beautiful private beach on the lagoon. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy every moment. What truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff. From the kind gentleman who cleaned our room every day, to the pool attendants who always had our towels ready, to the waiters who worked tirelessly from morning until night to make sure we had everything we needed. The reception team was always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every single member of the staff greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Cook's Club and El Gouna have truly stolen our hearts. Thank you to everyone for making our first visit so special. We will definitely be back!a

I have stayed 1 week at Cook's CLub El Gouna. The hotel and amenities are great. The fact that the hotel also hosts the diving centre Blues Brothers is such a convenience for those looking for an effortless diving holiday. Great breakfast at the hotel, grab 1 last coffee and meet up at the dicing centre 5 minutes later to hup onto a short transfer to the boat. Spend a full day at the boat diving. Return to the hotel, grab a drink at the bar, swim in the nice pool or lay in the sun. Grab diner afterwards and repeat the following day. Great!

Everything was great. The Breakfast was so delicious. The service and decorations are perfect. The sea view is so beautiful but the sea is far away and not good for swimming as it is shallow and the beach has so much mosquitoes. But you have access to Zaytona Beach which was very close by and so beautiful

Amazingly designed property settled in beautiful part of Egypt. Staff was absolutely impeccable.

The food could take a little more attention to detail. Menu is not so large so the focus on quakity could be better. Burger was dry, bun wasn't not great burger bun, it is not very hard to bake a good one. Pasta was basicaly ground tomatoes, no caramelisation, no reduction, just swimming in pasta water. Cocktails very underwhelming as well. Food and drinks are a big part of luxury stays and this was the only let down. Compare to other luxury hotels we usually stay around the world the value just isn't there.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, the staff were unhelpful, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

Enjoyed the stay so much! The vibes were amazing. My favorite was the lagoon, beautiful and so peaceful too! Every request was taken care of as a top priority. Especially Fahd from HSKP, Mirna at the reception, Shafiq helped us book trips catering to exactly what we wanted. Last but not least, never had to lift a finger around Romany, the best Bellman ever!

The hotel service and location were great, just 2 minutes walk form down town EL Gouna. There is dj and indeed a lively atmosphere. Food at breakfast and at the pool wwas delicious.

Where do I even start, I just want to say thank you to everyone at cooks club el gouna. The staff are amazing and they made our trip forever memorable. I’ll start with the reception staff, thank you especially to Ali, your kindness and hospitality is incomparable. You are all amazing at what you do. We celebrated my birthday whilst we were here, they made it very special, they decorated the hotel room and I even got a cute little happy birthday cake. You made me feel very special. The waiting staff also are just incomparable what you do day in day out is amazing and you all go above and beyond for all the guests, thank you for looking after us. Also special shout out to Mustafa and Bishou, they really took care of us, nothing was ever too much you both deserve a raise and endless blessings. The security guards at the entrance were also so lovely and welcoming and always very friendly so thank you. And also thank you to housekeeping you are amazing at what you do ! The food whilst we were here was delectable, I would really recommend the Egyptian bbq the way it’s executed and the thought and planning that goes into it is out of this world, the vibe of that bbq was amazing and the food 10/10 so Mohammed salah you should be so proud of yourself and all of your amazing staff (also that bread that aunty made at the Bbq was the best I’ve ever had in my life, can’t wait to try and make it at home.) And finally to Salam FOCUSS!!! thank you for always bringing the vibes you are truly one in a million, you are a joy to be around and you honestly bring a smile and so much happiness to all the guests you come across, ps don’t lose our ball !! Our expectations in terms of beauty, service and safety where definitely met. The staff is so so welcoming, helpful and sweet, no question is to much and they always have a smile on their face. I felt right at home and comfortable. There was a wide variety of food options, on the morning buffet as well as a la carte. The hotel offers excursions and trips but also has some water activities on the lagoon at the hotel itself. This was overall a great stay and I am more than happy with my choice to stay at Cooks Club!

I went for 7days with my friend. We had a beautiful twin room closer to the restaurant end. Room was spotless and beautiful. Housekeeping was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and lots to choose from. The beds around the pool are so comfy and pool staff always happy to move the umbrellas when you need some shade. Pool Beds in the are a great idea. Dj plays great music and the water down at beach is so peaceful as never anyone in there! A short 5 minute walk to downtown has so many beautiful restaurants to Choose from in the evening all very reasonable. We got a tuk tuk to the Smokery beach club that you get free entry to if you show your room key which is a must! Also went to the marina that has more lively bars too. Tuk tuk was 50egp per trip. Most relaxing holiday I have ever had!
