Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Struttura immersa in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, a pochi passi dalla via principale di Ubud. Abbiamo apprezzato lo staff, che è stato gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo, circa alle 22, la proprietaria ci ha offerto un the caldo e della banana fritta, che dopo più di 48 ore di viaggio è stato più che apprezzato. Colazione squisita, ottimi i banana pancake. La proprietaria si è occupata di prenotarci il transfer e la fast boat per raggiungere le gili, a prezzo decisamente ridotto da quelli trovati su internet.
Il bagno purtroppo non agli standard del resto. Come in molte strutture in Indonesia la doccia non ha un vetro e purtroppo il bagno si è facilmente allagato e inoltre aveva odore di umidità.

Dat het niet met auto bereikbaar is, en slechte bestrating ( gaten in wegdek en kiezels ). Mijn koffer kapot gegaan ( wiel afgebroken) tijdens het lopen naar de Homestay. .

Tenía coche de alquiler y me costaba a diario aparcar y cruzarme todo el centro hasta llegar al hotel por toda la multitud de gente. Eso me estresaba. También me pilló por sorpresa no saber que en un Homestay no cambian las toallas y sábanas y reponen agua a diario

La posizione è molto buona, rimane dentro le stradine di ubud, lontano dal traffico della via principale, quindi si dorme tranquillamente. Appena esci dalla vietta in cui si trova, si accede direttamente a tutti i negozi, ai ristoranti e earumg locali, nonchè al mercato tipico.
Le foto non rispecchiano assolutamente la stanza che ci è stata fornita, né internamente e neanche esternamente. La pulizia non sufficiente, soprattutto il bagno. L'odore nella stanza è stato molto pesante già dal primo ingresso, le lenzuola presentavano macchie e un'odore ristagnante.

Camera mediocre e sinceramente dal sito avevo percepito una camera molto più spaziosa e più bella. La colazione compresa nel prezzo consiste in una crepes alla banana e un piattino con sei pezzi di frutta. Caffè americano e tè li devi preparare ma sono gratis.

Но есть небольшой минус. Если это исправить , то все было бы супер. Когда заселились на постели были какие-то черные стружки. Мы сначала не поняли. Когда включили кондиционер , то оттуда полетела черная пыль прямо на кровать. Пришлось самим залезать и доставать сетку и почистить и помыть его. На это ушло всего 5 минут. Так что следующим жильцам повезло😀Везде пыль не вытирали очень давно.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026It’s family owned property, it’s one street away from the Main Street in ubud but it’s so calm and peaceful even in day time. The owner is very friendly and caring if you’re solo traveler it’s the good choice! I had banana pancakes( more like a crape) as a breakfast with fruits and it’s was so delicious! But since it has many greens and lots of plants around the hotel, you should be aware that there’s some bugs.

Et le Homestay est très bien placé en plein centre de Ubud dans le marché, on se trouve pas très loin du grand axe mais nous n’avons pas le bruit de celui ci.

The beautiful garden creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. There were several breakfast options to choose from each morning, all freshly prepared and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a simple, authentic, and comfortable place with a great location, this is an excellent choice.
The only small drawback was that the room felt slightly humid due to its location next to the garden and limited natural light. It was a bit difficult to ventilate, but it was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026This is an authentic perl of an accommodation in Ubud. Access through some secondary roads so it’s quiet enough but right at the center of action. Facilities couldn’t be better as they are spacious and perfectly suitable a short or longer stay, very clean, staff very friendly and attentive. When back to Ubud I won’t hesitate in staying here again and thus I’ve no reservations in recommending this to whoever heads to Ubud.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Great place to stay in centre of Ubud. Quiet for sleeping and pandan banana pancakes and fresh fruit for breakfast included were yum. Bed comfortable no fridge however, we were happy staying there. We had too much luggage as this was our second week after a week in Seminyak. Room small but comfortable aircon. We purchased a mosquito plug in to ensure we were not affected by mozzies. It worked. As we were 77 and 73 it was a rocky journey dragging our suitcases in the small market road and down a hill before you get to the homestay. Taxi best to leave you at terminal restaurant. So they do not get stuck with their car. Great location for summer palace and for getting local Ubud drivers to take you out for the day. We loved our stay. Lovely sitting out on our little balcony drinking Balinese coffee.
There is nothing to say negative as this was a great accommodation

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Die Lage ist top. Ruhig. Familiär. Fürs Frühstück kann man aus verschiedenen Möglichkeiten wählen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Sitzplatz/Balkon. Ayu und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich. Ich habe um 2 Nächte verlängert :).
Zum Duschen nicht wirklich warmes Wasser, aber auch nicht eiskalt. Schön angenehm.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Posizione ottima. A 5 minuti a piedi da Ubud Palace ma lontano dal rumore cittadino Colazione semplice ma buonissima e il servizio in camera eè stato una coccola meravigliosa Non c'è una terrazza ma un ballatoio che da sulla giungla e svegliarsi la mattina li è stato fantastico
c'erano parecchie formiche piccolissime nel letto

Reviewed May 26, 2026J avais choisi cet hébergement en fonction de mon budget, pour l emplacement central et le calme qui était décrit dans les commentaires, ainsi que les bons avis. Je voyage pendant 2 mois en Indonésie et je suis assez chargée. Mon taxi n a pas pu me déposer devant car l accès aux voitures y est impossible. C est une ruelle commerçante où tu te croirait en Afrique du Nord tellement tu te fais importuner. Quand, je suis enfin arrivée, j' ai eu du mal a trouver car dans le même emplacement, il y a 2 Homestays. Tu es un peu perdue. Il y avait des escaliers. J y ai croisé un Indonésien qui y sortait et qui m a dit bonjour, mais pour m apercevoir après, qu au final, il faisait parti du personnel et qu à aucun il ne m a proposé son m aider. La personne qui m a accueilli était très sympathique. Il s appelle Typ. La chambre étant à l étage, il m a monté ma plus grosse valise. La chambre est spacieuse et propre avec un bureau. La terrasse est sympa aussi. Du café et thé sont à votre disposition ainsi qu une bouilloire. Pour le règlement, en ayant réservé avec Booking, ils te donnent une facture. Tu paies sur place. Soit en espèces, ou soit en CB où tu auras des frais supplémentaires sur leur facture, et peut être des frais bancaires avec ta banque ?! Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est plutôt léger. 1 toast, 2 œufs et une petite assiette de fruits frais. Un supplément était proposé sur le menu du petit déjeuner à 25 000 Idr. Du coup, j en ai commandé un. Quand il est arrivé, j avais 1 toast et les 2 œufs mais pas la petite assiette de fruits. Ils m ont annoncé que c'était sans. Je leur ai dit qu à la base j avais réservé pour 2 personnes avec 2 petits déjeuners. Déjà de payer un supplément était pour moi assez lunaire. En payant le supplément 25 000 IDR, ils ont quand même consenti les fruits. C est vrai que les Indonésiens sont très gentils mais si ils peuvent te la faire à l envers, ils le font.
