El alojamiento no es preciso en la descripción, compramos de acuerdo a las fotos publicadas, con un filtro que era prioridad y quería una cabaña con jacuzzi, resulta que cuando llegamos nos entregaron otra cosa y cuando reclamamos .. dijeron que había sido una distinta cuando por WhatsApp confirmaron que las cabañas tenían tina .. lo cual no fue cierto, nos tocó quedarlos una noche .. la siguiente noche afortunadamente el dueño decidió dejarnos ir sin penalidad y a última hora nos tocó buscar otro lugar .. Quedamos inconformes porque no fue lo que compramos.

La cabaña en sí es alucinante. Tienes la sensación de estar en plena naturaleza. Cada detalle está cuidado al milímetro. Julián y su staff son súper agradables, nos pusieron todo tipo de facilidades. Si vienes el eje cafetero, debes pasar una noche si o si en este alojamiento para vivir la experiencia al completo. Lástima no haber podido visitar los senderos que tienen, pero la cabaña nos atrapó.

La carretera de acceso son 15-20minutos de conducción por un camino con mucha piedra. Recomiendo llevar un coche tipo sub para acceder sin problema.

Todo fue espectacular. El lugar es mágico. El servicio muy bueno.

El agua caliente

Buenas vistas, es realmente muy bonito y agradable. Personal fantástico! Estuvieron al todo tiempo pendientes de nosotros, son increíbles! Buen desayuno nutritivo. Buena cama.

Había mucho insectos (mosquitos, cucarachas, mariposas, etc) dentro de la habitación. Pero creo que estaba fumigada, porque por la mañana encontraba varios muertos. Como tiene paredes de cristal transparente, sobre las 5-6 de la mañana los pájaros suelen estar picoteando fuerte el cristal. Para llegar a la ubicación, hay que tener mucho cuidado con coches bajos, porque hay mucha piedra y lodo. No hay mucho que hacer por la zona y tampoco vale a la pena estar bajando y subiendo, porque el acceso por la noche es muy peligroso. La conexión de internet no hay. El 4g apenas llega. Al final, es muy personal la elección, creo que fue un error nuestro haber alquilado esta propiedad. Si buscas 100% naturaleza y desconexión y no te importa los insectos, pues a lo mejor te interesa.

Удивительное место, очень порадовало внимание к деталям, в домике есть абсолютно все и даже больше чем можно представить. Матрас на кровати просто волшебный. Еще бы конечно анотомические подушки был бы абсолютно высший класс. Очень всё аутентично с выдержанным стилем, настоящее убежище в горах. Невероятные виды и тишина, вкусный завтрак и невероятный кофе на завтраке, приготовленный с любовью. Однозначно рекомендую это место. Хозяева очень приветливые и внимательные люди, относятся с любовью к своему делу.

Плохие подъезные пути, отсутствие wifi в домике.

The property was very beautiful and the hosts were very pleasant. The host helped us buy a ticket to the hot springs to Santa Rosa de Cabal and helped us with getting a driver which we paid later paid for. We had a great breakfast and views were excellent. There is also a trail to hike near the eco hotel. Make sure to read the guide when they send it because it will tell you more information.

We didn't have WiFi directly in the cabins so we had to go to the check-in area to get WIFI or use our mobile phone data (for roaming). Most of the time, we didn't really need WiFi, but when we wanted to find activities and do more research, our mobile data wasn't always fast enough. The road to the cabins are unpaved, and it was a MUCH longer drive to the office than we expected. It felt like 15 minutes. The potholes are extremely bad and the rocks kept scraping the bottom of our low clearance vehicle causing a ton of scratches. If renting a car, make sure you get a car meant for off-roading or buy full insurance. Otherwise, park in the town and get an Uber to the cabin itself. We actually didn't need an SUV for any part of our trip which is why we thought we could risk getting a regular car.

La conexión que realmente se logra tener con la naturaleza.. es una experiencia única, el personal super atento y cálido… dejan llevar tu mascota y eso fue algo bonito .. mi perro estaba feliz ..

Es más una sugerencia por que vale la pena totalmente … por favor poner un letrero más grande para que los visitantes no confundan el ingreso ya que hay dos vías y el letrero que hay es muy pequeño.

