La amabilidad del personal y la persona que arreglaba nuestra habitación nos dejaba cada día un animal diferente hecho con toallas por nuestra luna de miel.

Estaba alejado del centro, por un lado es bueno porque estás apartado del ruido, pero por otro lado hay una camino de unos 45 minutos que si vas con niños, o maletas se hace un poco complicado. La otra opción es contratar un longtail que te cobra entre 100thb y 150 por persona

Un posto davvero meraviglioso, di quelli che sembrano usciti da una cartolina. Phi Phi è un luogo incantevole, immerso in una natura spettacolare e con paesaggi che lasciano davvero senza parole. L’hotel è particolare proprio perché si trova praticamente in mezzo al nulla, immerso nella natura e lontano dal caos. Una scelta perfetta per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza diversa dal solito e sentirsi completamente a contatto con l’ambiente circostante. Le camere sono in realtà dei piccoli bungalow, molto caratteristici e con un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva. Non aspettatevi il classico hotel: qui il punto forte è proprio l’esperienza, la posizione e il fascino di soggiornare in un luogo così particolare. Un posto che consiglio soprattutto a chi ama la natura, la tranquillità e i luoghi un po’ fuori dall’ordinario. Phi Phi è semplicemente spettacolare e questo hotel contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

La posizione è particolare e va valutata in base al tipo di esperienza che si cerca: il resort è raggiungibile solo in barca ed è immerso nella natura, lontano dal caos e da tutto il resto, ci sarebbe un’alternativa a piedi ma complicata da fare. Proprio per questo, se cercate comodità e facilità negli spostamenti, forse non è la scelta ideale. Se invece, come me, desiderate un luogo tranquillo, immerso nella natura e con la sensazione di essere davvero lontani dal mondo, allora è assolutamente da considerare. Le foto della stanza sono fatte molto bene . Fanno avere un’aspettativa un po’ superiore a quello che è ma in compenso la vista è fantastica!

Posizione e resort molto bello! Posizionato sulla spiaggia di Long Beach ma anche con accesso alla spiaggia di Loh Moo. All’interno del resort ci sono delle navette che ti danno passaggi dai Bungalow alle due spiagge (sono vicine ma le strade sono in salita). Spiagge e mare stupendo anche in bassa stagione (agosto).

L emplacement est top, la plage tres belle, nous avons apprecié la proximité avec Tonsai. Le petit dejeuner etait tres bien aunsi que le restaurant les pieds dans le sable. Personnel tres tres sympa.

Emplacement proche de Tonsai, Mais attention dès que la mer est agitée les taxis bateaux vous dépose sur la plage loin de l’hôtel, Les prix des taxis augmentent lorsque il fait nuit , et lorsque la mer est agitée. Il faut le savoir .

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très élaboré. Les chambres des bungalow sont tres haute dans le domaine , et très dangereux avec des enfants ! Site pas tres propre , Et dernier point les salariées de l’hôtel ce déplace en scooter et des 7 h - 8h il roule vite proche des habitations, pas très agréable

Location the beach! View from the room was unreal too. Staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cats were so cute! Snorkeling was very accessible and fun right infront of the hotel.

Пожалуй лучший отель на острове для тех, кто ищет уединения , природы и красоты … от пристани Тан Сай до отеля везет бесплатный трансфер ( лодка), пешком до отеля дойти невозможно, а связи с особенностями острова . Отель состоит из бунгало , расположенных на горе и утопающих в зелени , внизу только ресепшен, ресторан и бассейны( которых два)… большинство бунгало имеют шикарный вид на залив, панорамные окна в пол позволяют любоваться им лежа в кровати )… номера уютные, тематические, уборка каждый день, смена полотенец в том числе пляжных каждый день. Подьем в гору достаточно крутой, думаю не всем под силу забраться на самый верх, но целый день от ресепшен развозят машинки, вниз - самостоятельно . После дождя очень скользко- идти аккуратно !!! Пляж основной где ресторан - необыкновенной красоты! Вода- нереальная! Но: целый день курсируют лодки- такси, везущие людей на экскурсии, пирс и т д, моторы у этих лодок очень шумные и пахнет бензином … но там где есть люди- всегда есть подобные минусы . Ресторан не плохой , очень приветливые официанты, еда нормальная, морепродуктов свежих нет, но голодными не были , большой выбор коктейлей и шейков . Если подняться на первый уровень бунгало и пойти налево- спускаясь с горы можно найти огромное количество бабочек и еще один красивейший вид на другой пляж( другая сторона острова) , пляж не обустроен, но также имеет белый песок и прекрасную чистую воду( здесь нет лодок и очень тихо) , море без волн вообще в отличие от основного пляжа .

