Le site est très joli, le snorkelling sur la plage a côté propose un magnifique tombant par contre il n est pas a côté. Le personnel est très sympa et on s excuse de ne pas l avoir salué avant de partir.

La douche n était pas réglable soit super chaude ou froide et le logement ne sentait pas la rose. La restauration autour n est pas top où il faut marcher jusque french restaurant... L excursion proposée pour chocolate hill and co n est pas trop cher mais manque d authenticité...

The facilities, the staff, the location, everything. Hot showers, cool aircon, great facilities, Finlay was adorable and the staff were very kind and helpful organising snorkelling trip, motorbike etc.

Just the shower head was a little loose and might need tightening but otherwise was perfect!

The place was nicely set out with the rooms facing the pool..there was very peaceful ambiance about the place ... the outside kitchen was great for cooking food .the staff were friendly and helpful...i and my family had a very pleasant stay here..

When the holiday finished and we had to leave to go back to the uk ...

La struttura non è centrale, ma in posizione molto tranquilla e comoda comunque se si noleggia uno scooter. È vicina alla White beach, spiaggia tranquilla e frequentata dai local. Belli, puliti e funzionali i bungalows, bella anche la piscina. Personale sempre disponibile ed attento, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Assolutamente consigliata!

Die kleine, liebevoll gestaltete Anlage mit nur vier Bungalows ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt, nicht zuletzt dank der äußerst hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit für uns da waren. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der wunderschöne Garten: eine grüne Oase der Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Auch unsere beiden jugendlichen Jungs waren begeistert und haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, weshalb ein Roller mehr als nur praktisch ist. Dies war jedoch überhaupt kein Problem, da wir direkt vor Ort unkompliziert einen mieten konnten – ein wirklich toller Service! Ein weiteres Highlight war die über die Unterkunft gebuchte Island-Hopping-Tour nach Balicasag und Virgin Island. Diese war hervorragend organisiert und absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden!

La piscine, le jardin, les lits, la taille des chambres : tout est super ! À 10min à pieds d’une magnifique plage calme, possibilité de louer des scooters pour pas cher du tout. Un chien adorable dans le jardin.

La communication avec le personnel est parfois compliqué, sur les prix et les horaires surtout.

Schöner geräumiger Bungalow in ruhiger Lage. Auch Trinkwasser befindet sich im Bungalow und die Anlage mit nur vier Bungalows hat einen Pool. Ein Scooter kann direkt vor Ort gebucht werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die Ruhe (auch nachts) dort sehr genossen!

We loved the pool and balcony, the resident dog Finley made our stay so enjoyable

We did some ants invading our sink area but luckily did not venture around the room. Also the blanket is very thin.

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne kleine und ruhige Anlage mit 4 Bungalows außerhalb des Touristen Trubels, extrem gepflegt, hätten wir auf den phillipien für das kleine Geld nicht erwartet! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wow this place is beautiful. A little oasis away from the main road, nothing but the sound of nature, so peaceful & relaxing. A beautiful pool, with seating in it to sit & chill, surrounded by palm trees & plants that provided some shade in & around the pool & garden. Detached bungalows with A/C each with its own terrace with table & chairs. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The grounds & pool are immaculate & the staff & owners are all so lovely, very polite & helpful. Ideally situated between the beach & the main road both being a 6 minute walk. If like me you don’t drive a scooter there are plenty of tuk tuks around so getting about is easy. I stayed a week & loved it. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you Dean, Julie & all the staff ❤️

Molto tranquillo . Buona aria condizionata, ventilatore e bagno ampio con acqua calda e fredda. Ottimo wi fi. Molto gradito il boccione di Acqua . Piscina pulita . Comodo x raggiungere la spiaggia di damaluan 15 mm a piedi attraverso strada sterrata e sentiero nella foresta. Personale molto disponibile.

Bungalow impossibili da soggiornarvi se nn si accende aria condizionata . Temperatura interna altissima . Impossibilità di aprire finestre. Un paio di sedie internamente sarebbero state gradite, anche solo x appoggiare la valigia. Impossibile stare in esterno per le zanzare.

