Otel konumundan, temizliğine, kahvaltısına her şeyiyle çok iyidi. Konumu muhteşem, Kata Plajı'na sadece 3 - 4 dakikalık mesafede, plaja en yakın otel burası. Kata Plajı diğer plajlara göre daha az dalgalı ve daha yüzülebilir. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve tatları güzeldi. Havuzu beğendik, havlular temizdi. Otel tertemiz, rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir yer. Otelin karşısında 7-Eleven, hemen yakınlarında gece pazarı var. Gece pazarında güzel yemekler var. OZO Otel'i herkese tavsiye ederim, 10 numara yer.

الصدمة بالغرف كانت صغيره مره اخذت غرفتين والواقع خيب الامال حاولت فيهم اخذ غرف اكبر او سويت لانرمعي اطفالي ثلاثه والسعر مبالغ فيه وبالنسبه للبحر مو مطل للبحر غير تطلع من المنتجع وتروح مشي للبحر دقيقتين وغير تستاجر كراسي على البحر بكل مره تروح له بالصور غير وبالحقيقه غير الخروج عندهم بالوقت زودوني نص ساعه بالموت والاقناع واكتشف في ناس تخرج الساعه 2 وثلاثه وناقشتهم يقول انه حسب موقعه الحجز مصرح له كذا طبعا مافي موقع يقول تخرج الساعه3 او 2 الظهر بس انها صارت قدامي وهذا ردهم لي بعيد شوي عن الاماكن الحيويه ماتوقع ارجع له مره ثانيه في فنادق افضل بكثير منه

Heel fijn, ruim opgezet hotel met ruime kamers en mooie, moderne en schone badkamers. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en betrokken; niets is te veel gevraagd. Er zijn drie zwembaden, waaronder een kinderbad met glijbaan, een leuke kids room en een fijne pool towel service. De locatie kan echt niet beter: midden in Kata, het strand direct achter het hotel, de night market aan de andere kant en een 7-Eleven en heel veel restaurants voor de deur.

Eigenlijk heel weinig. We waren zo tevreden dat we ons verblijf uiteindelijk hebben verlengd van één naar vijf nachten.

Very spacious rooms, really well designed for families. The pool slide is great and the beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast has a large variety and the quality is consistently good.

The pool area needs someone actually supervising it. Guests walk straight from the pool to the breakfast area in swimwear. People bring food to the pool even though it isn’t allowed: when it’s left unattended the birds get into it and make a real mess. A bit of enforcement would fix both.

החדרים צפופים מאוד קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת שהתכנון שלו ממש לקוי, כשהדלת פתוחה לא ניתן לעבור לשירותים ומקלחת, חייב לסגור את הדלת ואז לעבור, כשעוברים בין החדרים גם חייב לסגור את הדלת קודם, לעבור ואז לפתוח. בנוסף הניקיון דורש שיפור ניכר בחדרים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה לא מעבר

We did not stay long enough to properly experience the hotel and its facilities, so I cannot fairly comment on them.

The rooms are quite small. During our stay, there was intensive construction and road work directly outside the hotel, causing significant and continuous noise that seriously affected our stay. The hotel was completely full, and the alternative room offered to us was on the entrance level. Since the lobby is open and the room was exposed to the street and lobby area, it was not a suitable solution to the noise problem. We ultimately decided to leave the hotel and move to another hotel at our own expense.

המלון ממוקם מול שוק מלא בדוכנים , מול המלון סבן אילבן , במרחק נסיעה קצר מאומגות sky, קילבנו חדרים עם דלת מקשרתמה שהקל על השהייה עם הילדים. ארוחת בוקר מלאה ומגווונת!

החדרים קטנים מאוד, קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת לאחר לילה ששהינו במלןן, תכנון החדר לקוי ממש, ברגע שפותחים את הדלת זה חוסם את כל המעבר למקלחת, בשביל לעבור צריך לסגור את הדלת , גם הגישה לחדר השני ממש לא נוחה. גם רמת הניקיון בחדר הייתה בינונית.

