El alojamiento muy céntrico y el recinto y zona de descanso muy bien. Las anfitrionas encantadoras.

Lo peor fue la limpieza, lleno de hormigas. Nos encontramos en el baño un lagarto (greko o kuko) muy típicos de allí pero el baño al no tener junta el techo con la pared podía entrar cualquier tipo de insecto o animal. Nos hencontramis al lagarto en dos ocasiones y un par de cucarachas en el baño. Además el baño en si no estaba especialmente limpio bastaba con pasar un papel por alguna esquina y salía marrón. El colmo fue cuando por la noche, tras la situación del lagarto nos encontramos 3 cucarachas en el dormitorio mientras dormíamos lo que hizo imposible nuestro descanso y obviamente no pudimos dormir más ahí. Nos fuimos fuera a la zona de amacas y allí pasamos toda la noche desde las 12:00 hasta las 7am que nos fuimos. Lo único que nos dijeron fue que disculpa las molestias. Una pena la verdad, el alojamiento si salvase la limpieza y ese tipo de errores mejoraría mucho. Además el ventilador de techo que hay apenas mueve el aire por lo que por la noche hace bastante calor.

Personalet er imødekommende og søde. Placeringen er lidt udenfor San Juan, men hvis du lejer en scooter er placeringen perfekt.

Meget lydfølsomme vil nok ikke trives her. Væggene er papirtynde og der er byggeri lige overfor værelserne.

I stayed at Kadij in Siquijor, right on the beachfront. The place is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. Hearing the sound of the waves was very soothing after a full day of island touring. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beachfront getaway.

We loved our stay in Kadij. I only hope we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities even more. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating with pur requests. The place also has one of the best sea views in Siquijor. We'll definitely be back.

There was construction going on during our stay. It didn't bother us much since we were not around most of the day. While we were on our last day, the noise aas a bit distracting, especially since there was no electricity during our that day.

Joli cabanon, avec réfrigérateur/mini-bar, petite terrasse pratique pour étendre les affaires. Le ventilateur permet de rafraîchir la pièce, assez chaude l'après midi. La possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner face à la mer (fruits, café...). La vue est d'ailleurs magnifique, en particulier a marée haute lorsque les tortues viennent nager juste devant le homestay situé légèrement en surplomb. A marée basse il est possible de rejoindre directement à pied la plage (attention une partie de la plage est privatisée par le grand resort). Très pratique : location de scooter par le homestay voisin à 50m à pied. Un très bel endroit pour rester quelques jours.

Les sièges et chaises longues mises à disposition dans le jardin ne sont pas confortables du tout (bois dur). Des coussins seraient bénéfiques car la vue mérite qu'on s'y attarde. Le logement est un peu plus "usé" que sur les photos , en particulier l'entrée avec la porte qui s'ouvre mal.

We no need to go outside just to see a great view. The Place alone is already a vacation, and it feels like home, very comfortable with Privacy. Nanay BB and all crew is very nice and friendly as well. I will literally going to recommend this place with my friends, colleagues and family. We will definitely going back there. Can't wait to see the place improve in the next few years. 🌊🫶 10/10 ⭐

Overall it's good. Just a suggestion, just give the place a food stall as the place is far from most of the restaurant, it will also make a lot of profit. enjoying food while having a chilling vibes view will make the stay more perfect. 🥰

the location was perfect for sunset viewing.

everything was almost perfect but the room didn’t have an Ac however it is cold at night but better to go out and explore during the day

staying near the beach shore — stargazing & reading. they have a store that sells shakes, bfast, water & beer. They also offer laundry services. Also, liked very much that they had a generator, good wifi, flowers, space to dry our clothes, seats on the porch, mini-ref & huge CR. Location is near to places we wanted to go to like Tubod Marine Aanctuary, Pitogo Cliff, Lugnason Falls, etc. except for the restaurants that were centered in San Juan City Proper. However, the nearby restaurants were good too.