Too far from main tourist point in phi phi and requires additional taxi boat fees to travel back and forth.

The location is beautiful. It’s right on shark point and you can go snorkeling with the reef sharks very easily. The beach is beautiful in the hotel has a relaxing setting. The rooms are small, but nice. I believe all properties have a sea view or partial sea view.

It can be a little expensive getting the Taxi Boat over to the main area, but it’s only a small problem. The rooms are a little dated.

The view and the location is excellent. Staffs were very helpfull.

It is an isolated place, which is good. But any time you want to go to pier, they take 150 baht per person on taxi boat.

Расположение отличное, встретили по приезду и так же проводили обратно, во всем помогли сотрудники отеля, шатл ездил постоянно до бунгало и это очень большой плюс именно этого отеля, так как он находиться на возвышенности

В основном все отлично, единственное не работал сейф, не помогли в этом

El lugar es un paraíso, según te metes en la playa, hacer snorkel es una maravilla, muchísimos peces y un poquito más hacia dentro el shark pong. Los trabajadores son majisimos siempre pendientes de nosotros, y especial mención a Sakai que es una persona encantadora y que nos hizo la estancia una experiencia inolvidable

Por poner una peguilla, las hamacas de la playa son bastante incómodas

Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum, der Strandabschnitt ist klasse und das Highlicht hier! Die Entfernung zum Dorf ist viel weniger ein Problem als vermutet.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr alt und kaum instand gehalten, viele Schäden an Wänden, Leuchten, Mobiliar, wirkte sehr trostlos. Die Terrasse hatte schon kaum noch Farbe. Das größte Problem des Hotels ist das Personal, im Restaurant sind oft 4-5 Mitarbeiter untätig, quatschen, hängen am Handy. Aber die Strandliegen schaffen sie nicht sauber zu halten, auch altes Geschirr wurde teilweise über 2 Stunden nicht abgeräumt so dass sich dann schon Tiere darüber hermachen. Einen Mitarbeiter habe ich auf der Gästetoilette getroffen, nach dem pinkeln hat er sich nicht die Hände gewaschen - nogo. Auch beim Frühstück, so viele Mitarbeiter und keiner fühlt sich berufen etwas zu tun. Teilweise wurden Teller bis wir fertig waren nicht abgeräumt, dafür stehen Mitarbeiter am Eingang und spielen am Handy. Das zieht sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Handy - quatschen - handy, immer und überall. Die Strandliegen sind wirklich unterste Schiene, Uralt, wahnsinnig hässlich, unbequem und schon ekelhaft verfärbt und wie schon beschrieben fühlt sich niemand berufen diese auch mal von Vogelkot oder Essensresten zu befreien - die wurde dann einfach neben hin gestellt und man solle lieber eine neue nehmen - die man natürlich selbst holen muss. Zu guter letzt noch etwas zum Transfer bei Ankunft, es heißt der Bell Boy steht am Pier, wir haben uns überall durchgefragt um ihn zu finden - am ende standen wir zufällig vor ihm, sein schild unsichtbar am Fenster und er saß am Boden mit Handy in der Hand. Wir haben mehrfach nach dem Hotel gefragt in seiner unmittelbaren Nähe ohne eine Reaktion von ihm, aber am Handy bekommt man halt nichts mit.

L emplacement est décrit comme super mais petit détail à ne pas omettre c est que pour rejoindre le centre il faut à chaque fois débourser 100bath/personne pour s y rendre ainsi que la même chose au retour ! Et sachant qu en fonction des marrées et autre parfois on peux vous dire que le retour à la hotel n est pas possible donc vous serez parti pour un bon 45 minute de marche dans des chemins sinueux

Terrible logistics to get to the main city and absolutely no support from the staff whatsoever. Had to hike thorugh the woods 40mins while carrying my luggage because when I asked the staff for help they just dropped me on a deserted beach. Rooms are very old and breakfast is very basic. There is simply no reason to pick this resort, absolute nightmare and will ruin your trip to phi phi. Even from a price standpoint, any money you save by staying here you will spend on boads in and out. Any day you want peace and quiet you can just hike to long beach and enjoy the day, no need to be actually hosted there.

