Aquamare Beach Camp Resort

The location: beach front plus two swimming pools make it easier and convenient for family with kids to enjoy the place. The domes are comfortable and very spacious that it can accommodate a family with little kids that have a lot of things with them. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and worth your money.

It’s hard to spot the signage when you’re returning from sight seeing. The pool time needs to be extended. 😁 at the time we visited there were things being done around the resort.

The big tents with AC. 2 heated pools. One for kids and one for adults. The food is wonderful. We had breakfast and dinner in the resort for 3 days and everytime we have minimal left over food.

For its price point, I am more than satisfied. It was also my first time experiencing glamping, and Aquamare definitely set the bar high. The rooms were clean, cozy, and gave the perfect balance between camping and comfort. The restaurant prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous serving sizes. We were pleasantly surprised by how filling the meals were, and everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were warm and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place if you're looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Siquijor that's truly worth the money.

location, far from San Juan where the buzz is but if you want peace and quiet, this is a place to stay

Un resort davvero molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulito. Si percepisce subito l’attenzione che viene dedicata alla struttura. Il personale è sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. L’unico aspetto da considerare è la posizione: il resort è piuttosto isolato e lontano dalle principali attrazioni. Per questo è consigliabile noleggiare uno scooter oppure mettere in conto di utilizzare il taxi ogni volta che si desidera uscire. In compenso, il resort dispone di un ottimo ristorante dove è possibile pranzare e cenare. I piatti sono gustosi, le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi sono onesti. Nel weekend l’atmosfera è ancora più piacevole grazie alla musica dal vivo durante la cena, un dettaglio che rende la serata davvero speciale. Se cercate un posto tranquillo dove rilassarvi immersi nella natura, lontano dal caos, questo resort è sicuramente un’ottima scelta.

Nice quiet area, restaurant was okay price (not overly expensive but not exactly cheap, as expected!) but beautiful sunset views!! Happy hour cocktail drinks were a good price :) The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was cosy and the bed was comfty. The bathroom was VERY nice and clean. We enjoyed using the 1hr free paddleboard to go out to the floating pontoon which was lovely.

We weren’t informed when we booked that there was a wedding on the second night of our stay in the attached restaurant, with all of the guests staying at the resort. It wasn’t tooo noisy but I think the staff may have conveniently left that part out! One other small thing was the 16+ age restrictions were kind of ignored with the swimming pool (there’s another swimming pool for kids in a different area), not a huge deal for us but it could be for some people.

No hot water, shower is too slow

The room was clean and it was peaceful because it was away from the busy city. The glamping houses were really aesthetic. It was picturesque. Everything was clean and the staffs were friendly.

The pool water weren’t moving. There was no constant filtration happening. But we only got to use it twice because we were out exploring the island so it was okay. It was also far from everything so better bring or rent a car or motorcycle or whatever means of transportation to get around unless you plan on a staycation.

The rooms are very dirty and there's mold everywhere, which is very unsafe with a small child. We asked to change rooms, but there weren't any available. Because the room was unsafe, we left for another resort. It later turned out that the people working there are very nasty. We tried to get a refund through Booking.com, but the resort refused, citing that we allegedly didn't show up.

Very private, spacious glamping tents, own bathroom inside the tents. Staff members are nice.

I like the Location and the quietness far from the busy streets. Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Comfortable place to relax. Seavieuw Restaurant and clean.They have live music in the evening. Definitely recommended.

Toilet was minus point. I need to wait longer before I flush again.

We had the family room with 2 queen beds, it was pretty spacious with 2 sofas that can be turned into beds. Staff were friendly, the food is affordable and great as well! We arrived 2 hours early before check in and we were able to use the facilities while waiting for check in.

The locstion was a bit far from tourist spots, but if you rent a motorcycle it won't be an issue.

Nice Beach, free water activities for hotel guests, nice pool. Good corals for snorkeling. Good selection of cocktails at readiness prices. Offer services like port shuttle. Staff very helpful.

Location is quite remote, need a transport like a scooter to get anywhere. The city of Larena doesn't offer much for tourists.

