Great view, beach, rooms/huts were great and didn’t leak during a massive storm.
The cost. The additional food surcharge plus buying other items have a surcharge. If I’d known about the food cost, I would not have booked there as it made it extremely expensive Plus, they should have snorkels .
Nice beach. Great food included in price. Attentive staff. Excellent beach on site.

Loved the location, pet facilities and service.
They didnt have a decent pool.
The peaceful environment
The commercial development that is picking up in the area, and the mandatory establishment food
Lots to do for everyone
Exclusivity and food
nothing
The breakfast is good. The location was amazing.
Dinner seems to be almost same menu with the lunch.
It was indeed a beachfront accommodation
1. Corkage Policy & Bar Hours We were not informed about the corkage policy prior to booking. It would be helpful if this were clearly communicated during the reservation process so guests can plan accordingly. We also learned that the bar is only open until 11:00 PM. While this may be sufficient for most guests, some guests, like myself, may need to work online during the evening or late at night and may want to enjoy a drink while working. Perhaps the resort could consider extending the bar hours, offering a limited late-night beverage service, or allowing guests to bring their own drinks without corkage once the bar is already closed. This would provide a reasonable option for guests who may want beverages beyond the resort’s operating hours. 2. Full Board Meals & Food Options We booked a Full Board Meal package, but water was the only beverage included with the meals. It would be nice to have at least a few basic beverage choices included, such as soda, juice or iced tea, depending on the meal. I understand that set menus make meal service more manageable, but the menu may not work for everyone. I personally do not eat vegetables, and during both dinners of our stay, the soup served was vegetable-based, which meant I had no alternative. It would be helpful to offer at least one simple substitute or allow guests to communicate food preferences beforehand, especially for those staying multiple nights. A little variety between dinner menus would also be appreciated so guests are not faced with the same type of option throughout their stay. The quality and taste of the food also seemed inconsistent between meals. Some dishes were enjoyable, while others could use improvement. In particular, the pork we were served was quite tough and not as tender as expected. More consistency in food preparation would definitely improve the dining experience. 3. Attention to Guest Details My name displayed on our assigned table was misspelled.
Exclusivity (not crowded), clean and large beach, nice cabañas, large rooms, great staff, the quattro formagi pizza was excellent coz it’s freshly made in-house.
All food-related - the mandatory meals per person, overpriced buffet with limited choices (esp. for breakfast), some of the dishes served weren’t good.
Everything! The entire experience in a very serene and peaceful piece of paradise.
Nothing!
The ambiance
the mandatory full board meal. I hope they offer different meals like 2 meals to 3 meals a day only.
Cleanliness of the room and the surrounding. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The property is well taken care of. I love the serenity of the place.
None
We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and attentive. Their outstanding service made the entire experience truly enjoyable.
Nothing
Nice with plenty of selections.
More dessert choices
Very comfy bed. Room looks, feels and smells clean. Very cozy, perfect for relaxation. Quiet peaceful place.
Not all meals are worth it. Dinner was great. Breakfast is fine but can be improved.
The beach is wonderful.
The staff in the restaurant — she does not take my request seriously that we are Muslims and we do not eat pork. As in previous experiences in this resort, breakfast mostly serves pork or pork-ingredients so I told the staff the moment we arrived that we dont eat pork. Shes just smiling then and true enough we only ate dried fish ang dry hotdogs during breakfast as she did not tell the cook ahead. Too late when she asked the kitchen to prepare and late in our dining, we were given vegetables fried in flour which is tasteless. We felt taken for granted.
I was particularly impressed with the resort’s staff, especially the housekeeping and restaurant teams. The housekeeping staff are very attentive, consistently greet guests, and respond promptly to any requests for assistance. Food at the restaurant also improved compared from our last year's stay. And most of all, i love that it's PET FRIENDLY! Kudos!
Reception staff could be more warm and welcoming, since they are the front line of the resort. AC at bamboo king casita needs cleaning perhaps, it's not that cold, AC temp was set at 20 degrees, but actual temperature is only around 26 degrees.
Serenity and privacy
The stairs fr food pavilion one infront of the beach 2 of our family members had minor accident bec of the last stair step make u imbalance.
Beach is amazing and the staff are just there to attend to every needs
Very peaceful.

Beachfront. Beach is still pristine. Privacy. Staff were very polite and friendly. Special mention to Sugar, the manager. She went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
None.
Clean, serene and beautiful.
The internet was unreliable, there was no internet at around 4am up until we checked out. The staff said they have Starlink but we didn’t feel it.
Bastos ung sumasagot sa fb nyo. Wala dapat sa hospitality industry yan. I was asking for a certain food kasi timed ung food nyo di ba, ang galing kaming malayo silo i dont know kung maaabutan namin, Pero wala na atang kagana gana magtrabaho ung sumasagot don. For the sake lang na makasweldo. If he/she is assigned to answer customer inquiries alisin nyo yan dyan, off sa clients.
Well maintained
No big in-ground pool
It’s quiet, very clean and the staff are nice.
Food is just ok
Quiet, relaxing, not crowded, lots of trees and available cottages/cabanas, short distance to the beach. Food was good, offered a wide variety. Rustic accommodations added to the appeal of the resort. Various activities available (ATV, banana boat, kayaks, etc.). Oh, and massage was available! Staff were very friendly, accommodating, respectful and knowledgeable about the resort and services available. Great job, Ms Sugar and team! 🙂
Maybe additional lighting options for the accommodations/rooms.
Location and the overall design. Spacious gardens. Each room felt private. Tranquil. Attentive staff
-
The staff where exceptional nothing was a problem. All meals were perfect as well as the paid activities.
Only issue was the lighting in the room it was too dime but that's a very minor issue.
Location, beach, gardens, room, restaurant and staff. Lunch and Dinner selection and quality.
Breakfast was food was cold as they did not have heaters to keep dished warm.