Świetne ciche miejsce z dostępem do podstawowych naczyń w ogólnodostępnej kuchni. Wygodne łóżko, duży pokój I łazienka. Woda dostępna w domku. Bardzo pomocny personel. Super basenik i teren wokół. Do plaży kilka minut piechotą- najpiękniejsza. Blisko sklepiki, knajpki. Bardzo polecam

Schönste Unterkunft, die ich auf den Philippinen bisher hatte. Sehr sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Toller Pool. Habe mich als alleinreisende Frau sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Dusche war sehr wechselhaft warm und kalt.

Отличный просторный домик, комфортно, чисто. Все пожелания хозяин отеля сразу принимал во внимание. Нам не мешало отсутствие завтраков, тк на уличной кухне была плитка и микроволновка.

Posizione a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi, posto tranquillo lontano dal caos di Alona, attrazioni principali facili da raggiungere, organizzazione dei servizi ottima.

It was a very private cozy stay with just a few different rooms each came with a lovely patio and then there was the beautiful pool as well. Our room for two inside was nice and spacious, comfy bed great ac and facilities were all Fantastic!

Nothing we loved it! It’s far enough away from Alona beach but still a short tuk tuk ride into town.

Schöne und große Zimmer

Leider fehlte mir beim Personal ein wenig die Zuverlässigkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir hatten mit einem Mitarbeiter gesprochen und wollten gerne ein Tuk tuk für sehr früh morgens vormieten, weil unser Flug sehr früh ging. Der Fahrer ist nie aufgetaucht.

Il letto era molto comodo e la disponibilità del proprietario a tenerci i bagagli. Ci hanno fatto trovare un ottimo motorino che abbiamo preso e lasciato in hotel. L hotel è a 5 minuti di motorino da una spiaggia.

Il posto potrebbe avere del potenziale, l' avevamo scelto per stare tranquilli lontani dal casino del centro, ma il proprietario stava facendo dei lavori. Dall 9 alle 17 molto casino che non ti permetteva di rilassarti. Capisco la necessità di alcuni lavori, ma sarebbe stato carino se c'è l avesse scritto prima o ci avesse proposto qualche sconto o lo scooter gratis per lo meno. Altro punto a sfavore è la doccia, pressione bassissima e solo acqua fredda, non molto piacevole. In 4 giorni nessuno cambia lenzuola o asciugamani

Czysto, teren zadbany,Ogólnie cicho i spokojnie, fajnie ze kuchnia jest na zewnątrz, basen czysty i zadbany, rosliny w ogrodzue zadbane, sąsiad ma wypożyczalnie.

Trafiłem na remont i hałas, nie można ustawić ciepłej wody w prysznicu. mrówki atakują, Super jak by była opcja ze śniadaniem.

При выборе отелей всегда изучаем отзывы, поэтому постарались в описании затронуть наиболее значимые, с нашей точки зрения, аспекты. 1. Отель полностью соответствует описанию, прекрасный бассейн, есть общая зона для приготовления пиши. 2. До пляжа ведет каменистая дорога. Мы советуем пройти еще метров 500 по пляжу вправо к большим отелям, где чисто и красиво, есть пальмы, а море просто отличное! 3. Необходимо скачать приложение Grab для заказа такси и приобрести есим. Как вариант, аренда мотобайка. Но стоимость такси достаточно низкая, поэтому мы посчитали, что пользоваться такси проще и выгоднее. 4. В 4-5 минутах ходьбы от отеля на главной дороге есть достаточно бюджетное кафе, хороший продуктовый магазин, фруктовая лавка, небольшая пекарня (вправо по дороге еще метров 300) - покупали булочки на завтрак))). 5. На территории отеля всегда находится сотрудник, поэтому вопрос безопасности не возникает. 6. Сотрудники отеля всегда стараются выполнить все просьбы отдыхающих. За это им огромное спасибо. 7. На наш взгляд, в этом отеле отличное соотношение стоимости и качества для этого острова. Мы отдыхали в период, когда были значительные отливы. В перый день мы даже пожалели, что приехали на Панглао. Но потом оказалось, что чистая и теплая вода (хоть и не глубоко) - это так здорово. Мы еще нигде так подолгу не находились в море. Отель подходит для спокойного отдыха. От души рекомендуем.