Vistas increíbles, si buscar desconectar de verdad este es tu sitio, despertar rodeado de cafetales y platanales, respirando el oxígeno más puro y rodeado de preciosas aves, entonces es tu lugar. El personal muy cercano, buscan solucionarte cualquier problema al instante y te alcanzas a sentir como en casa, sin duda volveremos! 😃

La carretera está totalmente des-pavimentada por lo que es bastante difícil para llegar, no había señalización ni un letrero que indicara el nombre del lugar, nos guiamos con Google Maps y nos envió a otro lugar donde nos quedamos varados un rato hasta que el personal del hotel muy amablemente nos ayudó.

Es una lástima tener que valorar un alojamiento de forma negativa por una malísima experiencia. Llegamos tarde el día de la reserva por problemas que nos surgieron, el dueño Julián en todo momento se comunicó y dijo que nos esperaría sin problema. Al llegar nos recibió una chica que nos acompañó hasta una cabaña que no era la que yo había reservado, la cual tenía jacuzzi, íbamos de luna de miel y este era como el día más “especial” por el entorno. Dicha cabaña era económicamente superior al resto por las instalaciones. Al darme cuenta que no estábamos en la correcta se lo comuniqué a la chica a lo cual me respondió que todas las demás estaban ocupadas. Por tanto si quería tenía que quedarme en esa que no era por la cual yo había pagado. A la mañana siguiente Julián el dueño nos pidió disculpas por el incidente y nos propuso reembolsarnos el precio por el error, ya que habíamos pagado por algo que no habíamos tenido. Para ello notificó a Booking que no habíamos acudido al alojamiento porque según él era la manera de proceder, lógicamente confíe en su buen hacer y tras Booking ponerse en contacto conmigo confirmé que así había sido. Tengo pruebas de todo lo contrario. Esto lo hizo así para que yo no pudiese gestionar ninguna reclamación mediante la aplicación. Y un mes prácticamente después sigue sin reembolsarme el dinero. Por ello plantearse acudir alojamiento donde no le resolverán ningún incidente y está gestionado por una persona sin ninguna palabra.

great view, peaceful environment

La cabaña es muy bonita, tal y como en las fotos. Muy buenas vistas, y muchos pájaros alrededor, eso nos encantó. Los puedes ver des de la cama, de todos los colores. La chica que hace el check in y prepara el desayuno es encantadora, y el desayuno que prepara está buenísimo.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que ahora nos instalarían el gas para que tuviéramos agua caliente (cabe decir que llegamos a las 18h de la tarde y ya habíamos avisado que llegaríamos a esa hora y no lo tenían preparado, pero no nos importó esperarnos en ese momento) Al cabo de rato acaban de instalar la bombona del gas, comprobamos y el agua caliente va bien. Fue bien unos minutos y ya no funcionó más en las dos noches que estuvimos. No pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi y nos duchamos con agua fría. Avisamos la mañana siguiente de la primera noche, y nos dijeron que lo mirarían. Estuvimos todo el dia fuera, y cuando llegamos seguía sin funcionar. Julian, un señor que nunca vimos pero que nos dijo por whats app que se encargaba de nuestra estancia, nos dio largas toda la tarde, “ahora funciona, mírenlo” “hemos tenido problemas con la capacidad del agua pero en un rato irá”, todo esto durante 4 horas y esperando. Al final nos duchamos con agua fría y sin utilizar el jacuzzi otra vez. A la mañana siguiente nos dice “que tuvieron problemas y que es dificil conseguir partes en fin de semana, y que esperaba que a nosotros nunca nos pasara nada porque las cosas pasan”. Nos consideramos personas comprensivas, lo que nos molesto mas ya no fue que estuviera roto, fue la falta de comunicación y las largas todo el rato. A esto se suma que la malla de fuera, solo llegar, nos dijeron que estaba rota y tampoco se podía utilizar. Al igual que el wifi, tampoco funcionaba en ninguna área. Añadir también que la ducha por debajo no cierra bien, queda un agujero, y mientras me duchaba me di cuenta que algo saltaba y era una rana dentro de la ducha. Nos costo mucho poder sacarla. Al final cuando fuimos a pagar reclamamos que almenos se nos hiciera algún descuento ya que muchas cosas no habían funcionado. La maya y el jacuzzi y la ducha, que es por lo que mas nos gustaba el hotel, todo fue un problema. Julian se ofreció a regalarnos una botella de vino, dijimos que no bebíamos.

