Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The sea view and sunset view is good but the beach is not accessible and not suitable for strolling. Parking is plenty and the Breakfasf spread is fantastic for a 3-Star Hotel. In my view this hotel could be upgraded into 4-Star or 5-Star if the owner is willing to invest as it has most of the ingredients to move upwards…
I seldom say the negative things and always placed lower expectations in order not to bevdissappointed.

I stayed in room 113. Bathroom has an unpleasant odour. Breakfast does not have a lot of options. The coffee and pastry could be better.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025Nothing, its a useless customer service and alot of lies with honesty im sharing, i reached earlier at 12pm, but they request by 130pm tp 2pm will surely call me and requested me to sign the paper, as i was with my family and with a birthday celebration nearby.. No calls i have received, reached out at 230pm said, well either way i have to wait until 3pm to use the services and i was in an emergency situation and i have booked the places earlier.... But the staff were lied that in anyways i am only can check in the room after 3pm. I have decided and told them i am not going to stay for giving false promises. And i have cancelled the booking..... But they still charge Rm 320....for any unsed service they gave.
Change the management with pure customer service and hotel managements.

Need some refurbished or renovation. Building looked dull and old. Tv a bit small and far from bed - cant see.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025What I liked about Klana Beach Resort Port Dickson is its convenient location near Teluk Kemang Beach, where we could easily enjoy some time by the sea. The resort also offers plenty of parking, and it’s quite accessible to nearby food options, making our stay more comfortable and hassle-free.
What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room. We noticed hair around the floor and carpet area, and the bathroom looked a bit worn out. Housekeeping could definitely improve by ensuring the room is properly cleaned and maintained for the next occupants.

Kolam bahagian wanita ada penghadang drp pool utama. *breakfast banyak pilihan dan staff cepat restok makanan. Meja makan pon banyak dan cepat dikemas oleh staff tiada isu tiada meja.
*Lokasi kena jalan sikit nak ke pantai. Pantai sedikit berbatu *pintu bilik tak kalis bunyi jadi orang jalan2 kat koridor boleh dengar dlm bilik.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025Kemudahan lengkap. Everything was provided in the room. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. Everything was completely served. We arrived late night but were welcomed with very warm staffs.
It’s an old property, old furniture but quite well maintained. We could see a bit worn out spots on doors, creaking closet.
