Przepiękny kameralny hotel. Apartamenty przestronne, czyste, z pełni wyposażoną kuchnią jeśli chce się gotować - jeśli nie to można zamówić pyszne śniadania do pokoju lub coś z dostępnego menu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko lotniska i praktycznie w centrum wyspy, dzięki czemu z łatwością można zwiedzić każdą jej część. My korzystaliśmy z komunikacji miejskiej - w pobliżu jest przystanek i można w dobrej cenie dojechać wszędzie. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Przy zameldowaniu opowiedział nam o wyspie, jak się po niej poruszać, gdzie zjeść w greckim stylu i z jakich atrakcji można skorzystać i polecam posłuchać bo rekomendacje okazały się super. Bardzo polecam!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, beautifully build and maintained, even the location is great, where you feel safe and private. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and cooked in house. On top of that, the BEST part is the owner of the place. So friendly and nice, he arranged everything we needed. Thank you for everything, to our new friend Panos.

Tout était parfait. Les chambres sont immenses, propres et très confortables. La décoration est magnifique tout comme les extérieurs. L’espace piscine est bien équipé avec une belle piscine, transats et parasols. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et nous a permis de découvrir des spécialités grecques.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié. Mise à part cela tout était parfait

La résidence est neuve avec une décoration de charme, les appartements sont très bien équipés, peignoirs, serviettes de piscine, chaussons rien ne manquait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Et l’emplacement de la résidence est central à Santorin cela permet de visiter facilement toute l’île en voiture. Gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid van het personeel, iedere ochtend vers ontbijt, heerlijk privézwembad bij het appartement en fraai algemeen zwembad, volledig ingericht appartement met wasmachine, oven, magnetron en vaatwasser, overal horren en hordeuren. Op de laatste ochtend zouden vóór het ontbijt vertrekken. De avond van tevoren werd er een groot dienblad bezorgd met alvast een ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend.

Er zijn maar 4 parkeerplaatsen voor alle appartementen tesamen.

Nous sommes partis en famille à 5. L emplacement du lieu est au calme et à mi chemin du nord comme du sud de Santorin. Très serviable, à l écoute des clients. Le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins, différents à chaque fois ,et copieux. Je recommande.

Tout était parfait, juste petit détail, que les WC ne soit pas séparé de la salle de bain, surtout lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Et le jus d orange du petit déjeuner n étant pas du vrai. Sinon rien à redire.

We absolutely loved it here! Was perfect. Houses perfect! Everything you need and interiors gorgeous. The pool is like a spa. So peaceful. Panos and Dimitris so super helpful. Couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely be back. Recommendations for trips and restaurants were fabulous.

Nothing! Was PERFRCT!

The property is as pictured, everything was clean and neat. It’s modern but with greek style. The sunbeds are super comfortable! The kitchenette is small but functional. The beds are comfortable and clean as to be expected, the breakfast rotated daily, and they were accommodating to my requests. Super Stay! The family are super, give lots of information on what to do and where to go where needed. We really loved the location, close to airport, but also it is in a town that is a little less touristy meaning it’s quieter, and you have lots of shops, supermarkets, butchers, etc that are used by locals and this is great 😊 getting around by foot in the town is easy. And then trips to other tourist locations are easy via a small car or moped that you can rent via the hotels contacts at a good price.

These are not complaints just small notes ; we genuinely loved our stay! There isn’t enough sunbeds for everyone. At the start of our stay this was not an issue at all as the group of guests staying were hardly around the pool but the new guests that came all loved to lay around the pool from dawn until dusk which meant finding a sunbed by the pool impossible for the last few days of the trip. It is a bit of pot luck to the experience you get. Breakfast comes at 8.45 earliest we are early birds so it did mean we were often waiting around for food. Cleaners come in quite late so the breakfast tray does sit around in your room a while.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Todo está cuidado al detalle. Habitaciones amplias con piscina privada, cocina, aire acondicionado. Las camas súper cómodas y el ambiente super tranquilo. A menos de 20 minutos en coche de todos los lugares de interés como Oia, Fira... La estancia ha sido un 10 de 10.