Die Lage ist exorbitant, das Meer, der Ausblick auf die Phi Phi Leh. Die Fische direkt am Strand. Es gibt kostenfreie Liegen. Alles unglaublich. Der Staff ist super, besonders Sakai, Somis und Thia! Danke! Das Restaurant ist nett und lecker. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir waren nicht einmal im Ort. Eine kleine ursprüngliche Thailand-Oase!

Die unteren Bungalows sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad nur ok. Aber selbst da Mega Aussicht!

Excellent location for a quiet getaway. Beautiful beach with lots of colourful reef fish we could easily snorkel to see. Provided complimentary taxi to/from Tonsai on check-in and check-out and the taxi staff were quite helpful. We would consider returning in high season.

Service and attentiveness could be a bit better in general. There is also nowhere to fill up a water bottle in the resort and the complimentary bottles are quite small so you will have to buy your own water bottles each day. No other complaints about the resort itself. Because it’s in a quieter area there aren’t many restaurant and bar options and we found their restaurant more expensive than others. We ended up going somewhere else down the beach a few times for lunch and drinks, and it is easy enough to get a taxi into Tonsai at night for dinner which we enjoyed. Beware there is also not really anywhere to do laundry at Long Beach and the laundry service is expensive.

W upale wręcz niemożliwe żeby o własnych siłach wejść na samą gore do pokoi położonych na samej gorze, ale z recepcji można podjechać małym vanem. Dość problematyczne szukanie łódki żeby poplynac do centrum, trzeba czekać na wieksza ilosc osob i za kazdym razem płacić 100-150bat za os w zależności od pory dnia.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Phi Phi The Beach Resort. The location at Long Beach was peaceful and beautiful, especially during the shoulder season when the beach was almost empty—we even had it entirely to ourselves on our first day. Our sea-view room offered stunning views of crystal-clear, emerald-green water, and the beach was clean and pristine. The service was outstanding, with quick buggy transfers to and from our hillside room whenever needed. The complimentary longtail boat transfers to and from Tonsai Pier were also very convenient. The food was good, and having Blacktip Scuba Divers right on the property made for an excellent diving experience. Overall, a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Phi Phi away from the crowds.

Avoid if you expect comfort. The room was full of lizards and insects, and when we complained, the hotel only offered a lower-quality room with no refund or compensation. Management was rude staff was so so rude and uncooperative. Extremely disappointing for the price paid.

Emplacement exilé du centre faut compter 200 a 300 bahts pour rejoindre le centre , plein de moustiques personnel notamment un Mr qui loue le matériel pour snorkeling antipathique, nous avons deja visité koh phi phi mais cet établissement nous a gâché notre sejour . Un conseil y a plein de choix meilleur pres du centre

This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel turns off almost all lights after 11 PM, and when we came back from town around midnight, the whole area was completely dark. We couldn’t even find our room for more than 45 minutes because no lights were working on the paths. The location is also very far from town with no proper transportation provided by the hotel. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The worst part was having to walk and swim through water with our luggage just to reach the taxi boat to the pier. Our clothes and bags got wet before even starting our trip back. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Infinite pool is close for long time! Only have a little pool and they don’t warn about it in the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phi Phi Beach Resort. A lot quieter than the main area in Phi Phi, so if you want chill, relaxed rustic island vibes this is a good place. We had a sea view villa, amazing views, very comfortable bed and linen. Daily housekeeping and everything was very clean. Quite hilly to get to some of the villas, so if you struggle with mobility or hill walks you might want a villa closer to the beach and restaurant. They do have transport which we saw some people use but we didnt use it. Great that they included free long boat transfer to the resort from the main pier. Staff were very friendly. Shout out to Thiha (hope i spelt that correctly) who was very bubbly and friendly. We went on a boat trip to Maya Beach and Phi Phi Lay from the Let's Sea Bar next to the resort. Great trip, good value and the captain took us to an awesome snorkeling area that was fantastic and quieter. Loved the towel art elephants housekeeping did. Very unique 😊

It was low season, so not many people, but maybe playing some background music in the restaurant and bar area for some ambience would be nice. Having Insect spray available in the rooms.. And brighter lighting in the bathroom.