Bel environnement dans ce petit hôtel au calme à quelques minutes à pied de la plage la plus belle de la côte. Grand bungalow avec terrasse, belle piscine, superbe douche en pierres, personnel attentionné. Le lieu est à l'écart de l'animation mais on peut commander pdj et repas (très bons) au restau d'à côté qui livre. Cuisine à disposition également. Possibilité de louer vélo et scooter, réserver une voiture avec chauffeur auprès de l'hôtel. Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour relaxant.

D'être resté si peu de temps.

The location is perfect, close to the nicest beach and bit outside Panglao city. The personnel was very kind and helpful, we got a motorbike in ten minutes and they arranged a great tour to the Chocolate Hills and Tarsier with Mario. We will remember our stay at Tyner’s place

Super nice garden and pool. Spacious bungalow. Short walk to the beach with amazing snorkeling. Nice and quiet.

For some reason they had put the garbage and recycling bins right outside our bungalow. I felt that was really strange and not nice. They could have been placed by the gate or next to the outdoors kitchen. Why put them in front of one of the bungalows? The blanket on the bed was much smaller than the sheet (or bed) and not enough for 2 people. Bedding could definitely have been better.

Calm and peaceful accommodation outiside of the noisy town. we stayed for 2 nights . Me and my wife loved the pool and all in all the chill vibes. We would come back again.

The staff and owner were friendly and accommodating. I was able to rent a bike from them to explore around Panglao. The grounds and unit were superb and also quiet. I had the best sleep of the trip there!

It isn’t a negative but the property is off the beaten path a little so rent a bike or car. There is plenty of room and everything g one needs is a few minute’s ride away.

Prisvärt, välstädat, tillgång till gratis vatten, kylskåp och kokvrå. Lugnt läge. Trevlig personal.

Man bör vara medveten om att boendet ligger avsides. Fördel att det var en kort promenad till havet och till en bra restaurang. Fin pool men kan behöva bättre rengöring.

Nice quiet spot removed from busy road. Large villas spacious for family of four. Pool & grounds were very nice and well kept. Very friendly property management- even cut us down some coconuts. Used Grab & tuktuks for rides- hard at times to get a ride. Quiet spot, good to relax there.

Too far removed from decent restaurants and not very walkable- a few spots at road maybe 10min walk but wasn’t impressed by the options. Beds & pillows (cost extra for more pillows) are not the most comfortable and blankets provided are a joke for the bunk beds. Had to beg for adequate bedding that would actually cover my kids up at night. Must not keep any food inside- ants will find it.

Peace and clean

Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και όμορφο . Η τοποθεσία ήταν 5 λεπτά απτο κέντρο με μηχανάκι και πολύ κοντά στην Dumaluan beach που είναι υπέροχη ! Ο κ. Tyner ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας βοήθησε με όλα. Η πισίνα επίσης εξαιρετική και γενικά το μέρος είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Αν επιθυμείς μια άνετη και ήρεμη διαμονή είναι το ιδανικό κατάλυμα !!

The room was lovely and big

Staff a lil awkward . It took over 2 hours for a lady to bring toilet roll when I had none in mine. On checkout it was pouring. I asked if I could stay in the verandah. Lady said no. Nobody was even staying in the rooms .. when I mentioned I was going to contact the owner she changed all of a sudden and said I could sit. It was raining so hard . For that I was grateful but a hassle to get to that point.

Tyner’s Place is a real hidden gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely pool and only three apartments, which makes it quiet and relaxing. Our room was spacious, with a fridge, a kettle, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was very comfortable, and we could easily rent a scooter directly from the property. There are several good places to eat nearby. We felt very much at home and would definitely stay here again!

