Als je boven slaapt (buiten de ingang van de hotel), dan hoor je 's nachts elke motor of auto voorbijrijden. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de wasserij, maar dit verliep heel slecht. Ze hebben alle kleren samen gewassen, hierdoor zijn veel witte kleren grijs uitgekomen.. dit is dan onderling overeengekomen met de manager. Dus tip: als je kleren laat wassen, altijd goed zeggen dat ze witte kleren niet moeten mengen met donkere kleren, anders krijg je hetzelfde voor als mij..

It was in a fairly quiet location and close to the food market.

It was very tired and didn’t reflect the photos that are used to advertise it. The aircon wasn’t very cold and was quite noisy meaning it was noisy when trying to sleep at night . The minibar was very expensive!

The staff (restaurant and room service) are very friendly and helpful. Beach location and the small infinity pool are very charming.

The property is located a little further than listed and also a number of amenities which continue to be promoted e.g. gym are none existent. The roof top terrace is run down and sunbeds are in urgent need of replacement. While the room was comfortable it is definitely over-priced especially when you factor in that breakfast is not included. We had booked this hotel a few months ahead of time and it was disheartening to see listed prices on Booking.com at the time we were staying there being well under half of what we paid. However, even half of what we paid is still too much.

Great rooms, swimming pool next to the beach. Location is not in the main centre, but plenty of restaurants, coffee houses, massages nearby. just great.

Wij hadden kamers geboekt aan de tuin. Dat bleken kamers op de verdieping van het gebouw aan de straat te zijn. Toegang via een trap buiten de entree van het complex, dus geen toezicht en deuren aan de straat. Geen tuin en zeker geen veilig gevoel als je met kinderen reist.

Men beaamde dat ze betere informatie op de site zouden moeten zetten maar boden ook geen goede oplossing. Wij zijn na 1 nacht uitgecheckt en hebben de kosten voor de overige nachten moeten nemen. Bij het uitchecken wist een andere vriendelijke medewerker ons te melden dat er ook nog andere kamers beschikbaar waren en snapte niet dat ons dat niet als oplossing geboden is. De baas had daarin geen zin!

Ce qui de premier abord s'apparentait a un simple séjour de vacances s'est transformé en un séjour inoubliable. Nous remercions chaleureusement l'ensemble de l'équipe de l'hôtel en particulier le personnel de restauration pour leur accueil impeccable, leurs conseils adaptés et leurs sourires qui réchauffent le coeur déjà brûlé par le doux soleil de l'île. Koh Pha Ngan et le Divine Comédie resteront à jamais l'un de nos meilleurs souvenirs de vacances.

Peu de choses, on peut titiller sur le manque de matelas sur les transats à la piscine.

A wonderful place to stay! The resort has a large swimming pool, spacious rooms with plenty of space, and direct access to the beach. The staff is very nice. The location is excellent, with a great food court nearby offering a wide variety of delicious options. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool offers an incredible view of the sea (it’s spectacular at sunset). The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Une très belle piscine à débordement au bord d’une très jolie plage. Le quartier, bien situé, offre un choix intéressant de restaurants très agréables.

L’aménagement et l’équipement des chambres assez vétuste laisse vraiment à désirer. Quant au ménage et à l’entretien, c’est vraiment le service minimum. Et puis voir du matin au soir, le personnel vautré et vissé sur son portable autour de la piscine à attendre le client alors que les tables et les transats sont sales et pas débarrassés, ce n’est pas très agréable.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. On top of that, it had serious moisture issues: water was leaking through the walls and pooling on the floor, making our stay very uncomfortable and even unsafe. The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards. We found ants and other insects on the pillows, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. After we reported these issues, we were moved to the only other room available. Unfortunately, that room did not have air conditioning. The only solution offered was to lend us a fan, which improved our comfort a little. The staff’s service was confusing. There was no permanent reception desk, making it very difficult to get assistance whenever an issue arose. The worst part was that, several hours after we had already checked in and our reservation had been confirmed, we were told to leave the hotel because of an alleged payment issue. Even though our reservation was confirmed, they tried to charge us again for the room, claiming that we had not paid and we had to leave like at 9 pm. This created a great deal of unnecessary stress and uncertainty during our trip. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, the inadequate facilities, the poor customer service, and the mismanagement of reservations. I expected a much more professional level of service, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality.

The location is great. The pool is great, but the beach is too rocky. It is easy to walk to the stores and restaurants. The night market is 2-3 minutes away. And 7-11 is around 4-5 minutes away

The front desk is always no one there. Hard to ask for help if you need it.

Belle décoration de chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre et un bungalow car rien d’autre n’était disponible pour nos dates. Après la première nuit ils nous ont proposé le bungalow juste à côté de celui que nous avions et sans supplément.

