We had a wonderful stay at NOŪS Santorini. The whole hotel has a very calm, peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, even in the evenings, which made it incredibly relaxing. Our room was spectacular, and the private pool was absolutely dreamy. The main pool is also huge and beautifully designed, with very pleasant surrounding areas that make it a lovely place to spend time during the day. Breakfast was fantastic, with excellent quality and plenty of choice. We also really appreciated the lunch box the hotel prepared for us because we had to leave during the night — a very thoughtful touch. We had a small issue involving a dinner that had been charged twice, but the hotel dealt with it promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful hotel with excellent facilities and a very high standard of service. We truly hope to return one day, as Santorini has stayed in our hearts.

There was, however, one incident at the restaurant that we did not appreciate. On one evening, after dinner, the waiter insisted that we pay in cash because the card machine was not working. That was not a problem for us. However, when we asked for a receipt or proof of payment, we were told that the machine used to issue receipts was also not working. We found this quite unusual for a hotel of this category, particularly as no alternative proof of payment was provided. When we checked out, the same dinner appeared on our bill again as unpaid, together with a signed receipt that had clearly not been signed by us. Fortunately, the hotel handled the matter promptly and resolved it satisfactorily, which we really appreciated. For that reason, we believe the hotel management should be attentive to this type of behaviour from individual staff members, as situations like this can create unnecessary doubt and are not consistent with the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Extremely beautiful location and infrastructure. Spa was absolutely fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and beyond helpful and proactive to provide us with the perfect locations for our experience. The rooms were lovely and it felt like it was a secluded stay. Not a single flaw. The private pool area was perfect too.

Nous avons adoré la grandeur et le confort de notre chambre avec balcon. Les lieux sont décorés avec style, l'ambiance est zen. La piscine était extra, imitant la mer, adaptée pour les plus jeunes autant que pour faire de la nage en longueur. Les gens qui y travaillent sont professionnels et aidant. Ils ont été très attentionnés lors de notre départ en nous préparant un petit déjeuner pour emporter à l'aéroport.

Best customer service ever

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful and scenic with a view of the ocean and the pool together and only 6 minutes away from the airport. Very nice hotel staff with every staff member we encountered committed to helping us in our stay. My favourite was the check-in process specially, very smooth and the staff member checking us in was very helpful in planning an itinerary for the duration of our stay. He informed us about the history of the island as-well as nearby attractions. Food as-well very nice, our family is vegetarian so there was more than enough options to accommodate us.

Housekeeping do slack a little bit, for our stay specifically (2nights) they didn’t come at all so we were lacking on towels, however it’s not a huge problem as if you call the reception, I’m sure they would’ve been more than happy to assist you if you encounter the same problem.

The best 5-star resort in Santorini. They upgraded us to private pool suite with Amex Fine hotel benefits. The pool is perfect size with warm water made our stay fabulous. This staffs in hotel are all friendly and the room is spotless clean. The bed super comfy. Variety breakfast is a bonus. Dinner is also delicious. Location is very convenient and only 2 min walk to bus stop to Fira. Only 5 min to airport. Definitely come back and strongly recommend.

There's a lot to love about this hotel. I would likely stay here again for a night or two if I'm back in Santorini and most likely I will return to Santorini since I only got one day in Santorini. First the hotel is very modern and if you love modern design, you will love it. My husband totally loved it, but I thought it was too modern. Rooms beautiful and the pool area is well appointed with a table and chairs as well as two very comfortable loungers. It was late Sept so it was chilly to use the pool. The hotel is quite large and there's a lot of ground to cover if the suite is far from the main area. The main pool is large and gorgeous. There's not that much of a view and that's regretful. My hotel suite was the corner suite with a view of a parking lot to the right. Thankfully, it wasn't a busy parking lot. If I were to have stayed there for a few days, I would definitely have asked for a different room. The bed was very comfortable and I think it was California king size. We slept very well. The highlights of the hotel were the breakfast buffet, ample pool area and the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was quite expansive and if you are a breakfast person, you would love it. However, there's no made to order station. The food at the restaurant was very good and innovative. We would have ordered more but the waiter said the portions were big but obviously he has not seen portion sizes in the US. Definitely take advantage of the restaurant if you can. The miss was the spa. I had high expectations based on the look of the hotel, but it's not like a typical high end luxury resort spa. A tiny locker room, no hair dryer nor amenities, one shower, no robe, no jacuzzi, and the saunas are co-ed. I didn't book a massage because I just didn't have the time, but based on the facility, I'm glad that I didn't get one. It would be a great resort to spend a full day in if it wasn't for the mediocre spa experience. I have to say though the hot and steam saunas are pretty hot and very clean. I chose this hotel because it is so close to the airport, but the trip far was still 40 euros despite the fact that the trip was little over than 5 mins. You can pay exorbitant cab fare to go everywhere, but there's a bus stop to Fira which is not far from the hotel. The only negative is that the road is very busy and there's not much of a sidewalk. We did take a bus to Fira and back and we managed it just fine. Just note that the bus sign to Fira is a paper that's stapled onto a tree trunk right front of the laundromat next to Carrefour. The bus fare is 2 euros/pp so even though we could afford the cab, 80 euros on RT cab ride seemed too much considering Fira was less than 10 minutes away. The bus also seemed to be filled with tourists too. I liked that there were local supermarkets right by the hotel and restaurants and shops for locals. So if you want to be away from busy tourist areas, looking for great service and comfortable stay, this hotel would be a great option.