In 1 woord ...WAUW!! Wij hadden een vroege vlucht en kwamen rond 11h al aan in Aval All Suite. Onmiddellijk ontvangen met open armen door Panos en zijn zoon. Hij neemt de tijd om je alles uit te leggen, wat te doen op het eiland, waar je lekker kan eten, enz. We konden direct in onze kamer. Hij regelde een auto aan de accomodatie voor een hele week. Alles wat je nodig had kon je vragen en steeds met een lach. De locatie is top, je ligt net in het midden van het eiland en het verste rijden is 25 minuten. De units zijn prachtig en het ontbijt is heel lekker en met griekse tinten.

Panos und Dimitrios sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Sie erfüllten uns alle Wünsche und zwar prompt. Der von Ihnen organisierte Helikopterflug wird uns in ewiger Erinnerung bleiben. Weiter so! Das AVAL All Suite Hotel werden wir sehr gern weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour inoubliable, en grande partie grâce à Panos ! Dès notre arrivée, Panos a été d’une aide précieuse et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Il a pris le temps de comprendre nos envies et d’organiser notre séjour dans les moindres détails : location de voiture, sélection des restaurants, itinéraires de visites… Rien n’était laissé au hasard. Grâce à ses conseils avisés, nous avons découvert des adresses authentiques et des endroits que nous n’aurions jamais trouvés seuls. Chaque journée était parfaitement rythmée, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de la région sans stress ni improvisation. L’hôtel est magnifique. Nous étions au calme et parfaitement situés pour découvrir l’île. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, copieux et varié chaque jour 😋 Un grand merci à Panos pour sa disponibilité, son enthousiasme et sa générosité. C’est le genre d’accueil qui fait toute la différence et qui donne vraiment envie de revenir. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

L’heure du petit déjeuner servis exclusivement en chambre un peu tard pour nous( 9h) Nous aurions apprécié de partir plus tôt et profiter de la fraîcheur du matin pour les visites.

Prachtig centrale plek om fijn te genieten van het mooie Santorini. Een heerlijke plek met zeer comfortabele studios en een fijn groot zwembad om heerlijk bij te komen van een dag in de zon. De gastheer is zeer gastvrij en neemt alle tijd om over santorini te praten, met veel leuke tips!

Breakfast was really good, and huge! We were unable to finish it !! Location was quite nice, it's in the middle of the island. Everything is doable using public transportation. Staff was amazing, they gave us really good advices and ideas on how to plan our trip the best possible way !

Nada, el desyuno podia llevar algo de leche tanto de vaca como vegetal y algo más de proteína y fruta , eso implica q fuera malo solo q me faltó eso. Faltaría q te expliquen un poco de información de los horarios y servicios De la Villa , aunque entiendo q podías preguntar sin problemas . El personal es amable.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno meraviglioso in questa splendida struttura in occasione del suo compleanno, ed è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto! Con nostra grandissima sorpresa, ci hanno fatto un upgrade alla suite familiare: spaziosa, elegante e dotata di una piscina privata. È stato come avere un piccolo angolo di paradiso tutto per noi. La colazione era abbondante, varia e con prodotti freschi: ogni mattina era un piacere iniziare la giornata così! Inoltre, la pulizia degli ambienti era impeccabile. La posizione poi è perfetta: a soli 7 minuti da Fira, 4 minuti dall’aeroporto e circa 15 minuti dal porto. Comodissima anche per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola senza stress. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, che rappresenta alla perfezione il vero significato di ospitalità: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza, facendoci sentire non semplici clienti, ma ospiti davvero speciali. Non è scontato! Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’esperienza perfetta a Santorini. Del tutto oltre le mie aspettative❤️

La struttura era accogliente e pulita. Le stanze erano molto grandi e l’idromassaggio privato ha reso tutto più magico. Panos è stato super accogliente e di grande aiuto con l’organizzazione del soggiorno (cibo, spostamenti, luoghi da visitare, …).

