The room was roomy and clean. Location was good and not in the busy area. Staff were friendly and informative, when asked. Overall it was a good experience. Hughly recommended.

Breakfast menu and it's quality can still be improved.

Beach is nice to sightseeing but not really for swimming. Warm, comfortable and blessing to see the sea in front of the my room. My room is nice, neat, no bad smelly but the channel of television need to be repaired because no clear to see. I was so thankful because my room near to beach and swimming pool. Breakfast is just nice. The 'Mee Goreng' for first round is good but finish earlier because full house guests. 'Mee Goreng' for second round is too oily and salty. All around, foods of breakfast just suitable for my appetite.

Too many stray dogs at in front of the beach. Muslims guests is not comfortable because the dogs used to move a around and looking for foods.

Lokasi - Just lokasi. (Membelakangi pantai they said..& yes it is true..but it's the only 'like' about the hotel.) Nothing else.

Review bagus so clix & datang dgn very high expectation. Hotel nampak gah tapi sayang,penjagaannya kurang. Seperti hotel 80an. Lift nya ohh myyy. Kalaulah tourists luar nampak-malunyaa. (Apa perasaan the boses/management ya?..since PortDickson tu kawasan pelancungan.) Bilik agak besar tapi sgt usang & berbau. Bau usang" yg hampir setengah jam airCon dibuka(sliding door dibuka supaya bau tersebut keluar)baru baunya hilang . Very3 bad 1st impression. Basic room,basic toilet,basic bed(bantal keras😵‍💫)dgn facility lama. Welcome @2 bottle 'drinking water " bukan mineralWater ya..ha2. Small,old refrigerator(sedihhh) 1 pack(only) 3in1-kopi murah . Presentation-gagal terok. No one at swimming pool utk towel changes so need to bring room towel. Call line reception, cant get trough. Perlu call goggle/Hotel number to get the reception line (ohh my) .Menunggu lama,towel tak dihantar.Call x ke 2 ,baru housekeeper nya dtg. Very bad service. Baca rating about 'NasiLemak sedap",so clix with breakfast "..EndUp-very basic breakfast. Not worth it..at all. Telur nasi lemak dah ada grey surface@yolk@telurRebus lama. Kopi murah sangat..ohh myyy.. Within the price, they should do much3 better than that. Turn off betul. Checkout time - stuck 5min sebab the door chain lock stuck. Hampir call reception but setelah baca2 sikit,baru ok..Scarryyyy.. Very3 poor management. Untuk repeat - Never. Recommended - theHell 'No'

The beach very clean and beautiful especially scenery of sunset.

The gate to beach only open 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. If the hotel could open at night...it is more value and the visitor will more comfortable. But it is with access card or guard at the gate.

beach not clean, many outsiders were allowed to come and use the beach for a fee, Guests were not allowed to use the pool after 7, breakfast was really limited and when we went down at 9.30 the food was finished.

Located near the beach with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, even though the selection was not extensive. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The water pressure was quite low, and the Wi-Fi connection was also slow. These are areas that could be improved. The beach was clean, but there were quite a lot of stray dogs around.

Pkease maintain the building and keep it clean. The breakfast was very bad and flies everywhere. The cococrunch and honeystar is of the lowest quality. The bread was not fresh. The place was not clean as well. The pillows and bed are also too worn out.

*Pool hours..they should extend it al least until 9pm at own risk and adult supervision..🏖 *Management should change the light colour in the room cause its seems so dime and yellowish..please make it brighther and more inviting. *Please place security at the front and at the back of the hotel area cause can see outsider come in at the back and using the hotel facilities such as wash area, toilet and event the swimming pools! (.i know cause my dotter ask the kids stay at which floor rooms but the kids say they dont stay at the hotel just come to picnic behind the hotel😏) need more elert on this matter✌️ the rest Akar Beach Resort is the BEST!!!💙

Great view, because we can see beach from our balcony. Room is spacious and we could bring whole family to stay in. Toiletries provided as total pax. We got private beach too and the view are amazing.

Dekat sangat dengan pantai belakang sahaja jalan kaki .kolam pun oke.