מתחם בריכה מעולה כולל מגלשה. מים נעימים ונקיים ובריכה ענקית עם צוות מגבות זמין. שירות נעים וצבעוני מצוות הלובי. מיקום מוצלח באזור שוקק חיים בקאטה.

לובי לא ממוזג. חדרים מעט קטנים ולא ניתם לנעול חדר שירותים/מקלחת.

The hotel was clean and well located. Surrounded by shops, cafes, services and night markets. Rooms are clean and with a good space. Facilities and swimming pools were enjoyable for all. Helpful staff. Good breakfast served.

ארוחת בוקר היתה בסדר, היה מבחר גדול אבל הדברים לא מאוד טעימים

מיקום מעולה בלב קאטה, בקירבת מסעדות מקומיות, שוק אוכל וחוף ים מקסים. צוות המלון שירותי ביותר, יוצא מגדרו להנעים את השהייה במלון.

בקצרה - מצוין. פגז לפירוט - מיקום פצצה רק בגלל המיקום אפשר לסגור 5-6 לילות ולהישאר שם לא לזוז מהבלוק. סבן אילבן ושוק קאטה מעבר לכביש , מבחר מסאזים ומסעדות מעבר לכביש. לוקיישן 100/100. חוף ים במרחק 5 דק הליכה עם דוכנים בזיל לזול כיף חיים. לקחנו חדר סוויטה בתוספת קטנה למחיר היה שווה כל שקל אם מסתדר לכם בתקציב המלצה חמה.

נקודות החולשה - ארוחת בוקר סבבה לגמרי. יש טובות ומפוארות ממנה. מבחינת קידס קלאב והתאמה לילדים - נחמד לא רע יש טובים מהמלון הזה

الفطور قليل وصغير ولا يستوعب جميع نزلاء الفندق وليس بالمستوى المطلوب الفندق بعيد عن الشاطى (لاتستطيع ترك اولادك يذهبون بمفردهم بسبب البعد ووجود شارع مزحوم بالسيارات وعند البحر لايوجد كراسي خاصه بالفندق لازم تستاجر كل مره تروح للبحر ) خدمة الغرف سيئه وغير نظيفه عادي تدخل الفندق وتحصل الصابون السايل الجداري فاضي الطاولات عليها شعر من النزلاء اللي قبل او من خدمة الغرف والكنبات عليها بقع مااتوقع اني ارجع له مره اخرى

מלון שמתאים למשפחות פחות לזוגות. מיקום מעולה, ממול סבן אילבן, שוק, מסעדות ועוד ועם זאת בתוך המלון שקט. , מלון חמוד, צוות הקבלה מאוד שירותי וקשוב, בריכה כייפית, יש יציאה לחוף ים יפה מהכניסה האחורית למלון. 3 דקות הליכה.

לא אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר, היא פונקציונאלית לחלוטין, שום סטייל או פינוק אין גם הושבה או התייחסות לאורח, לא מציעים לך קפה.

