Peach Hill Resort - SHA Extra Plus

Lovely hotel. Great location in Kata beach. We loved the restaurant A Picnic and a Blanket which was a very easy stroll from the resort. Unfortunately there was noisy construction work across the road but the staff kindly moved us to the other side of the resort which was so kind and a much better experience.

There is a steep hill which can be a bit exhausting to climb but on the plus side it was good for our fitness.

I think this Hotel is doing good because of staff name Mr. Gavrav.

Lady staff at the reception was a manager who was not kind and humble towards guest and asking for money deposit for everything like extra bedsheet, pillow or even electrical adopter for charging. only the reason I stayed at this Hotel Because of MR. Gavrav who was very kind and helpful. 2. No information before confirming booking about 3000 Baht security deposit. 3. Guest asked for water bottle at the reception on checkout but they send us to hotel attached to get the filter water dispenser. 4. Its expensive if you compare with other similar hotel in the area.

Staff were extremely friendly and check in counter was very nice and helpful. Overall the room was very nice and modern. However the facilities are abit outdated, namely the pool and breakfast. But other than that great value for money.

I was much more than satisfied with the hotel. The room was very well equipped even with beachware like slippers, beach bag beach towels, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and I appreciated very much that they helped without expecting a tip. At the reception they were always kind and helpful, the man in charge of taxis organized a very nice city tour for me. The breakfast was gorgeous, and the swimming pools are very pleasant. I enjoyed the tropical plants in the resort very much. The view over the sea was magnificent as the resort is located on a hill. For me it was a pleasant walk down to the beach and up, but there is a regular bus service available between the hotel and the beach.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at The Hill Beach Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to Kata Beach, restaurants, and the town center. Everything was convenient and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Don't get a room above the lobby. Hotel being built across the road. Noise ++ for next 12 months. Rooms up by restaurant would be fine.

I need my money back didn’t been in this hotel they are very bad and rude the room was disgusting location I need 2 cars to drop me off to rush and to come down need the same I they play with us put me inside room when. Called them to pick me up they said we don’t have driver

The property is a cozy stay at a very good location. The staff is very helpful. We would like to specially thank Vishu for assisting us with the extension of our stay and providing us with the best options suiting our wishes. He gave us good options and deals that helped us in deciding the extended stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend it for a long stay as this is right in the center of both Kata and Karon beaches as well as the main market of Kata.

There could be some room service like providing cutlery etc in the room rather than just being able to order from their restaurant. Some toiletries like body lotion etc would be a nice addition.

Absolutely amazing place to stay.

The walk up and down the hill to the place. There are shuttles if your patient to wait during the day but late evening and early morning ex0ect to walk up and down a steep slope.

We had a water leak from the airconditioning, they send someone to clean up water in the room, but a suitcase got wet and ruined some important things. As the men left they didn’t say anything and we stayed in the same room. Though the receptionist was very helpfull about it during check out.

Location and breakfast was good

The first room had a strong urine smell near the bed. The staff sent a cleaner who simply wiped the floor with a slightly damp cloth (no proper cleaning products) and sprayed some air freshener. Unsurprisingly, this did not solve the problem. On top of that, there were ants in the bathroom, in the room, and even on the table. The staff said they would clean the room properly, but all that happened was someone swept the floor and wiped it again with a damp cloth. Of course, the ants were still there. At first, the staff refused to give us another room. Only after a long argument did they agree to move us. The second room also had ants. The third one — same issue. Only the fourth room was finally free of both ants and the urine smell. The only staff member who was actually helpful was a guy from India — he immediately understood the situation and managed to resolve it. If you ignore these issues, the rooms themselves are okay. However, the soundproofing is basically nonexistent — you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. There are also very loud cicadas, although they don’t bother much at night. You're not expecting this from a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property. Also, the bungalow area constantly smells like sewage. It’s hard to imagine staying there at all.

Находится чуть на высоте для пожилых не подойдет иногда нам тоже был трудно с вещами продуктами подниматься по лестнице на номер

Första rummet var förfärligt, gick ej att spola, duschen svämmade över, luktade unket.. Bygge utanför.. dålig förståelse från receptionen, ej acceptabelt att behöva tjata..Fully booked fick jag höra men efter två nätters tjat fick vi mkt bättre rum. Alla trappor upp till andra rummet, var sämre bara. Vissa av personalen var väldigt otrevliga tyvärr.

The settings of the hotel were really nice. Close to all the shops and beach. They did regular transport to the beach throughout the day.

It was on a Hill, hence the name. That wasn't ideal but the transport to the beach was helpful. The pools needed a good clean. Not sure if the filters were working but there were lots of bits in all the pools. It didn't seem like it was because they couldn't keep on top of it but more because they weren't doing it on a regular basis. We just ended up going to the beach instead, which was a shame because the settings at the hotel were lovely.

Housekeeping was terrible. Never emptied the bin or replaced the toilet paper. Stole cash the kids didn't put in the safe. Bottom pool smelt like sewage and the climb up hill to breakfast was terrible

Beautiful tranquil hotel set amongst a lush garden. Our deluxe bungalow was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Awesome location.