The property is clean and beautifully decorated. Feels very relaxing! It’s out of the centre but all the buses come through here and they’re €2 each way which was much cheaper than taxis. Although AVAL have a taxi service they use which was super easy and cheaper than uber. Also the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was bliss and delicious!

The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been if we had some sun loungers in our room by our private pool.

The breakfast spread was wonderful and was served promptly every morning. The owner also told us the food offered for room service is cooked using his own family recipes - which is why it is so tasty! The room was massive, clean, and I especially liked the large shower.

The hotel is close to the airport, but a bit further out from the main shopping areas.

Tout confort, spacieux, commode, agréable, propre et bien situé. Juste pensez a appuyer sur le bouton du tableau électrique pour activer l eau chaude avant la douche. Je recommande.

We had a lovely stay at AVAL Hotel, the staff were wonderful and helpful. The localization of hotel is perfect, in a quiet, calm area but also great located - not far from popular places like Fira or Kamari. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and variable everyday. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who’s deciding to visit Santorini :)

Everything. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we returned this year. The owner and Son who run the place are helpful but not intrusive. They will organise airport transfers, hire cars and restaurant bookings. Quiet, well-maintained accommodation with a huge breakfast delivered each morning.

For us this was best accommodation in Santorini. Great location, very nice and cozy apartment and owner is really great. They help us rent a car and also they gave us so many good recommendations about island. This is not our last stay here.

Der Rezeptionist hat sich bei der Ankunft sehr viel Zeit genommen, um uns die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Insel nahe zu bringen. Außerdem hat er ein Auto organisiert, das innerhalb einer Stunde an der Unterkunft war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wird jeden Morgen ins Zimmer geliefert.

Die Lage und das Hotel sind sehr ruhig. Wer das mag ist hier richtig.

Beautiful clean apartment with all things needed. Staff are very friendly and I recommend to book your trips / transport with them. Amazing stay. Short walk to supermarket and a couple of restaurants too.

Location close to the airport and other points of interest on the island. Very friendly host, we were able to check in earlier, you can leave your luggage in advance. We asked for extra breakfast and didn't pay anything, including details and recommendations for visiting the island, car rental. Absolutely everything wonderful! Thank you to the staff!

We would have liked the private pool to be heated, especially in the evening, otherwise it was absolutely fine during the day.

It was a beautiful villa and in a quiet location with a 10 min walk to the main area of the restaurants and supermarkets . Felt safe as it is gated with only those who stay have access. Staff very friendly and very helpful. If we needed anything from trips to car rentals or taxis they sorted for us. We had an amazing experience.

Kendi sitesinde bile 12 yaş altı konaklama mümkün değil iken bizim konaklamamızda ikiz yaklaşık 3 yaşında çocuklar vardı. Kahvaltısı sadece İngiliz usulü Yunanistan ın kendine özgü kahvaltısının olmasını tercih ederdim. Son günümüzde sular kesikti duş alma ihtiyacımız olmasına rağmen öylece kaldık. Para performans oteli değil idi. Ödediğim rakamlarda deniz gören daha lüks konaklama yerleri olduğunu keşfettim.

Niezwykle uprzejma i ciepła obsługa. Do tego cisza i spokój, bez zbędnego nadęcia - idealnie aby odpocząć we dwójke lub w grupie znajomych. Do tego duży pokój, śniadanie do pokoju oraz prywatny basen - niczego nie brakowało. Sklepy 5 minut na piechotę - dobra lokalizacja.

Jedyne do czego mogę się przyczepić to ceny na barze (ale nie było to problemem bo nikt nie miał problemu o konsumpcje własnych napojów przy wspolnym basenie) oraz mała różnorodność śniadania.