Joli resort avec une très belle piscine et des logements atypiques. Le restaurant donne une super vue sur la mer, et les plats sont très bons.

Le resort se situe assez loin de tous les points d’intérêt de l’île.

Being closer to my parents house. It’s nice and cute. The living room was nice and roomy and we were provided coffee @ creamers. They had generator.

This place’s Villa or higher or upper ground level room is designed for smaller or shorter people. If you’re 6ft tall and above, you constantly have to duck to avoid hitting your head. The restroom was very tight same with the toilet area.

Hôtel très agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans une cabane familiale très bien équipée. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et le restaurant a un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Endroit parfait pour se poser quelques jours.

Notre tente (n 15) était coincé entre le parking et le groupe électrogène. Quand il démarre, on a l’impression d’être derrière un réacteur de Boeing…. On entend les vas et viens du parking…. Oublier les grâces matinées. Nous avons voulu boire un verre en terrasse, mais le groupe de musique live mettait la musique tellement forte qu’il était impossible de trouver un coin pour parler. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant car la vue des assiettes ne nous a pas donné envie. Enfin, le camp est éloigné de tous les points d’intérêts. Il faut faire 1h de scoot pour aller à l’ouest où sont situés les plages, restaurants, etc…

We zijn hier vaker geweest maar de nieuwe tenten en zwembad waren heel leuk om te zien. Leuk personeel, happy hour, bandjes in het weekend.

De koepeltent zat onder de schimmel, en bij onze vrienden lekte de badkamer. Het rook ook iets echt fris.

Aquamare Beach Camp Resort was the highlight of my entire Philippines trip not just at Siquijor. I stayed in 7 different hotels and Aquamare was hands down the best. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, 2 amazing swimming pools, private beach with sunsets to die for. Just for sunsets one can come here again and again. 1hr free Kayak use everyday in the beautiful shallow waters. Water sports and island tours available. Snorkeling can be done near the resorts private beach. Long walks possible at the private beach. Great restaurant with an amazing menu and lovely taste. Parking available at the property. Some very nice beaches and restaurants even outside the property. Salagdong beach is 15-20 min away. All in all highly recommended. And totally value for money. Some useless hotels in Manila charge more money when compared to this lovely property .

Distance from San Juan town proper where all the resto and bars are. But if you come to think of it, is is also the advantage because the resort is so peaceful and beautiful.

Ogromny atut to położenie na północ od Lareny, na uboczu. Bez tłumów, hałasów, natłoku turystów. Możliwość wypożyczenia skutera w przystępnej cenie i możliwość zjezdzenia całej wyspy. Przyzwoite śniadania, wybór 3 opcji, porcje ok. Możliwość skorzystania z restauracji również na obiad czy kolację, ceny trochę wyższe, ale w porządku. Bardzo ładny obiekt, zadbany, czysty. Dostępne dwa baseny z czystą wodą. Personel profesjonalny, uprzejmy, pomocny. Najlepsze wspomnienia mamy z obsługi przez panią, która pracuje w porze śniadań i wieczornej. Nie pamiętamy jej imienia, ale doceniamy uprzejmość, zaangażowanie, uśmiech, profesjonalizm i szybkość reagowania. Podczas śniadania panie były otwarte na to żeby pokroić nam pomidory i mango które kupowaliśmy we własnym zakresie. Ośrodek tuż przy plaży. W trakcie pobytu korzystaliśmy z dwóch różnych domków. Pierwszy to glamping z był przytulny i czysty, choć nieduży. Doceniamy czajnik w pokoju. Ciepła woda dostępna.