The Ozo Phuket was an amazing hotel to stay at! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants time to unwind in a great, relaxing and clean environment. First of all the location is right on Kata beach, and just behind the pool at Ozo is a gate that opens to a small path leading to the beautiful beach. The rooms we were in (interconnecting) were not too crowded and the view was beauitful out onto the hotel with some plants. The bathroom was very spacious. The shower was a great temperature and had nice pressure. The mattresses were lovely and comfortable and upon request we received more doonas and pillows as we were slightly cold at night which was great, they were brought up immediately. The beautiful buffet breakfast offered at the Ozo was magnificent. Everything was incedibly hygeinicly prepared to ensure no one would get sick. All the kitchen staff and wait staff were just so attentive and were always working incredibly hard. I would like to mention that one member of our family was gluten free and after the first morning in which I asked for some gluten free items (stored in the kitchen) the days following the staff recognised me and brought me gf bread immediately (without me even asking!!). This felt especially thoughtful for this option to be not only included by handled so professionally. The egg station offered beautifully cooked omelets and a range of other eggs that were delightful and of such good quality. And arriving to discover the beautiful daily juices was also so nice. The staff at breakfast always made sure plates and glasses were cleared effieiciently at all times. They even included a whole section dedicated to children which had plastic cutlery, plates, bowls etc and low benches for easy access. The childrens food had great age appropriate options ( such as french toast, cereals, diferent milks, pastries etc) which also lied close to the fruit bar allowing for that option for the kids also. The cleaning staff who cleaned both the hotel surrounds and the rooms went above and beyond. At one point we had a pile of clothes on the floor and when we arrived back to our room not only had the beds been made, towels replaced and amenities restored but they had folded up the clothes and layed them neatly on the desk, which was just so caring and shows how the cleaning staff go above and beyond. The cleaning staff also were so friendly offering a thai greeting upon arriving on the floor which was very sweet. The reception staff, in particular Naan and Milk, were so incredibly helpful, and all the staff we spoke to at reception had excellent english which made communication about room cleaning times, transfer organisation and payment methods seamless. The hotel offered a few simple activities which was nice (each day around 4:30/5:00pm, sometimes at 10am), there was Thai boxing, yoga and aqua aerobics which alternated. These activities were lead by hotel staff and were a nice addition. If you choose to boo inflatables the pool staff inflate them for you which was awesome! The main pool was a nice temperature, however on the warmer days we would have liked it to be a few degrees cooler, to have a more refreshing feel to it. The kids side of the pool included a volleyball net, playground water zone, water slide (which was even fun for the teens and adults!!!) and rock climbing wall. The pool chairs were comfortable and lied under shady umbrellas. The bar drinks were not a stand out and were relatively pricey, however one or two afternoons we did enjoy some cocktails and mocktails by the pool. Lastly, the hotel offers a 10% discount at a lovely italian restraunt a minute down the road (Prego) which was very nice and we ate at twice during our stay (Prego's bring out a free bread, olives and dips as an appetizer and offer a range of gluten free options when dining in). One afternoon the Prego staff came to the Ozo hotel and handed out tiramisu and pizza to the guests at the pool which was so lovely to get a taste of what they offered. Overall the Ozo Phuket allowed for a relaxing and stress-free holiday as a family and was nestled on the main street which allowed for viewing of the Night Market and a range of surrounding restraunt options for dinner and lunch. Thanks to everyone at Ozo for our stay!!!

Overall for 4 days 3 nights is very outstanding, my kids love it. Definitely will come again and stay at ozo hotel phuket.