Les vistes espectaculars, la càbanya en sí: neta i preciosa, feta amb molt bon gust. L'esmorzar boníssim i el personal molt amable. Els gossos encantadors :)

La dificultat per arribar-hi i, sobretot, el fet que no tenen servei de restaurant: has de demanar el menjar amb antel.lació per a que ho puguin gestionar. Nosaltres no vam poder sopar aquella nit.

Las vistas son increíbles y la atención del personal. Muy íntima y perfecta para pasar un día o dos de luna de miel

La llegada no es nada sencilla y no está tan cerca del aeropuerto

La habitación es espectacular! Las vistas son de otro mundo. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron tan amables y el desayuno delicioso. Es un lugar para un pleno descanso

La ubicación es bastante retirada del pueblo y el sendero para llegar es muy complicado, no está pavimentado.

La verdad es que me gustó todo, las cabañas están en un sitio precioso y no les falta de nada. Julián y todo el mundo que trabaja allí son grandes profesionales y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Teníamos miedo por el tema de la carretera de llegada y al final fue mejor de lo que esperábamos, con un coche alto sin problemas, tal vez eso sí tendrían que tener más carteles con el nombre , porque Google Maps te dirige mal, pero si te guía Julián lo encuentras sin problema. El desayuno es muy bueno y casero.

TODO, el ambiente y la cabaña rodeada de cafetales en mitad del campo hace que el tiempo se detenga.

El camino de acceso está muy mal, el sitio está muy aislado y dependes de su transporte para poder moverte. No hay bar ni restaurante solo ofrecen traerte comida a un precio un tanto elevado.

Tout était très bien. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et agréable que je recommanderai les yeux fermés. Les hôtes sont vraiment à l’écoute, disponibles et très réactifs. Des gens très gentils.

La habitación podría mejorar en varios aspectos: no contaba con tina ni malla, la fogata no se pudo usar, la puerta era algo dura y no muy segura. En general, creo que vale la pena que futuros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta antes de reservar.

La calidad humana que hay detrás de este maravilloso y espectacular lugar.....de toda la estancia en el eje cafetero me quedo con la charla mientras desayunábamos con Julián y el personal! Me encantó conocer a la vaquita Julia y las gallinas❤️ su historia y dedicación por este mágico lugar, sin duda lo recomiendo y sin duda volveremos! La cabaña es espectacular, las vistas, el ruido de la naturaleza, la red para tumbarse y observar.

El acceso es horrible, con lo que se paga, deberían arreglar el acceso. Para entrar y salir hay que llamar, deberían dar un código para poder ser más independiente.

Unbelievably beautiful, incredible view. Straight out of a movie. Cute pets walking around (we miss them). Good breakfast (farm to table), very nice stuff. We would definitely be back.

There is nothing that we didn’t like. Just a few recommendations for future guests: bring a good bug repellent with you. Be prepared for a distant place, the way up isn’t easy, and with that - no restaurants around.

It was one of the most beautiful properties we ever stayed . Privacy, practical, beauty, surroundings, nature. it's just on point. The last 2 km drive is via non Pave Road. we rented a small car. it's doable. Just reach before the sunset. You have a beautiful view from the bed . They arranged a nice fire outdoor, has games,mini bar. Everything you need. The property doesn't have any restaurant but they can arrange the food delivery, i would suggest you go to the town to eat. You need an internet or local number to communicate as you're a bit far from a reception area but it's worth it. The property has a 50-minute walking trail around the property via a nature river. Breakfast is served in an outdoor area with smiling staff's. They are always available via whatsap.

We had a great time here. The location was amazing, very quiet, and beautiful. The cabain was wonderful, full of elegant details and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Nothing in particular, the place exceded my expectations.