Construction was ongoing during our visit for both KADIJ & the accommodation in front of us. We wish we could have had a discount. Noise can be heard from inside. Wish we could have a mirror outside the CR but the windows also work. I'm a bit sensitive to smell, so epoxy & the aircon were noticeable.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Because the host lives right next door to the room, I felt even more safe and secure during my stay. Since the property is located away from the main road, there was no motorcycle noise or roosters crowing—just the peaceful sound of crickets. I chose this place because I wanted to go diving at Tubod Beach often, and it was amazing being able to head out there anytime from morning until sunset. You can straight into the water just by walking down the stairs. (watch out for sea urchins hidden among the seagrass!) It was also great that the fridge was stocked with water and beer, saving me a trip to the supermarket. Sitting on the chairs in the yard, watching the sunset, and listening to the sound of the waves made me incredibly happy.

The room was smaller than I expected, and there were traces of mold on the pillow stuffing, leaving a musty mold smell lingering in the room. We also experienced two power outages during our 6-day stay. ants kept getting into the room, and the entrance door felt very flimsy and insecure.

The one messaging me on the app was friendly, the place was simple and quiet, the garden and view were beautiful, and they even got us a ride going back to the port.

While this applies to most stays in Siquijor, there could have been more water pressure from the shower.

La localisation est top, accès direct à la plage de Tubod en nageant un peu. Le coin est calme, et la cabane est propre. Parking pour scooter à l'entrée puis petit chemin pour y accéder. Il y a une belle vue quand on va sur le côté où il y a les transats.

La pression de la douche est vraiment trop faible. La vue de la cabane donne directement sur des travaux et non sur l'océan.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel, l’emplacement est génial, c’est tellement agréable de se réveiller et d’avoir la mer à côté.

Beautiful place from outside, sea right next to it.

There was many cockroaches in the bathroom and one night we even found them in our beds. We changed accommodation immediately. Before this we informed housekeeping but they only made normal cleaning so obviously it didnt help the situation. Tried to ask for refund for a one night but they didnt answer our messages.

Die Lage war richtig schön – etwas ruhiger, aber trotzdem noch nah genug am Zentrum. Besonders toll fanden wir den direkten Zugang zum Meer. Von dort aus konnte man auch unglaublich schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die Häuschen waren einfach eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit – man konnte alles unkompliziert über sie organisieren, z. B. Wäsche waschen lassen, einen Roller mieten oder auch den Transport zum Flughafen. Es war praktisch, dass man jederzeit etwas zu trinken vor Ort bekommen konnte. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Im Badezimmer hat der Abfluss etwas gerochen, was aber noch im Rahmen und insgesamt gut auszuhalten war.

La ubicación esta muy bien, cerca de la zona de restaurantes.. Se puede alquilar moto alli mismo. El baño de nuestra habitacion no esta como en las fotos, esta mucho mas viejo y sucio. La limpieza no era su fuerte. Tampoco hay una restaurante como tal ni una recepción. La habitación esta bien si vas pocos días, el aire acondicionado bien. No tiene vistas desde la habitacion, solo si sales afuera ves el mar. El entorno es bonito, lo lleva una familia, son muy amables.

Traumhafte Lage, super zum Schnorcheln, Roller konnte spontan in der Unterkunft gemietet werden, tolle Sonnenuntergänge!

Bungalow in traumhafter Lage direkt am Strand. Unsere Hütte war einfach und winzig, dennoch durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Ventilator, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Steckdosen, eigenes Bad mit abgetrennter Dusche. Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich mit Liegen und Hängematten. Zugang durch Treppe zum Wasser. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichbar. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend und guter Schnorchelplatz. Wir haben jeden Tag Schildkröten gesehen. Die Betreiber sind mega freundlich und herzlich und versuchen wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Wer große Ressorts mag ist hier sicherlich falsch. Es ist alles klein, unaufgeregt und gemütlich. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben .

Уютные, чистые домики на высоком берегу моря. Спуск по лестнице. Кондиционер в номере не шумит. Теплая вода есть. Петухи особо не мешают по утрам. Хороший завтрак за доп. плату. Есть несколько лежаков. К сожалению, все на солнце. Тени маловато. Рядом хороший риф. Есть черепашки и много рыбок.

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien. La semaine est passé vite. Kadij guesthouse c'est une bulle , un cocon au milieu de l agitation( sympatique) de San Juan . On n' entend pas les voitures, juste le bruit des vagues. L emplacement est idéal et surtout, les propritaires sont adorables et veillent à ce que tout soit parfait. Quand on arrive c est vraiment agréable d avoir des bières et de l eau dans le petit frigo. On peut prendre son petit dejeuner devant la mer sur la terrasse., Il y a une bouilloire, des tasses, assiettes, bref c est plus que parfait! On reviendra avec grand plaisir. La literie est très bien aussi!