We found Ozo Phuket through reviews, so I'm giving back. This is a great hotel for families, in an unbelievably convenient location. The open-air reception lobby is well-staffed and the staff were super welcoming when we arrived after a long flight from Australia. My son was travel sick and they showed kindness by prioritising his care before proceeding with check-in formalities. From the outset, this hotel has a positive, colourful, warm vibe. The staff are authentically courteous, friendly and welcoming. Their English is impressive and a quick, friendly check-in set the tone for a great 5 night stay. We booked an interconnecting family room, which had a king bed in 1 room, and twin beds in the other. Both rooms had separate mini fridges, immaculate bathrooms each, and a bottle of water per person. Whilst absolutely spotless and modern in their simplicity, the rooms are fairly basic (no phone, no room service, no mini hotel toiletries - although we did get an iron from reception no trouble). The breakfast buffet selection was impressive (more than our next 5 star high-end resort we stayed at) and there was nothing else we could have wished for - although it was a little overcrowded and busy during our stay, but that happens anywhere. The 2 pools were larger than expected, clean, with a large fun water slide and kids play area in one pool, water volleyball, and plenty of large clean beach towels. We had no trouble finding somewhere to sit under an umbrella, even though the resort was clearly busy. Guests didn't seem to 'hold' sun loungers like they do at other resorts. The gardens are large, well-maintained, and lush. Walking past the pools, there is a secure gate (use your room card) that provides access to beautiful Kata beach, only 2 mins walk down a quiet side road. Directly across the road from the main open-air lobby (not even 30 seconds away) there are an abundance of money exchange booths (no fee, no commission, all with publicly displayed exchange rates - that are better than the airport). There's a 7-11, a well-stocked pharmacy, an abundance of massage and nail shops, fresh fruit shops, souvenir shops - everything right outside the hotel lobby. Our best find was the "Kata Walking Street Market" - a thai food heaven, open from lunch until late evening. There must be over 50 food stalls, all selling delicious drinks, cocktails, street food, desserts, full seafood meals.....anything you could wish for. We are fussy Aussies, and we happily ate at the various tables at the stalls every evening. Honestly, you couldn't ask for more food, with friendlier smiles, 1 minute from your hotel door. Super handy when there is only 1 small restaurant within the resort itself. We will definitely return to the Ozo at Kata Beach the next time we're in Phuket. Thanks to the amazing staff, with their warm smiles, for making our family's stay perfect.

We loved our stay at OZO Phuket. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the pool was great for our family. The hotel location was excellent and made everything easy. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

1-الغرفة بدون تهوية والرطوبة عالية 2-من الوصول تاخرو في اجراءات الدخول وانتظرنا اكثر من 40 دقيقة بالحر 3- المفارش كلها بقع وطلبت تغييرها( التأخير كان لتجهيز الغرفة!) 4- الفوط مهترأة وبها ثقوب 5- سلة المهملات كلها صدأ 6- رائحة مجاري مزعجة من احد حمامات الغرفة 7- الافطار دون المستوى وتركيزه على الاسيوين رز ورامن ونودلز ولا تجد اجبان او خيارات افطار عالمية 8- كاسات بلاستيك كلها علامات وواضح انها قديمة جدا ، لا يستطيع اي كائن طبيعي ان يستخدمها 9-اكيد هذا سبب وجود خيار واحد للدفع عشان تدفع كامل المبلغ وتضطر تجلس فيه

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was varied and offered a great selection. The gym was convenient and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a supermarket and pharmacy right across the street. However, it is quite far from Patong and the main nightlife and entertainment areas. The hotel has direct access to the beach but there is no designated area with sun loungers or chairs for hotel guests. The breakfast was good and varied overall, although the selection of cheeses was limited

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Aunque no es un resort, lo parece por sus instalaciones: varias piscinas (incluida una infantil y otra principal muy amplia), jardines muy cuidados, zonas de descanso y una agradable cafetería, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero están muy bien equipadas y resultan muy cómodas. Disponen de nevera, secador de pelo y cada día reponen botellas de agua de cortesía. Además, si lo necesitas, puedes solicitar sin coste artículos como tabla de planchar, plancha o kit de costura, un detalle que se agradece. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a resolver cualquier incidencia con rapidez, preocupándose en todo momento por que la estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Desde la zona de la piscina hay una salida trasera que te deja prácticamente junto a la playa. Además, dispone de un grifo para quitarse la arena de los pies antes de volver al hotel, un detalle muy práctico. En las zonas comunes también hay baños, duchas y consignas, lo que hace mucho más cómoda la estancia. La ubicación es excelente: justo enfrente hay una farmacia, un 7-Eleven, varios salones de masajes, puestos de fruta, numerosas tiendas y el mercado nocturno con una gran variedad de restaurantes. Sin duda, es un hotel muy recomendable tanto por sus instalaciones como por su comodidad y ubicación.

Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que sería muy útil que en el desayuno todos los alimentos estuvieran correctamente identificados con sus ingredientes o alérgenos. En nuestro caso viajábamos con un niño celíaco y, aunque el personal fue siempre muy amable e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos, se notaba que no contaban con suficiente formación sobre alergias alimentarias. Para las familias con este tipo de necesidades, disponer de una señalización clara de los alimentos puede ser un factor decisivo a la hora de elegir un hotel. Como detalle menor, el Wi-Fi podría mejorar un poco. Cada vez que regresábamos al hotel teníamos que volver a conectarnos a la red, lo que resultaba algo incómodo, aunque no fue un problema importante durante nuestra estancia.

المكان مناسب جدا للعوائل واغلب القاطنين بالفندق عوائل والسعر معهم ارخص من بوكينج الموظفون ودودون وبالاخص kla, naan , nafia تعاونوا معي بشكل كبير

الغرفة العائلية التي بها سرير طابقين كانت اصغر من المتوقع وقمت بتغييرها الى استديو العزل بين الغرف ليش بالجيد احيانا ممر الغرف به ريحة

Чистый ,ухоженный отель. Персонал выше всяких похвал , не хотелось уезжать. В отеле интересная,стилистика ,все цвета радуют глаз. Отличный бассейн. Хороший завтрак. До моря 3 минуты.

Номер стандарт на 3 чел ,3 место для ребенка кушетка ,не очень удобно .

This is our second stay at OZO, and have recommended to friends visiting Kata Beach. One of the best international breakfast buffets around. Staff is very helpful and work hard to keep the facilities clean and organized. Makes for a relaxing stay in Phuket.

breakfast spread is ok, food tends to be salty and sweet. the food flavour not fantastic. The fruits and salad section are good. the juices are nice too

The room toilet always let out bad smell after using. the smell stays on and its very unpleasant. This is really bad. shower area drainage is bad, keep flooding the sink area design is horrible and water keeps coming up and flood the sink area the shower door opening is designed badly, and kept pushing the towel away. can easily slip when step out of shower

המיקום מושלם ממש מול שוק הלילה והליכה קצרה מאוד לחוף. הבריכה מהממת, השירות נדיר וארוחת הבוקר מעולה ומגוונת. המיטות סופר נוחות לא רצינן לצאת מהמיטה. היינו משפחה בחגיגות יום הולדת וממש נהנינו.

The pool facilities were great for both adults and children, also a gate for access to the beach was very handy. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, which really does make such a difference to your stay. A lovely lady who worked in the restaurant, called Yong if I remember rightly kindly gave our little boy a toy digger. She also gave us some info on places our son would enjoy visiting. The location is the biggest seller, directly opposite a 7 eleven, food markets, restaurants and close to the beach.

The rooms are too small for families, we upgraded to a deluxe king which essentially paid for a balcony. Bigger rooms come at a cost, but given this is a family hotel I would expect more space as a bare minimum. Storage space was also a problem, a wardrobe and a couple of shelves in the wall is not enough space. Bedside tables with storage would have been helpful. The daily room cleaning was not amazing, when we first arrived we immediately noticed sand on our feet and this was the case for the full week. We noticed just 2 days before leaving that there was a flyer advising bed sheets would only be washed if asked, this is the first I’ve ever heard of this so came as a shock. Lastly, the prices in the restaurant were extortionate compared to outside the hotel. They ask that you do not take outside food into the hotel, if that’s the case they need to be more competitive.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was great. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was huge and tastey. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Merlyn who was so pleasant! The resort is minutes from the beach and across the street from a nice night market.

The hotel was a very good and excellent stay. very good MERLYN !

Уборка, хотелось бы более тщательную уборку,а не просто подмести пол. Сантехника всегда была грязная,душевую не трогали никогда. Полотенца и белье с пятнами.

Не понравился номер без балкона и даже возможности открыть окно. Чувствуешь себя как в клетке. Две недели очень тяжело жить в таком номере, поменять на другой номер с доплатой нам не смогли, всё было занято