The view was wonderful. The calm of the surroundings. Being woken up by the birds. The bed was comfy. There was hot water in the shower. The lighting was original. Marcella was adorable. The experience was great because as we stayed there during the week we had a grzat price deal otherwise it would be far too expensive for what it is.

When your core business element is the view, the windows need to be perfectly clean so you can see through them without a spot. Although we realize that the terrain around the cabin makes it uneasy to clean those windows. There is a kind of net to go lie in outside, it s not comfortable at all.. a nice hammock would have been so much better. We were surprised there is no room cleaning every day. Although it was written in many comments we were still taken aback by the horrible condition of the track to reach rhe place. If it s been raining a lot, avoid doing it with a small regular car.. that did stop us from going out for food and unfortunately the only other option was a delivery from a town restaurant (that has bad reviews on google..we now know why). Breakfast was a bit poor definitely as it turns out that if you choose the granola you dont get fruit.. so if you dont eat eggs and yogurt, you are in trouble. We also had to discuss the invoice as we were charged more than what the delivery menu was giving out and there were extra costs for the delivery. As we had not been informed previously we didnt find it honest. Fortunately the boss agreed to correct the invoice.

Beautiful location - a perfect place to relax. El Silencio is a perfect name - the only sounds were birdsong and the evening rainfall.

Very long, rough track for access - glad that we had arranged transport through the property so that the driver knew it well.

Definitely recommend for a relaxing and private time with the nature.. the views and tranquility it’s stunning.

All was good, but definitely recommend getting food for the night as although there is couple of take away options they may take a bit long. However the staff tried their best chasing the food for us.

Incredible view, beautiful cabin, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, kind staff, quick responses from the owner. Keep in mind that this is located quite inside the mountains so it might be difficult to access the place if you don't have a car (a high one recommended) and some telco providers don't provide coverage that far.

The last day there was a problem with water pressure, so the heater wasn't working and we had to shower with cold water. Not a big deal for me but some people might find this pretty annoying.

Wonderful, peaceful place - just perfect! Beautiful details like a netted roof where you can lie and watch the night sky!

The stay was the best stay I’ve ever had. The house was beautiful and the view even better. The host was friendly and we had a delicious breakfast. 10/10 experience

bueno tengo que comentar que el ingreso fue un poco complicado dado que la carretera no se encuentra en las mejores condiciones, pero el lugar es espectacular, las cabañas son fantasticas

Breakfast was excellent for the location. The scenery and uniqueness of the property impressed us most. We were invited to explore the trails. The host arranged for dinner to be delivered to our rooms which was quite convenient and timely for us. The rooms and beds were quite pleasant and relaxing.

The road leading to the property is not really OK for low clearance cars, so people should be warned at least. Walking around the property at night requires a flashlight even though some footpath lighting is provided. The rooms are well supplied with snacks, water, and alcohol which implies an extra charge, but because water and snacks left in the room are often free at hotels, the prices should be more clear. Hot water only seemed to work in one of the cabins.

It‘s in the middle of a coffee plantation. You Are surrounded by a lot of Birds and it is the perfect Place to calm down & to relax.

El silencio is a place to unplug. Service is above and beyond expectation and Julian has tons of suggestions for activities close to hotel. This place is amazing. Check it out.

Booking.com did not describe the road to get there. We showed up after dark and it was a treacherous. The locals won't deliver there after dark because of the road. This issue needs to be corrected.

It was amazing The best experiences I’ve had close to nature. The cabin was complete beautiful, the view was perfect, the outdoor shower and bathtub. I don’t have enough words to describe it but it was so worth it!

Everything was amazing! It had very homey vibes, for breakfast they even personalized some things we told them we wanted to try. The views were amazing and the cabin was super clean and good decorations.

We enjoyed being disconnected from wifi and it’s part of the experience but we struggled a bit to do the check in and logistics.

Perfect place to disconnected and be away from everything urban. The hosts are super helpful and will go out of their way to help you out. The cabin is out of the main road and ideal for people who look for peace and quiet. Clean and the place is unique in the middle of the coffee farm.

The location is excellent with amazing views, literally you can see the whole valley and the coffee crops from your bedroom.