NOUS Santorini is a little slice of heaven on earth, just a few minutes from the main airport. There are views of both the sea and the mountains from various spots around the hotel grounds, which are beautifully designed and pristine. Every element of the hotel, from the rooms and food to the spa and facilities, was exceptional. Of course, that's only half the story. The other half is the quality of the staff, all of whom were professional, respectful, and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Special mention must go to the spa, with brilliantly friendly and talented staff. I had a massage from Clio, which was the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. In fact, it was so good I rebooked for the next day. There was also a gym, which I used daily. It was well equipped, clean, and cool, perfect for exercising on hot days. If you are looking for one special place to visit, then this has to be on your list.

It is a decent hotel but you expect more for the price given that it is away from main tourist areas of the island. Service is ok and not friendly.

The hotel was stunning. The water feature as you walk in, the main pool was a great size, the room was perfect & the private pool was idillic.

Just finishing our first trip to Santorini. It was hard to know what and where to book a hotel with what we learned are over 1000 hotels to choose from. Websites and images can be misleading so we went with a Marriott affiliated property, Nous Santorini. Just 10 minutes from the airport, the hotel is a sprawling, low rise property filled with villas. At just 2 or 3 years old the property is in as new condition. Our room. a suite with a private pool was tasteful with many decorative and finish touches. Our check in with Vasiliki was unhurried and informative. The front desk staff took care of booking our reservations and car service while here. The on site restaurants were really, surprisingly good. Not what you expect from a hotel. With a crazy good pastry chef on site, the breakfasts were wicked indulgent. Noemie and restaurant staff took excellent care of us. General Manager Vaios was present and engaging with guests. The whole staff echo's his attention to detail and caring. The property is high up with some water views. What it lacks in the cliff side views it makes up for with the spacious facility and location removed from the crowds. Our days were spent on seaside and landside tours, so end of the day back at the hotel. We didn't feel we were giving anything up. Originally while we were trying to just avoid a disappointment, we uncovered a real gem at Nous Santorini.

Le design très soigné de l’hôtel ; l’emplacement au centre de l’île, parfait pour rayonner, la proximité de Thira tout en évitant l’agitation, le cœur de village authentique ; suite avec piscine privée très confortable et design très réussi, le personnel agréable et discret, le spa magnifique.

Nous is an absolutely AMAZING property. The service level is a 10/10! I have been to countless properties around the world and this hotel is at the top for the level of service all of the staff give. I booked with FHR and am a Titanium Elite Marriott Convoy member. I was given an upgrade to one of their highest room categories with a private pool. It was a special event and the staff ensured it was magical. They even delivered a complimentary cake to our room. Above and beyond would be an understatement for the level of service at Nous. The hotel is located a less than a 5 min walk from the local bus stop that connects to Fira with about a 10 min ride.

Bellissima piscina e struttura, ottima pulizia (sia spazi comuni che della stanza), staff super disponibile. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere le spiagge che per Thira e Oia. Abbiamo mangiato anche presso la struttura e si mangia molto bene.