The hotel is fine, nice, and clean, however not a value for money for sure

If someone has even slight movement problem, I would like to warn them. The location in extremely uncomfortable to climb everytime you come out. Even when you enter to the property, you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach your room. I booked it for 3 days but got pain from so much uncomfortable walks. The pool closes by 7 pm and they don’t even allow you to sit and have your drinks. They took 2k BHT for security which none other hotels in Thailand took it from us. Overall, I feel the hotel is quite overpriced and uncomfortable.

The food of the restaurants could improve. You focus on too many cuisines and the dishes are not awesome.

Limited breakfast with no alternative milk so would need to get that from a local shop.

Quite old hotel. Full of mold and dust. Over priced comparing to the hotels around. I arrived at 6pm, got finally to the room at 8.30pm. Registration process and looking for a decent room took a while. Staff is friendly more or less.

Hotel ad una breve passeggiata da Kata Beach, raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi. L'hotel offre servizio navetta, anche se ad orari limitati.

le foto delle piscine ingannano un pò, sembrano più grandi, quando in realtà sono medio/piccole. Buona la colazione, anche se avrei apprezzato più dolce o comunque non tanto cibo orientale, visto che la clientela è prevalentemente europea. Farei qualcosa anche per le tantissime mosche, che non ti lasciano in pace mentre si fa colazione. Le stanze hanno odore di umidità, si potrebbe migliorare anche la pulizia.

Das Einzige, was uns gefallen hat war, dass es recht grün auf der Anlage war. ALLES andere war leider seh schlecht, heruntergekommen und sehr sehr laut.

Das aller schlimmste war die Lautstärke im gesamten Hotel. Zum einen gab es eine enorme Lautstärke von der Straße zum anderen konnte man alles hören, was sich auf dem Hotelflur abgespielt hat, Türen, Klingeln, Gespräche. Einfach alles. Wir waren drei Nächte vor Ort und konnten nicht eine Nacht vernünftig schlafen. Wir haben sogar das Zimmer gewechselt, leider ohne Besserung… Es war leider ganz ganz schlimm und absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

We got a free upgrade so we were lucky to stay in a suite. Room was very nice and clean.

Wij hadden ivm onze baby een kamer bij het nieuwe gedeelte, een voordeel daarvan was dat wij binnen enkele minuten zo de winkelstraat inliepen! Op een paar minuten afstand is ook een geweldige night market met heerlijk eten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk! Je het meerdere zwembaden en bij elk zwembad kun je drankjes en eten bestellen.

Het is een resort met heel veel trappen. Als je niet goed te been bent is het wellicht wat lastiger om overal te komen (afhankelijk waar je verblijft op het park). Je kunt wel altijd de receptie bellen die je met een karretje ergens naartoe brengen. De schoonmaak kwam ook soms pas heel laat.

Kokta äggen var alltid gröna, mycket var fokuserat på varma rätter ( thailändska) skulle finnas mer mejeriprodukter och fler pålägg som vi i Skandinavien uppskattar

Communication with the staff was difficult (language barrier, misunderstandings). The room we got was different from the one booked. It was down a hill very hard for my mother to go up, staff did not help to get her up either.

The location was really good. You just have to be able to climb a short steep hill. Only a short distance to the beach, Kata town centre, and Karon beach., yet still far enough away for it to be quiet at night.

Très bien placé, nous avions les bungalows très propres, avec jacuzzi, grande douche, bonne literie , très bon séjour.

The resort is at a great location, 5mins to Kata beach, and 10mins to Karon beach - easily reachable by foot. There are plenty of restaurants, massage salons, and any other shops you would need within walking distance. It's a lively neighbourhood, yet you can relax. The breakfast had a great variety of choice. Staff was very helpful!

We were expecting something more renovated based on the pictures. The room and the part of the hotel we were staying in was quite old, but fairly maintained. Some small details we didn't like were the lack of proper reading lights in the room, no place to hang our towels in the bathroom, and the A/C was very loud, which was quite bothering during the night. During breakfast, for some reason party music mixes were put on from 8 in the morning... We told the staff once that it was not very pleasant, and they took the volume down. It would have been nice to just enjoy the view and the sound of nature, no need for extra noise :)

החדר בבניין החדש שממוקם על כביש ראשי היה לנו מאוד נח. גם בחדר עצמו היה נח וגם הקרבה . בבניין בלוסום נהננו מארוחת בוקר עם גישה לבריכה שהיה לנו כיף להעביר שם את הזמן. שאטל שלוקח מהבניין התחתון לארוחת בוקר זמין כל הזמן. צוות נחמד מאוד

ארוחת בוקר לא מיוחדת. פשוטה עם דברים בסיסיים . לא מצאתי מה לתת לתינוק שלי חוץ מפירות.

La chambre familiale était moderne et très spacieuse. C était un véritable appartement. Cette partie de l hôtel est accessible par Kata et évite d avoir à monter la pente donc ultra pratique.