La proximité de la mer avec la possibilité de faire dû snorkeling possible de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer , le personnel est charmant location de scooter sur place bref de quoi passer très bon moment

Juste une précision par rapport au descriptif établi par l’établissement : Vous n’avez pas la vue sur la mer depuis l’intérieur du logement mais en sortant du logement c’est un détail peut être important pour certains.

Hermosa vista al mar y con espacio para relajar. Bajada a la playa donde se puede hacer algo de snorkel y también llegar fácilmente a tubod beach. Personal muy amable

La ducha estaba fría. Intentaron arreglarla pero no pudieron por lo que no tuvimos ducha caliente ni nos ofrecieron otra solución.

Jolies petites maisonnettes, bien équipées. Terrasse commune vue sur mer. Accès direct à la plage de Coco Grove et son sanctuaire marin, pour du snorkeling très sympa. Proche des cascades, et location scooter sur place. Très bon accueil, très gentils et dispos, breakfast, laundry... On recommande absolument.

Emplacement super, personnel très sympa. On est juste à côté de Tubod marine sanctuary donc top pour le snorkeling juste en bas de l’hôtel (on a même vu des tortues)

Blattes géantes et cafards partout dans la chambre y compris nos affaires et pas de moustiquaire. Gros point négatif

Famille très sympathique, loin du bruit , chambre très simple mais avec lit propre et confortable. Snorkeling au top devant

Aucun rangement et vue que la chambre n'est pas grande pas possible d'ouvrir ces valises, manque de pression et très peu d'eau pour se doucher.

Nanay B is so accommodating and could ask them to cook for the fish we bought with a fair fee ^_^

We had an overall very pleasant stay at Kadij Guesthouse and we are not disappointed at all. The place itself is truly beautiful: the view is absolutely stunning, the garden area feels like a small paradise, and the sunsets are incredible. You really feel connected to nature, which makes the experience very special and quite unique. The guesthouse also offers very good value for money. The room is rather small, but this is totally fine considering the price and the location. A special mention goes to the tuk-tuk driver who organized our transfer from the port. He was extremely kind and helpful, especially as we were struggling to find ATMs on the island (there are not many that provide cash). He honestly became one of the highlights of our trip.

We arrived in the evening and experienced a power cut until late at night. Power cuts are common on the island, so this is not something we blame the guesthouse for, but it might be good for future guests to be aware. When the electricity came back during the night, the air conditioning turned on and became quite cold. Communication and guidance on arrival were rather limited. After check-in, we didn’t receive much information about food options nearby, and we were told that the closest shop was far away, which made it difficult for us to eat during the first day. According to Booking, there should be a shop nearby, so this could be clarified for future guests. Regarding facilities, there was no hot water on the first day of our stay, but it was available during the second part, which was appreciated. One morning, there was also no running water at all (shower, sink and toilet). We understand that water and electricity issues can happen on islands, but it is useful to mention for future travelers. Housekeeping was quite limited during our stay, with no daily cleaning or bed-making service. Finally, there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom. It wasn’t disturbing at first, but became more noticeable towards the end of our stay.

The people was so friendly and nice to talk to .. really amazing vibe, its a must to go if you want a good stay, they can arrange bikes and taxi bus from and to the property. And they have 3 hammocks where you can chill and have a drink

Italian: Struttura essenziale con una vista sul tramonto pazzesca. La struttura non è vicinissima alla città, ma vicino ha alcuni posti per mangiare, raggiungibili sia a piedi sia in tuk-tuk. Il consiglio è di noleggiare un motorino già al porto; in alternativa, noi siamo arrivati alla guesthouse in touk-touk e abbiamo noleggiato il motorino tramite lo staff che è stato super disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato English: Essential accommodation with an amazing sunset view. The property isn’t very close to the town, but there are a few places to eat nearby that can be reached either on foot or by tuk-tuk. I recommend renting a scooter right at the port; alternatively, we arrived at the guesthouse by tuk-tuk and rented a scooter through the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Vous payez la vue malheureusement.. L’emplacement est top mais le confort n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. Salle de bain qui empestait l’humidité, le renfermé et odeur d’égouts. Chambre pas du tout spacieuse. Vous avez beaucoup d’établissement à un prix moindre avec un confort nettement supérieur. Décevant