Nasz pokój iglo premium, który wzięliśmy w ramach przedłużenia pobytu, nie był raczej premium. Wielkość pokoju okej, bez problemu zmieścił się dodatkowy materac dla trzeciej osoby. Ale... Wszystkie otwory wentylacyjne w domku byly zatkane i zagrzybione. Na suficie iglo mnóstwo plamek od pleśni. Mieliśmy przez 2 doby problem z podgrzewaczem wody. Nie pracował prawidłowo, lekko kopał prądem, piszczał przez całą noc. Na drugi dzień wymieniono nam go na inny. Po powrocie wieczorem do ośrodka okazało się że nie grzeje i nie mamy ciepłej wody. A pana od spraw technicznych nie było już w pracy. Nasza ulubiona pani z personelu bardzo przepraszała, starała się pomóc, ale koniec końców nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody. Jeszcze jeden mały szczegół, na plaży przy ośrodku przydałyby się leżaki i parasole.

A simpatia dos colaboradores é notória, a localização é boa e os acessos também. Se quiserem alugar motas para visitar a ilha também o podem fazer na receção o que facilita muita.

Sendo um glumping é normal existirem vários mosquitos o que impediu a nossa estadia na zona da praia e do restaurante. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água mas é normal nas Filipinas. O quarto é pequeno mas suficiente.

Ein sehr interessantes Zelten in der Kuppel. Sauber und sehr freundliche Bedienungen.

Das Badezimmer war sehr veraltet. Für ein Poolhandtuch werden 100 Peso pro Tag berechnet.

Super ruhig und abseits gelegen, sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, super nettes Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollen Blick über die Bucht, sehr sauber, tolles Früstück! Exzellente Tauchschule auf dem Gelände gelegen 😍

De ligging, de rust. Mooie tent, weinig privacy met de gordijnen open. Prachtig zwembad. Goed, en vrolijk personeel ( makenzeer lange dagen) goed te snorkelen. Een smaakvolle inrichting met smaakvolle lichten 🫰🏻

Keuken had meer vegetarische gerechten moeten aanbieden. Zoveel vlees(vis en kip) is niet van deze tijd.

Außenanlage sehr schön und der Pool schön groß! Die Zelte sind ein wenig klein, aber gut ausgestattet.

Am Strand gibt es keine Liegen oder Ähnliches

Die Unterkünfte sind mal etwas ganz anderes. Das Personal war freundlich, die Betten bequem. Der Sonnenuntergang war herrlich. Das Essen war ganz okay, die Portionen der einzelnen Gerichte fielen jedoch unterschiedlich groß aus.

Fernab der Touristenspots und damit auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und weiteren Restaurants. Leider nachts trotzdem nicht ruhig, aus irgendeinem "Zelt" drang nach 22 bzw. vor 6 Uhr immer Lärm. Im Meer konnte man nur bei Flut vernünftig baden, auf den ersten Metern war das Wasser im Gegensatz zu allen anderen besuchten Stränden immer trüb. Die beiden Pools können das nur bedingt kompensieren. Das nach oben offene Badezimmer in der Wohneinheit ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Kühlschrank. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Location is quite far from anything we wanted to do. Mostly let down by the restaurant, it takes genuinely hours to get a drink or food, you have to remind staff of your order a few times to actually receive it and then the food isn’t great

I booked the glamping tent (dome) for four. It was very spacious and pretty. Ideal for a small group.

Location is far from where the other restaurants are. Tuktuk getting to those places can cost a fortune. Be sure to do your research before going. Insist on a fair rate with tuktuk driver before agreeing on any trips.

Struttura molto accogliente. Nelle tende da glamping c'è tutto ciò che serve. Ben 2 piscine tenute molto bene. Indispensabili, visto che il mare di fronte è orribile.

Il mare. Con la bassa marea non è balneabile. Con l'alta non so perché ha piovuto 3 giorni e non ho mai fatto il bagno. La struttura, una volta che si esce, non offre alternative al proprio ristorante che, comunque, era abbastanza buono.

Heerlijk rustige plek en erg vriendelijk personeel. Alles wordt super snel geregeld zoals scooterverhuur, transfer naar de ferry en zelfs de boot tickets werden geregeld. De tenten waren schoon en gezellig!

Alles is prima! Dat je verder weg zit van het bruisende Siqouijr is natuurlijk een eigen keus. Met de scooter ben je er ongeveer in 35 minuten dus prima te rijden.