Petit déjeuné et boissons assez chers. Mais c’est souvent le cas sur île.

La struttura era in una posizione comoda per raggiungere sia Haad rin che Thong sala bastava noleggiare uno scooter con 3€ al giorno.

Mancavano lettini in spiaggia erano solo in piscina. I prezzi del.bar erano un pochino alti considerato quello che c'era fuori e la bassa stagione. Nel.bagno c'era puzza di fogna e non c'era possibilità di aprire una finestra.

L'hotel est agréable et à taille humaine, chambre spacieuse et atypique. chaque chambre possède son petit toit terrasse. Piscine grande et agréable entourée par les jardins, soit au soleil, soit à l'ombre. les cocktails au top et staff sympathique. Beau sunset. Quand on sort de l'hotel, à droite ou à gauche, massage, pleins d'endroits pour manger, 7Eleven etc

il faut le savoir, la plage n'est pas agréable, pleins de petits rochers coupants donc attention mais la grande piscine rattrape le problème. Les jardins sont agréables, ça méritrait un peu plus de fleurs pour rendre l'endroit encore plus déconnectant. En revanche, entendre trop souvent les téléphones bruyant du staff et les enfants qui crient dans la piscine ... bof bof

Su pileta con vista al mar, la habitación era bonita y cómoda, súper amplia. Con una tele S-Mart grande .

Había que cerrar las cortinas black-out para que no se vea desde afuera, estaría bueno que tengan quizás alguna cortina blanca que permita entrar la luz y no se vea para adentro.

La déco et les couleurs façon Barcelone pourraient être incroyables si l'hôtel était bien entretenu. Localisation proche de marché et de petits resto locaux très bons. Hormis le gérant, le reste du personnel est sympathique.

L'hygiène était déplorable, calcaire et moisissures dans la douche. Tâches incrustées sur les rideaux et le canapé. Terrasse sur le toit absolument pas lavée (sans doute depuis des mois). Clim ultra bruyante et literie inconfortable (très dur et coussin plat). Quand nous avons signalé les problèmes d'hygiène en souhaitant partir, le gérant s'est mis à justifier toutes les tâches comme si savoir qu'il s'agissait de café ou de cire arrangerait le problème. Clairement il ne voyait pas le soucis. Il a refusé de nous rembourser les dernières nuits que nous n'avons pas faites.

We had the family room and it was louder than all other rooms we had experienced during our 3 weeks of backpacking (street noise but also facilities noise like a water pump or so). But, to be fair, this room was located in the main builing at the entrance. The other apartments are located in the super nice garden and much more quite. So it is probably just this one which we had

Ruime, nette en verrassende kamer. Klein en fijn resort, lekker zwembad aan de zee, rustige baai. Fijn dat je een bank hebt om op te zitten.

Qua locatie op het eiland was het voor ons niet de meest ideale plek. Hadden liever wat meer rust gehad. Veel verkeer als je eenmaal buiten het rrsort bent.

Tres bien situé. Bonne literie. Parfait pour notre voyage en famille.

Todo fue maravilloso!! El lugar es perfecto, la piscina buenísima y el personal súper amable. El chico que nos recibió por la mañana nos dio una habitación mucho mejor que la que habíamos reservado y fue increíble!! Realmente recomiendo reservar el bungalow porque lo vale totalmente. Gracias!!

El aire acondicionado malísimo. Toda la noche a 17 grados y no enfriaba nada. Tuve muchísimo calor. En algun momento les comenté que no funcionaba empezaba a echar aire pero no enfriaba nada. Hasta la media noche muy complicado dormir.

Vind het zo zonde dat de plek bij zwembad niet gezelliger gemaakt wordt..tis smoezelig, ligbedden dwars door elkaar, bordjes, glazen enz wordt niet opgehaald..jammer voor de prachtige plek. Personeel zie je niet actief bezig zijn.

Wir hatten direkt das erste Bungalow am Pool mit Meerblick - war wirklich schön! Die Minibar wurde jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt und der Pool war auch sauber. Es gab genug Liegen und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Man konnte direkt im Hotel einen Roller mieten. Gegessen haben wir dort nichts.

Our room was beautiful, and we loved the roof terrace with hammock and chairs. The extra bed was adequate for our 3 night stay, but had we stayed any longer we would have needed 3 double rooms instead. The pool was lovely and overlooking the beach - you really did feel like you were on your own private beach. Baan Tai beach is great, it was nice and clean and we didn't experience any mess even after the Full Moon Party. We spent time in the pool and in the sea. The accommodation is located close enough to amenities, with most things being a short walk away. Its nice and peaceful and away from all the warm up parties, but close enough if you do want to go to those too. The main reason for our stay was to go to the Full Moon Party and as always it was fab and we all had a great time. Staff at the hotel were nice too.