Die Unterkunft war sehr familiär und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Herz geführt. Es hat uns super gefallen, und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

The room itself was amazing however it wasn’t very clean. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly. There was what we assumed was a bit of urine on the toilet seat and the bathroom was quite dusty with lots of limescale. This did let us down a bit but we just cleaned it up ourselves. Next time just needed a better clean

La ubicación es inmejorable, con acceso directo a la playa y el santuario marino para hacer snorkel, el último día pude ver y grabar con la cámara una tortuga. Las vistas desde la zona común con hamacas son espectaculares. Cama extra grande y cómoda, nevera con bebidas frías y a coste muy económico, aire acondicionado. Hay un buen restaurante (os recomiendo de postre el Halo-Halo) y una buena cafetería (ambos a dos minutos andando) muy cerca.

El calentador del baño estaba estropeado, aunque la temperatura del agua no era muy fría, pero del baño salen una infinidad de insectos, pequeñas cucarachas, arañas, hormigas, etc... La habitación estaba limpia, pero el baño era horrible, olores y multitud de insectos, con una ventana muy pequeña que no permite que salga la humedad, deberían poner remedio para que todo fuera perfecto.

Location-wise, KADIJ was the place for us since it was near the places we wanted to see and it is close to a lot of restaurants and beaches. The owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even let us borrow some sewing tools since my tote bag was torn. The bed was more than enough to fit 2 people and the bathroom was spacious. Checking-in and out were pretty straightforward, we just had to let the owner know that we have arrived and the key to the room was already attached to the door. You cant miss your room since they have put up your full name on the doorstep. We loved hanging out near the beach, there were some chairs set up perfect to admire the sunset

The heater on the shower did not seem to work or we just did not know how to use it.

De locatie was fijn en mooi, de beheerder en de mensen waren onwijs aardig. Dicht bij het strand en de wifi werkte goed.

Er waren veel mieren etc op de badkamer, toen ik dit vertelde werd er meteen gehandeld maar na een paar uur waren ze terug. Er hing een hele onaangename geur in de badkamer.

It’s location is great as it is far from any noise, it has a beautiful sunset view over a cliff that leads down to the beach, and it’s not that far from the center of San Juan.

There is no generator.

Sitio idílico y de relax frente el mar. Pero a tener en cuenta que es acantilado, no playa. Excelente para pasar un para de días explorando Siquijor ya que además Nana te ayuda y ofrece info para que organices tu viaje. Tiene tuck-tuck para que si no tienes moto, puedas alquilarlo.

Estuvimos 2 noches, si hubieran sido más no es comodo ya que a pie no puedes ir a ningún sitio. A su favor es que dispones de restaurantes, en frente, que són caidad precio, excelentes!

The accommodation is in a beautiful location right next to the water. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming - I would recommend this place to anyone.

The wifi didn’t work throughout our stay. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was nice to disconnect, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby which have free wifi.

The accommodation was great. The location was good for everything we planned to visit. Right below the accommodation is the sea where sea turtles live every day. You will hardly dive during the day and not see at least one. P.s. it would be great if the accommodation had a goPro for rent because we would definitely rent it

The access to the private beach was a great asset.

Excellent location, direct access to the sea where we were able to swim with a pack of turtles just off the shore! Beautiful sunsets visible from both our room and from the beach which was so quiet and felt like a private beach. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, giving us a lift to and from the Cambugahay Falls and to the port to get our onwards ferry. The room itself was cosy and comfortable with a nice spacious bathroom. There is also some nice restaurants within walking distance and also some just a short tuktuk ride away in San Juan.

The room was excellent for what we needed. The view was gorgeous.

The location of KADIJ is very nice. Just in front of the guesthouse you can swim with turtles and it's just a short walk away from Tubod Beach with a wonderful housereef. In the surroundings of the guesthouse they are still building other accommodations, but that didnt bother us. The room is somewhat small, but that's no problem, according to the price we paid for our stay. The owners of the homestay were so friendly. We could leave our luggage in their house after check-out and could even use the bathroom to change and fresh up. They even arranged a transfer for us to the port of Siquijor. We wish them all the best..

Maybe it's new so you will still see unfinished things on the walkway and maybe the room is not yet air conditioned