Beautiful structure in a central location, very convenient for easily reaching the whole island. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the SPA area is perfect and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nous! Breakfast was amazing, among the best resort hotel breakfasts in recent memory. The care and interest of the owner/management team is evident throughout with Dennis at check in, Kostas at the pool and the pool manager on duty delivering outstanding service. The room was spacious, villa-like, and very romantic. For recommendations for improvement, although the spa facilities are excellent I think the spa experience fell short of 5-star with a rushed entry and exit and no welcome drink or after treatment care (like tea or fruit) that you will find at most luxury hotels. I also thought the pool area, while stunningly beautiful, would benefit from more shaded areas (like an awning or bali beds or wider umbrellas) for dining and reclining in the hot Santorini sun. I would definitely go back and recommend the Nous to others!

A beautiful resort, lovely spacious rooms, great food, great spa, gym and really lovely staff who were truly a pleasure to speak to. I was especially impressed with how they dealt with feedback over the massage I had. They offered me a complimentary massage in place without me requesting. They wrote to me on WhatsApp in advance of our arrival and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

We only stayed here for one night on our way to another greek island but the hotel is excellent. Very stylish with a huge pool and a great place to spend the day. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was superb. Our daughter loved the pool as its not too deep. Will definitely be back to spend some more time at this hotel in the future.

As a large hotel, a little soul-less, but that’s more about our taste than the hotel itself.

De vriendelijkheid van de GM die iedereen die hij kruist vriendelijk groet. Het infinity-zwembad is prachtig en omgeven van een mooi terras en tuin. De volledige accomadatie was kraakproper. We werder zeer vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. De setting van het binnen- en buitenrestaurant zijn zeer mooi.

Enige minpuntjes waren het lange wachten (25min) op de bagage in de kamer na onze aankomst en een 5-sterren hotel zou kwalitatiever WC-papier kunnen gebruiken. Sommige van de personeelsleden van het restaurant missen aan ervaring om proffessioneel op niveau te bedienen.

La chambre est très confortable , déjeuner incroyable bon, piscine merveilleuse surtout avec des jeunes enfants et un service incroyable !

We had a lovely time at this resort! The ambience is absolutely amazing with a massive main pool along with a very luxurious spa that has lots of amenities, like sauna, steam room, and a cold plunge. We also really appreciate it that we were able to get an upgrade as we were celebrating our honeymoon and got a massive room with a huge private pool in the backyard along with lots of space. The staff is also very accommodating and was super helpful to communicate with via WhatsApp. We were able to book transfers to from the port, along with many restaurant reservations, and other accommodations through the concierge. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch with lots of options and really delicious pastries, and other premium items. The coffee here was also really good. We are really sad to leave this resort and hope to be back. It was one of our favorite experiences on our entire trip.

I stayed at NOŪS Santorini for a week in August with my husband and teenage daughter. It was a fairly last minute trip after our initial holiday plans had to be changed due to a family wedding. We weren’t sure what to expect and I had reservations as to how genuine the reviews were. Well we were wrong as the hotel really is excellent. From check in to check out we had a great week. The hotel is quite outlying and Messaria itself isn’t scenic and more of a working town than a resort but the hotel is well placed for several resorts and we divided our evenings between Fira and Kamari ( we used mysantorini.com taxi service and it was $25 euros each way to both resorts and $30 to the airport if you book directly with them) NOŪS has quite a minimalist feel and the public areas and rooms are simple and modern as opposed to opulent or luxurious but having been fortunate to stay in some of the top 5* hotel chains in the world, NOŪS holds its own in terms of service. Every staff member we encountered from housekeeping to the spa team were exemplary. Most evenings we had cocktails at the bar before heading out - again excellent and the breakfasts were well presented and fresh. A particular stand out member of staff was Naomie who always had a smile on her face. If you’re looking for a peaceful week of relaxation then don’t hesitate to book. What a stunning hotel! It’s architecturally very impressive, pool is huge and the rooms are very well appointed. With my fab Byredo products! Slight minor issue with a light in our room turning on randomly during the evening each night! But overall would highly recommend. Excellent service and wonderful breakfast.

Gorgeous, beautifully designed resort that offers a peaceful escape from Santorini's crowded hotspots. Our room was comfortably large with a stunning double-shower bathroom and a wonderfully sized private patio, hidden in the resort's lush gardens. The resort features a truly amazing pool area (I believe it's the largest pool in the island) that never felt like it was too crowded. Breakfast was deliciously rich and varied. Staff was always friendly, with the whatsapp concierge service being a helpful tool in making restaurant arrangements across the island. I highly recommend using the spa area and booking a massage or treatment: the sauna, steam room and cold plunge were great, the indoor-outdoor spa pool was very peaceful and my massage was an absolute treat! The resort's restaurant ("Elio's") was quite pleasant and had a delectable menu. The resort is only a 5-10 minute drive from Fira as well as from the airport (don't worry, fly-over planes were not an issue at all), which makes it an excellent base for getting around the island, especially when renting a car. We'd definitely consider returning to Noūs on our next visit to Santorini.