For the amount of money charged especially during the Full Moon party days the property could do with a big clean up. The outside area of our room has this artificial grass, that for some reason was watered by the staff and left a muddy mess, so when you walked back into the bedroom you took in all the dirt and wet footprints were left, its also very dangerous as the floor get slippery. Please put some extra mats near the doors to avoid this issue, or take up the grass and leave it as concrete. The upper balcony / roof terrace needs a good wash too - its very dirty and lets down the feel of the place. Just a little more attention to detail to keep your ratings high and guests happier.

L’accueil, zéro à peine bonjour Ne demande pas si nous avons besoin d’aide. Ma chambre ( chambre 1) sentait dans la salle de bain les égouts il y avait des cafards… pas top franchement Aaah oui si tu as pas de scooter tu ne peux rien faire.

The bungalows were a fabulous design, & very spacious. A 30 second walk to bar & pool with an exceptional view. If back in Koh Phangan I will stay here again x

There was nothing I didn't like.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super – mit dem Scooter erreicht man die meisten Strände, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in etwa 10 bis 25 Minuten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wirkt sehr schön und ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war für uns perfekt – weder zu hart noch zu weich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war immer sauber und man hat von dort eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Wir haben dort regelmäßig gefrühstückt, das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. An zwei Tagen haben wir sogar einfach nur am Pool entspannt und die Atmosphäre genossen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht so lange bleiben, aber weil es uns so gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar noch um sechs Tage verlängert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Seul point positif : la vue mer depuis la piscine est jolie. Mais même là, la mer accessible depuis l’hôtel est loin d’être agréable. Literie confortable et ménage effectué tous les jours.

Séjour très décevant. Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité : l’hôtel paraît abandonné, quasiment sans personnel, avec une ambiance vraiment vide et peu accueillante. L’emplacement est également très mauvais : il faut absolument un scooter pour se déplacer, et tout est à au moins 20 minutes, ce qui rend le séjour peu pratique. Aucune bouteille d’eau n’est fournie à l’arrivée ni pendant le séjour, et la petite bouteille est vendue 70 bahts, ce qui est clairement abusif. Tout est payant et à des prix excessifs : par exemple, la lessive est facturée 80 bahts alors qu’on peut la faire pour moitié prix juste en face de l’hôtel. La chambre est également très bruyante, avec des passages fréquents de scooters. Le personnel de l’accueil en particulier est désagréable. On ne l’a vu qu’une ou deux fois, sinon il est inexistant. Seul point positif : la vue mer depuis la piscine est jolie. Mais même là, la mer accessible depuis l’hôtel est loin d’être agréable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

I had a really pleasant stay at Devine Comedie in Koh Phangan. The hotel itself is beautiful, शांत, and very well maintained — definitely a great place to relax and unwind. What stood out the most was the service at the reception; the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. In general, Koh Phangan is quite an expensive island compared to others in Thailand. I’d definitely recommend renting a motorbike to get around more easily and make the most of your stay. Also, keep in mind that excursions here tend to be at least double the price compared to places like Phi Phi, Ao Nang, or Phuket. Overall though, it’s a lovely hotel with great service — just plan your transport and budget accordingly!

The only downside is the location. It’s not quite close enough to the main city center, but at the same time not remote enough to fully escape the crowds. So you kind of end up in between, which can be a bit inconvenient depending on what you're looking for.

Has a great pool, staff kept area clean, large room but outdated

The bed was hard, pillows thin, there was a smell coming from the drain in the shower. It is not on the best beach in Koh Phangan (water not turquoise, crystal clear and for most part it’s loose sand making it difficult to walk). They need to do something to encourage guests to eat and have drinks at their hotel: a happy hour maybe ?? Live music??

De locatie is top, dichtbij heel veel eettentjes maar wel rustig. Het zwembad met uitzicht is echt geweldig en ze hadden ook lekkere smoothies en eten. Onze kamer was ook zo mooi en ruim, we hadden de bungalow en we konden er ook lekker netflix kijken wat echt top was!!

Leak from air conditioner on my last day, they didn't clean it up on account of no house keeping.

Booked this place based on the glowing reviews and left a little disappointed. Yes, it's on the beach and surrounded by greenery, which is nice, but the room was smaller than expected, a bit worn down and barely had any amenities. When I arrived around 5pm there was nobody at reception, so check-in took longer than it should have. I tend to be generous with my reviews, but this one didn't justify the price. Expected more.

O quarto era grande e confortável, os funcionários eram muito prestativos, vista da piscina era incrível com o pôr do sol bem na frente. A comida do bar da piscina era maravilhosa também e os preços super em conta. Minibar do quarto era super completo e com preços justos, nos salvou várias vezes.