Just a few more shelves or a small table would be nice, and a bedside lamp with cozy, warm light.

Il faut absolument un moyen de locomotion pour bouger, meme si il y a une plage à 15mn de marche.

Ants in the room, on the toilet, etc. Lizards also inside the room. Only one tiny soap for a week. No shower gel, shampoo, etc. Very rude staff.

Double check with the staff the beginning time of the external activities (for example the tour at Balicasag Island). Absence of a hairdryer.

Una location stupenda, pace assoluta e vicinissima ad una delle spiagge più belle e selvagge di Panglao. Camera molto spaziosa e super pulita. Una menzione speciale allo staff. Gentilissimi, disponibili, sempre sorridenti e sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Ringrazio Maria e Cinco che con il loro meravoglio modo di fare hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole

Todo bastante nuevo y limpio. Habitación grande. Hervidor de agua, nevera y bidon de agua en la habitacion. Estupenda piscina.

Contratamos una excursión que no salió. Aunque nos devolvieron el dinero creo que nos habian inflado un poco el precio. Quisimos contratar transporte al aeropuerto pero vimos que nos querian cobrar mas del doble.

The resort is very beautiful and well-maintained. The houses offer many amenities. The accommodation is close to beautiful beaches. Special praise goes to Sink, who is extremely dedicated and helpful and comes to the aid of every guest. He made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

It was comfortable, had a nice courtyard and pool with a community kitchen, and there were only 5 units or so. It was off the main road, but not too far.

The access to the closest beach was a very rough road. In comparison with other places we stayed, an extra towel for the beach would have been nice.

It's for people who rather like it quieter. You probably need a motorbike or other transport, as it is almost rural.

Your room gets serviced after 3-4 days. If you want earlier, you pay extra.

When ask for cleaning (after 3 days of no cleaning), i was asked if 8am is ok...when I said only afternoon was told afternoons not possible-how rent rooms in holiday destination and demand guests get out of room in morning if want cleaned - room wasn't clean after - sink, counters not cleaned, also no work table if you need to work- I asked and they said they don't have, that's basic...also if ask for local not overpriced restaurant recommendations, they will tell you they don't know, and offer overpriced tourist restos in your room, also lied and told me 30 min drive to airport that's why 350 pesos for tuk tuk, but actially it's a 15 min drive, and can get for 150-200 if ask locals, they also try to rent you car.... so, ok place but terrrrrible service, so depends what you're looking for - better and cheaper places are nearby

The room is very spacious , clean bathroom, fan and Aircon, drinking water is provided, great pool. Very nice place to stay! At walking distance from dive center french touch diving (10/15min)

It's a very nice place with a pool. The staff is very helpful, they will help you arrange the transport and answer all your questions. I would definitely recommend the place! It's not a walking distance to the beach so you need a scooter to go around

This is a very pleasant, clean and well located accommodation. Walking distance from Dumaluan Beach (much better than anyone else), very quiet location (still easy to get to), and really really nice owner. I had such a great time there and recommend it 100 percent.

A very nice, private and clean cabin and close to the beach. They have very comfortable beds and loved the distilled in-room water, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool during our stay.The owners are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!,❤️

The pool was nice, also the room space and the terrance.

Dirty room, with gecko poop around the windows (inside the room), filthy cups, dusty. Cleaning is done only at surface, we were happy that the sheets looked changed. It's a shame that the cottages are quite new and not well maintained. Nice pool lights, but it was a shame that they were not turned on in the evenings.

Good location and nice people who run it. it’s far from the movida but conveniently located . It’s perfect if you rent a botorbike. They are helpful for everything you need to explore Panglao.

Great value for price. very quiet and private with friendly staff. Pool was nice, shower had good pressure, Ac worked well. A short 7 minute ish walk to the beach.

Have to do some walking to get to restaurants but the walk made it private and quiet so not too bad