The place is gorgeous ,

however the drainage in the shower was blocked and it made showering really unpleasant. I was really excited to get to use their hot tub but I couldn’t because it was extremely dirty

The property was very clean and as per shown in the pictures. Location was good as pretty central to most attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a surprise element every day. The host Panos and Dimitris were extremely helpful and friendly and took the trouble to sit down and plan our itinerary as well as give recommendations in addition to help with booking cars and trips

Nothing really. Everything was great. Location needs a car though as around there are some restaurants and super markets but to Fira and Oia etc u need a car

Everything was perfect! The pictures showed a small cozy room but it turned out to be a spacious mini apartment, very clean and comfortable! The place is relaxing and quiet, perfect if you look for tranquillity. It's beautiful, especially at night! The pool was the perfect temperature and the staff has been AMAZING, they booked and managed our transfer and requests perfectly. They even let us stay some hours more by moving is to another room! Breakfast was served in the room, they asked us what time we wanted it and it came with both salty and sweet food. It was sooo good! The hot tub in the balcony was the best part. It was our anniversary and this hotel made it magical. We'll definitely come back!! È stato tutto perfetto! Le foto mostravano una camera carina, ma piccola. Invece ci siamo trovati un mini appartamento davvero spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort! Il posto è molto rilassante e silenzioso, perfetto se si cerca tranquillità. È bellissimo soprattutto di sera e la piscina è della temperatura perfetta! Lo staff è davvero gentile, ci hanno addirittura permesso di allungare il soggiorno di qualche ora spostandoci in un'altra camera. Hanno organizzato alla perfezione tutti i nostri transfer e soddisfatto ogni richiesta. La colazione è stata servita in camera e ci è stato chiesto a che ora la volessimo. Il cibo era tantissimo, sia salato che dolce, e ci è piaciuto moltissimo! La jacuzzi riscaldata in terrazzo è stata meravigliosa. Era il nostro anniversario, e questo hotel l'ha reso magico. Torneremo presto!!

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. il titolare della struttura e lo staff sono molto cortesi, amichevoli e professionali. La nostra stanza (Suite Deluxe con Vasca Idromassaggio) era molto bella e divisa in zona giorno al primo piano (con ampio terrazzo sull'interno della struttura e piscina) e zona notte al secondo piano (con altro terrazzo panoramico + vasca idromassaggio). Il letto era molto comodo. Ottima l'aria condizionata su entrambi i piani. La colazione è eccezionale e viene portata direttamente in stanza in un orario di propria preferenza compreso tra le 8:30 e 9:30.

Non mi vengono in mente cose negative. L'unico appunto è un piccolo disguido che abbiamo avuto con la compagnia di noleggio scooter raccomandata dalla struttura. E' comunque intervenuto il titolare ed è stato risolto prontamente il problema.

Aval is a beautiful place to stay, made even more special by the father and son who own and run it, Pavlos and Dimitris. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble, making our stay in Santorini truly memorable. The accommodation is spotless and modern, and the breakfast delivered to our room each morning added such a lovely touch. Ask Pavlos or Dimitris to make you an Aval Aperol Spritz, there is a little healthy competition who makes the best one ;))

Magnifique établissement, accueil et conseils au Top ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'établissement Aval all suite, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et toutes nos demandes ont été comblées, nous avons bénéficié de très bons conseils pour visiter l'ile selon en fonction de nos envies. Notre suite était parfaite et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et gargantuesque servi sur votre terrasse ! L'emplacement central est idéal pour visiter l'ile et un moyen de transport est nécessaire.

Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais l'établissement de dispose pas de vue sur mer ou autre.

Everything about our stay was simply amazing! The place is run by a wonderful father and son duo who were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. They shared so many great tips and insights about what to see and do during our stay including clever, budget-friendly suggestions on how and when to visit the most beautiful spots also those ones that are not very well known from travel catalogues. I can’t recommend enough to listen to their advice: thanks to them, our entire trip was unforgettable. It wasn’t just Santorini’s magic that made this experience perfect; it was also these two hosts who introduced us to hidden gems, fantastic yet affordable restaurants with breathtaking views, and made us feel so at home. The accommodation itself is stunning – spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos, if not better. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality before. I truly wish them many more years of success running this amazing place!

Centrally located on the island, the villas and entire complex were stunning — from the gorgeous curved architecture, to the fully equipped kitchenette and our very own private pool, everything was perfect. And Panos gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do and where to dine, and we followed every one of them — each experience was unforgettable and truly made our trip.
