Room and building were very clean and tidy. Had individual parking spot.

The room was lovely and clean, lots of little extras so we had everything we needed. Perfect location with shops/restaurants nearby. Host was helpful and there for anything we needed.

Logement parfait. 40 minutes sur la ligne directe 40D pour aller au centre de Dublin. Quartier très calme du French Park. Confortable, très propre et très agréable, je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci beaucoup

The house and the bedrooms were very clean. It has a lovely garden and the area where the house is situated is safe and it is a quiet area.

There is nothing I did not like about the house.

I love the room, it's beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were lovely, I found even nice treats in my fridge 😀. It's definitely a great one.

Our host was very nice and helpful. The housing was exceptionnally clean and well decorated. All items worked well.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! Cornelia, the owner, is such a warm and caring person. She welcomed me personally, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed. She even gave me an iron and ironing board, the bus schedule to get to the city, and a heater when I felt cold. There were also little treats in the minibar, along with coffee and tea, which made me feel very much at home. The room was cozy and perfectly clean, and I could even prepare my own breakfast, which was very convenient. Cornelia went above and beyond — she even let me check out later, which I appreciated so much. I am very grateful for her hospitality and kindness. I’m really happy I chose this place, and I would warmly recommend it to anyone.

The booking and photo shows two beds. When we arrived there is only one bed with a make shift type of bed in the corner. When folded out you couldn’t open door to get out of room. The bathroom and kitchen was dirty along with the room. During the stay there was a loud noise coming from some type of appliance in the building that was a constant nuisance. Tried calling the contact number but never got any response.

Great price, so clean, facilities were amazing, comfy beds, tv was great, room to hang clothes, fridge was a great size, shower in room, was absolutely perfect for our stay!

It was abit loud outside at night but this is the only complaint everything else was absolutely spot on and we stayed there for 3 nights

It was nice to have everything to yourself. Bed were great, mini fridge was filled. It was a tiny appartement.

I've read in the reviews that the bus only takes 35min to the city centre of Dublin...it's not. It's about 55min. And eventhough the hostess said that if there were questions I should ask them, so I did, but haven't heard anything back

Location was a bit "rough". Didn't feel particularly safe when walking to the local shops for dinner in the evening. That aside, it was very good.

This accommodation is perfect for any stay in Dublin, it is quite a while to the city center but this means you get your peace. There's a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. And our room had a private bathroom, just lovely. And the host is just amazing, very responsive! We si.ply loved it! ❤️

Great room with private bathroom and small kitchen in a nice neighborhood overlooking a nice quiet park with a lot of natural light. Very clean and very close to the airport. Great parking location as well. This is my second time staying here and will repeat again in the future.

Clean/convenient

Advertised parking access/but only 2 spaces were actually available. Did not advertise that you had to request the parking. That was a bit of hassle at first, but was finally solved.

I loved everything about this place.The quietness, cleanliness, freshness, utensils, service, comfort of beds, you name it.It was just super amazing and the host, Cornelia, was just wow wow wow!!!!!

We liked that the apartment was very clean and parking was available.

The unit is too small for 3 people; it really should be for 2 people. It was very far from city centre by bus.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The host is very responsive and ready to help you with anything you need. It is easier to get to the city centre

Initially booked accommodation on reviews and distance from the airport (9 miles) and the city centre (7 miles) as we decided to use taxis. Fare from the airport was approx. €40 each way, and this was not too dissimilar to fares to the city and the zoo, so it did cost us just under €250 in transport for 3 days, which we were not expecting. This is no reflection on the actual accommodation, which was outatanding and close to shops just out of the way.

Great location, great owners and the room was so tidy with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be staying again.

Spotlessly clean bedsit style room in an end block of flats with shared kitchen/garden. Windows overlook large common grassed play park.

Limited amenities in area. (Although large Lidl within 5mins walk.). It is approx 30min bus journey into Dublin centre - be mindful of last buses back.

It's small, but comfortable and has everything you need. Clean. You cannot stay at a hotel like this in the center of Dublin city at this price.

Close to shops and bus stop, plus there’s a lovely park across the street. Our host, Claudia, was very sweet and helpful. Netflix was a bonus. Very cozy and comfortable stay.

Good value for money. I suppose it's because it's a bit out from the centre. Nice and clean . Was perfect for our weekend. Nothing bad at all to say. Just wish we could have slept in until 12pm. Had a hangover to be fair ha. All 👍😊

Immaculate and comfortable. Little touches of a chocolate bar, bottle of beer and a bottle of water in the fridge was a lovely welcome. Couldn’t recommend more.

The room offered what we needed, good comfortable beds, clean bathroom and really good service.

The bed was truly comfortable and I loved the fact that there was a small kitchenette with spices, coffee etc.

It was a bit difficult to get to the centre until i got used to which buses I had to catch and on which bus stops I had to stop. The bus 40D on Sundays takes a bit longer to come, every 50 minutes i think (in the afternoon) but other than that it was great.