Sarapan pagi menu dia sikit sangat Peti ais macam tak ada guna letak kalau tidak Sejuk Bilik kecil kalau ambil 2 single bed.kalau bilik lain xtahu tapi kalau sama juga kecil erm kurng menarik Bantai ada yang keras Lantai dkt kolam bayank tahi burung tkt belum lagi masuk kolam dah ada orng pijak.

location very strategic. inside hotel has pool & backyard has beach. very convenient for family with kids.

Good value for money. The beach is the best beach so far we experienced in Port Dickson. Definitely will repeat for the beach.

Evrithing. Family friendly resort. One of my favourite resort at PD.

Lift only one and sometime always full. So we prefer lower floor and use stair.

It was peaceful and quiet…just what I wanted. And all staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding’s were clean and fresh too.

Sometimes my room didn’t have hot water. And the pool area is locked up a bit too early 7pm.

the only thing i like about this hotel is the location. just in front of the beautiful beach side of PD. room is spacious room is clean, water heater works well.

The bed and pillow is not comfy. the pillow is super hard i got neck pain the next day. only give 1 pillow per bed (even cheaper hotel will provide 2. extra pillow got charge 5ringgit. Breakfast was very basic. have to wait for them to topup nasi lemak.

So far ok je tempat tidur selesa shja sy ok janji boleh tidur ada bilik air kemas dan selesa, kalau hiasan bilik tak memuaskan atau lain2 tahla hahaha sbb biasa je.. sebab mmg percutian bajet. your room condition is so poor, like a motel Impossible this hotel has no budget to renvoate as it has been operating for so long. price is expensive please upgrade your rooms, bed, water heater shower, the mattress and pillow is so lousy. very frustrating indeed. with this price i am paying I can go to a better hotel

Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich absolut nicht empfehlen – es war eine durchgehend schlechte Erfahrung, eine absolute Katastrophe. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlte man sich überhaupt nicht willkommen: kein Lächeln, kein „schön, dass Sie da sind“. Stattdessen gab es direkt Probleme – das WLAN funktionierte nicht richtig (ständige Fehlermeldung wegen falschem Passwort), und allgemein ist alles ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Besonders das Badezimmer war dreckig, hat unangenehm gerochen und war vollkommen verdreckt. Hygiene kennt dieses Hotel offensichtlich nicht. Für 75 € pro Nacht eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Die Lautstärke war eine Katastrophe. Auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel (Strandseite) scheint sich abends ein Jugendtreff zu bilden – entsprechend laut war es nicht nur bis tief in die Nacht, sondern bis in den nächsten Morgen hinein. Wenn man es überhaupt geschafft hat einzuschlafen, wurde man von dauerhaft bellenden Hunden wieder geweckt. Zusätzlich gab es extrem laute Klimaanlagen und sogar Autorennen, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf überhaupt nicht zu denken war – selbst bei geschlossenen Balkontüren. Auch der Service war völlig unzureichend: Die Rezeption war zu keiner Zeit erreichbar. Mein Schieberiegel an der Tür ließ sich plötzlich nicht mehr öffnen – von innen! – ich bekam in der Situation wirklich Panik, doch es hat sich niemand dafür interessiert. Das Personal war insgesamt vollkommen unfreundlich, man hatte eher das Gefühl zu stören als ein willkommener Gast zu sein. Ich hatte außerdem um einen Adapter für eine Nacht gebeten, bekam jedoch keinen. Es waren insgesamt nur zwei Zimmer belegt (einschließlich mir), was schon für sich spricht. Frühstück hatte ich gebucht und bezahlt, kurz nach der Buchung erhielt ich jedoch die Nachricht, dass es kein Frühstück gibt – trotz Bezahlung. Die angebliche Strandlage entspricht ebenfalls nicht der Realität.

I love the beach as it's not busy and you feel like you own the whole stretch of beach.I was also alone at the pool because the hotel was not busy.How lovely it is to swim in the sea and the pool while enjoying the sunset right in front of me.Delightful ! The staffs are nice. I like this secluded part of Port Dickson town.

There were noisy bikers hanging around from outside near the beach during sunset as well. I saw a cockroach in my bathroom.

I love the breakfast..All the food are tasty, its air tangan orang lama..not a typical taste of hotel food. Love the porridge, Lontong, Beehon and cucur.