Great location, on a calm and beautiful beach, staff was helpful and the restaurant really efficient. They took us to the cabin by car everytime we asked for it. Towels and amenities were changed everyday and complimentary minibar was great. Heart shaped eggs were so cute!

Our bathroom had a bad smell that got worst over the days. It was cleaned everyday, bur it was probably a smell from the pipes. Breakfast was ok, we wished for better fruit and some pastries and other types of bread. In general it was good, just some minor complaint to be perfect.

The views from the room are breath taking! The staff are also friendly and the breakfast is quite good (the egg station is a particular highlight). Although it was a bit of an inconvenience getting long boats to and from the main part of the island, it was nice to be away from all of the noise.

The bathroom does not have AC so it can get very stuffy. Bugs and geckos can get through the cracks in the room, but reception were very helpful with removing them.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war traumhaft schön (Bucht mit Meerblick, es lohnt sich)

Das Frühstück war okay, aber für mehr hat es nicht gereicht. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahr gekommen, aber uns hat es nicht gestört; insbesondere bei diesem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Aussicht vom Bungalow ist traumhaft und das Essen war sehr gut. Taxi-Service für in die oberen Bungalows hat hervorragend geklappt.

Die Anlage ist ziemlich ungepflegt, das hatten wir zwar vorgängig gelesen, hatten aber gedacht, dass das übertrieben ist, da das Hotel ja sonst kaum eine solch gute Bewertung erhalten würde. Das Hotel hat sich wohl die negativen Bewertungen betreffend versifften Auflagen am Strand zu Herzen genommen und diese gleich ganz entfernt, man liegt jetzt auf schmutzigen und unbequemen Plastikliegestühlen in 4 Reihen. Auch im Restaurant und im Bungi gab es nur sehr unbequeme Stühle. Das Personal ist eher unmotiviert, wir glauben, dass es ihnen egal ist, ob die Gäste wiederkommen oder nicht. Es kommen ja eh wieder neue Gäste, weil alle einmal nach Phi Phi wollen…dies war jedoch in der ganzen Bucht spührbar und haben wir in unseren vielen Thailandreisen noch nie so erlebt. Es gab aber auch nette Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Beim Morgenessen, was eigentlich sonst ok war, gab es auch gegen Aufpreis keinen normalen Kaffee oder Espresso, obschon die Bar nur ein paar Schritte entfernt war. Es gibt in der Bucht keinen Waschservice und das Hotel bietet einen überteuerten Wascheservice an. Wir sind einen Tag früher als geplant abgereist, da wir unsere Ferientage an schöneren Orten verbringen wollten. Schade, für die Anlage, welche sehr viel Potential hätte…..

Le petit déjeuner pas bon du tout, pas de taxi pour accéder à l’hôtel uniquement des bateaux et le soir très compliqué à trouver car les prix triples, la piscine devant la mer était vide ce n’était pas noté quand on a réservé. On nous a donné une chambre en hauteur accès impossible sans shuttle la dame de la réception nous dit qu’il faut appeler pour demander la navette mais le téléphone ne fonctionne pas, nous avons dû commencer à descendre à pieds avant de trouver quelqu’un. Nous avons prévenue la dame à la réception qui nous a soit disant changé de chambre et « upgrade » mais la chambre était en hauteur avec des escaliers à monter dangereux en pleine nuit… nous avons demandé en compensation le Check out 1h après l’heure (11h) on nous a demandé 200 bath. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait toujours pas dans l’autre chambre pour qu’on puisse appeler demander le shuttle. En revanche il a très bien fonctionné quand elle nous a appelé à 11h03 pour quitter la chambre!!!! Personnel très désagréable pour un hôtel de standing. La seule personne qui était gentille était Thi Ai le réceptionniste du petit déjeuner et le serveur de la plage.