Except price is high. Service not match the price .
A lot need improve .
Ein kleines Paradies für wenig Geld sehr ruhige Lage, total schöne Ausstattung
Wir konnten nichts finden, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist
Quiet, well organized & friendly/accommodating staff.
Roofing need maintenance on leaks (Bamboo Casiras 1 - bathroom roof part on top of cloth hanger).
The place is so beautiful and peaceful. Our family had a great time including our dogs! We loved that among all the resorts, this is the only one that allowed larger dogs like our huskies. The food is amazing and everyone is so accommodating. Can’t wait to return once we visit the Philippines again.
The premises are beautiful, a calm, relaxing place close to the beach, perfect for unwinding.
However, considering the price of the stay, the service did not meet expectations. Our room was not cleaned, and we were later told that we needed to call and request housekeeping, which is unusual for a hotel. We also attempted to book a snorkeling activity, but they could not accommodate our group of three unless we paid for the full 10-person tour, which felt unreasonable. Additionally, the mandatory meal charge felt quite strict. The food is decent but not exceptional, and being required to eat all three meals there or forfeit the credit seems excessive. Overall, the property itself is charming and visually appealing, but the service needs improvement, especially given the value for money.
The ambiance and privacy pf the area. The food is awesome
Some toiletries supply like bottles are broken.
Quiet
Crusty towels, thin old linens, sticky floors, sewage smell coming out of toilet from louver-window 3, staff clearly not happy to serve us (my sister was asking for omelette and pancakes) at 9:45 am (breakfast service was ending)
Great locations lots of activities
Great staff lots of care and attention great location
peaceful, solemn
none
Peaceful and you got privacy to restart .
Swimming pool not enough .
It’s clean, not so crowded, staff are friendly and courteous, i love the bamboo king casita we stayed at, it’s lovely! We will definitely come back next time :) One more thing, i love that they are pet friendly! My furbabies are so happy, they enjoyed swimming at the beach and even staying at our bamboo balcony. It’s thoughtful that they have pet grooming station provided with bath essentials like shampoo & blower.
Food choices can be improved. I was hoping for some seafoods like prawns, crabs or anything like that but they are more on meat like chicken, pork & beef. Desserts are good though, in fairness.
There was so much effort to ensure the grounds were kept clean and orderly. Staff were polite and courteous. Hydration stations easily accessible. Delicious meals. The perfect place to get close to the sea and get lost in nature.
The beach, the full board meals and proximity to the metro
Bathroom at bamboo casita 1 is not that good, looks outdated
Generally quiet. Lots of space to move around. Beachfront is free of boats and water sports items. Buffet is generous.
While the place is pet friendly, it would have been better if dogs have diapers as my child step on dog poop on the beach.
Our recent stay at Virgin Beach Resort was an absolute delight, not just for me, my fam but for my Bubba as well! A genuinely pet-friendly resort! The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always greeting my Bubba with a smile and even pet him at times. Food they served is really great - breakfast lunch and dinner.
The cleanliness of the place. I also like that it's not crowded. Staff are friendly too.
Their iced coffee. It could have been better if it tastes similar to usual coffee served in a coffee shop since the pricing is similar. Other than that, everything's excellent.
I love the beach the water was so clear and clean there’s no need for googles
The food was not good, very unhealthy, all cooked in oil. There was no steam fish, sinigang or salt water fish, which one will expect from a beach front restaurant, instead a deep dried bangus and an over cooked dried pusit that taste like oil. There was no salad or appetizers and we paid for P700.00 for each meal that was not even delicious.
The beach
The food, not worth the P2,100.00 full board meals. We were served with deep fried food which was very unhealthy and did not even taste good. We expected to be served with big fish like mayamaya, lapulapu, pampano, etc, steam or in soup instead deep fried bangus and almost all food were cooked in oil. You definitely need a new chef.
Convenient
Beach, very pristine
No ref in the room
The location and beach front is perfect.
I feel like the resort does not deliver for its price point. It's too expensive for what it is. The facilities are quite dated and I was quite underwhelmed by the cafeteria food that is an additional 2000 per person per day. The resort was nice years ago but it really hasn't changed. Also, they kept us waiting so long during checkout because they couldn't find a face towel and a beach towel. They made me feel like a towel thief and even wanted to charge me for a lost towel.
The facility is nice but have bad experience with the staffs
When we are checking out they charged us with x2 face towel worth 900 pesos so i paid it asap and the staffs didnt know what kind of face towel because we showed a green towel if thats the towels they were looking for and the staff are not sure if thats the towel, the cleaners keeps pushing that we lost the towel but we didnt really used it at all, i hope they should consider on rehiring the cleaners very bad experience for us i think they just want to add extra charge for the cleaners
Better if the rooms have refrigerator. Beach is clear and clean. Rooms facing the beach. A lot of cottages for resting spaces. Very family and Kid friendly. Has provisions of play areas near the beach and the club house. Friendly and attentive staff.
This beach is awesome. Nice location. Vast beach front. Well staffed. Food is delicious! Clean rooms. Nice rooms. The only problem is the beach. Itchy. Even when you sit on the sand. Its itchy. But calm waves.
such an adorable resort, so cozy, so friendly, location of the casitas right on the beach. Beach super clean, cabanas great, everything was really good, staff, food, our own little patio with chairs
The only thing missing were some pillows on the chairs and sofa on the patio.
I love the place, the food & the staff is very accomodating. Super cozy ambience.
The Beach is absolutely stunning... The rooms are nice and the whole place is done up very aesthetically. Its simple, but equally beautiful. The staff are very friendly and attentive
The breakfast and lunch options could get better