In slightly windy conditions, the pool umbrellas needed to stay closed. On an island where winds are not rare, I'm sure the hotel can find more wind-resistant umbrella solutions to keep the guests safe from over-exposure to the summer sun.

We just returned from this stunning hotel, I never write reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. If you thinking of booked just do it , the staff are amazing, nothing is too much bother for them , the hotel is like a work of art absolutely stunning. Rooms spacious & really well thought out & the breakfasts just first class. The whole experience of this hotel was second to none , I do like a "nice hotel " but ive been spolit with nous I doute meny will compare in the future it was so lovely. The spa is exceptional & a must do ,again the staff there so helpful & Friendly Aris was amazing made it his business to make you feel comfortable & give you any information you needed. I will definitely be back in the future, sooner rather than later i hope .

I had the pleasure of meeting Aristidis Barouxakis, the Spa & Fitness Manager, during my visit — and I have to say, it was one of the highlights of my experience. From the moment we started talking, it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate he is about health, wellness, and biohacking. He took the time to share valuable insights about nutrition and how to optimize overall well-being in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, Aristidis was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely accommodating — he made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made a huge difference in my visit. If you get the chance to speak with him, do it. You’ll walk away with more than just spa services — you’ll leave feeling inspired to take better care of yourself.

Me and my couple had an relaxing and peaceful experience in this place. Since we arrived, we felt completely well treated by the people who work there. We did a couple’s massage in the same room, with candle experiencie, and it was the perfect way to relax and disconnect. A special thanks to Aristeidis, who guided us through the entire experience, he was so kindness and professional. He made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of us. And he also gave me tips of welness!! After the massage, we had dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel, Elios, an italian one, and was super super good as well!! I will defenetily recommend this experencie for your last day in Santorini, to finish your holiday in the best way.

It is slightly far away from other areas, so ended up having a steep taxi bill.

Simply amazing. I stayed 4 nights in July in this hotel with my son and daughter and it is fabulous. It’s 4 minutes from the airport and as soon as I turned in the bellman came to the car and told us he will take the luggage to our room and the woman from the front desk came to the car and welcomed us and took us to the desk for registration. The only glitch here is that I was told that I have to pay 130 euros for extra person because apparently the rate is for 2 people. I am a lifetime platinum elite Marriott member and I usually never had to do that. Nonetheless the staff is amazing and cordial and the service is immaculate. The room is spacious and has a private pool. The housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is excellent and I have to praise the waiter Naomi who went really above and beyond with a big smile. Because my flight was early had to leave before the restaurant is open they had breakfast boxes for us. The main pool is also beautiful. I had a car that enabled me to move around but maybe the hotel can run a shuttle to Fira and oia I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Santorini.

I absolutely loved my prime balcony room. (My little home). I was there on a wellbeing retreat and the spa and wellness facilities were excellent. Aristidis Barouxakis, the Spa and Fitness Manager went above and beyond during our wellness sessions and gave me huge encouragement to use what I had learnt going forward. More than just to relax and unwind on holiday. I learnt a great deal and I’m hugely grateful for his vast knowledge, patience, encouragement and his kindness. Travelling alone can have its moments but he was very welcoming and friendly and gave me some good local knowledge! He has some fantastic therapists working with him too.

We stayed in a private pool suite and everything about the room was wonderful. Very spacious and loved the contemporary decor which was just to our taste. Pool was a decent size and nice to have the privacy to relax in your own space. We did spend our check-out day using the main hotel pool and it was also great. It’s massive - I believe it’s the largest pool in Santorini. There is loads of space round the pool and lots of loungers. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, which we really liked as it was nice and chilled out and we had plenty of room to ourselves. The whole hotel is beautiful with a very serene atmosphere. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Really liked that you could contact them on WhatsApp for anything you need. Breakfast was fantastic, has everything you could ever desire including good vegetarian options. Ordering the chocolate cake at dinner is an absolute must - you won’t regret it!

Initially, we were really disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options at dinner (only really one option and we were staying a few nights), but the restaurant staff were very helpful and made it right - so a negative became a positive! Was really impressed with this level of customer service.