Wenn man den Hügel raufspaziert zum nächsten Hotel am „Berg“ wandert man durch Müllhalden! Bitte Personal schulen, dass nicht nur am Strand aufgeräumt gehört🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻es ist euer Land und wunderschön - müllt es doch nicht so zu! Sonst werdet ihr wie Bali den boomerang retour kriegen und es werden immer weniger Touristen kommen🫣

This hotel was in such a nice area of Koh Phi Phi. Hotel staff were really friendly, all rooms have a great view for sunrise and sunset. Staff even arranged birthday decorations in the room. Long boats are provided to and from Tonsai pier before and after your stay. Great beach where you can kayak and snorkel right in front of the resort

Breakfast buffet options could be better and the hotel can consider offering a boat taxi service of their own for visits to Tonsai pier

The beach is nice

If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I ate at the hotel's restaurant and contracted a severe case of food poisoning. It is no surprise I got sick, as it became glaringly obvious that they resell old, leftover food from the breakfast buffet to tourists later in the day. While being violently ill away from home is bad enough, the way the hotel handled the situation was downright disgraceful. Instead of offering basic human decency or assistance, the staff were entirely unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely devoid of sympathy. When I reported the issue to management, their immediate reaction was to deflect. They actually demanded that I go to a local clinic to "prove" my illness was food poisoning. To make matters worse, they expected me to pay for this clinic visit entirely out of pocket and refused to even assist with arranging transportation to get me there while I was barely able to stand. To add insult to injury, the manager initially refused to give me his name and then blatantly tried to provide a fake one, claiming his name was "Beer Annumat," to avoid accountability. It is abundantly clear that this establishment only cares about protecting their liability and squeezing money out of their guests, rather than ensuring guest safety and wellbeing. Furthermore, because I was so incredibly ill, I requested a late checkout just so I could rest for a few extra hours before having to travel. Despite the hotel being noticeably empty with plenty of available rooms, they flat-out refused to accommodate my illness and forced me out at the standard time. This hotel prioritizes profits over people and lacks even the most basic level of hospitality. Do yourself a favor, protect your health, and stay anywhere else.

Wow amazing location, amazing hotel and amazing staff

Il resort è situato in una delle spiagge più belle delle PhiPhi Island. Mare cristallino è proprio di fronte allo shark point. La nostra camera anche se un po’ datata era pulita. E la colazione buona e abbondante.

Peccato però per le parti comuni, giardino abbandonato e pieno di spazzatura lasciata dai turisti maleducati. E anche i lettini in spiaggia sporchi e lasciati andare. Peccato perché con una struttura del genere, e chiamandosi resort ci dovrebbe essere molta più attenzione e cura.

The resort is located in a quiet area, with a beautiful private beach and amazing turquoise water. It is around 40 minutes from the center. You can reach the town either by walking or by water taxi. The resort itself is very well maintained and well organized. The bungalows are clean, with daily housekeeping service. The surroundings are beautiful and very relaxing. After visiting nearby resorts, I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest resorts in the area. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional. The longtail boat transport was also very well organized. Breakfast was very good, with a large variety of options. I would definitely like to come back. It was my first trip to Thailand, and I have very special memories from this stay. Greetings from Poland!

Ich fand den Preis etwas hoch, aber es ist ja auch ein schönes Fleckchen Erde.

Hotel bien situé, loin du port de Tonsai, ce qui rend l'endroit plus calme. Il y a du transport en bateau à longue queue de disponible pour voyager de l'hôtel au port de Tonsai moyennant des frais (100 baht par personne). La plage de l'hôtel est magnifique, l'eau est turquoise et limpide et la plage est tranquille. Le personnel de l'hôtel était serviable. La vue de la chambre est époustouflante. La chambre est confortable.

Il y avait des mouches lorsque nous allumions les lumières de soir, ce qui est normal à mon avis en Thaïlande. Heureusement nous avions du chasse moustique. L'hôtel nous réfère à un bar en bas pour réserver des tours de bateau. L'employé qui nous a servi était extrêmement bête et nous a mal guidé dans notre choix de tour. Il ne nous regardait même pas en nous parlant. Je ne sais pas si c'est un employé de l'hôtel, mais l'hôtel nous y réfère... C'est la seule fois de notre séjour en Thaïlande que nous avons été mal servi par quelqu'un.

We loved everything about The Beach. The view from our balcony was exactly what we wanted from our Phi Phi experience, and the actual beach is small but idyllic. Loved the breakfast and everyone was very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and the food in the evening was very, very tasty. And room service too!

I had to pay extra for a room with a view and that was great.

The reception and entrance definitely needs to be remodeled it’s in definitely need of new everything including new furniture, staff not too friendly, breakfast wasn’t very good

Las instalaciones son hermosas, el servicio de traslado del puerto al hotel y de regreso es muy util. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal es muy amable.
