The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is good accomodation in excelent location if you need budget place to stay. This place has a kitchen when you can keep your food in the fridge.

I did not like that one customer scared me at night because he suspected that my bed is his.

The beds were comfy and the clean. Very nice staff.

The bathroom was far away from the room and it really needs some renovation. The kitchen did not have a stove, only kettle and microwaves. I paid 50 € for a night for one bed in a dorm with 8 beds (and no breakfast), which I found very expensive.

The bed was fitted with a curtain and it had a bedside shelf and a bedside lamp which was possible due to the wooden frame. Shower area was spacious and clean. They even had a pet cat!

Not much really, maybe the eating area feels pretty eerie. If you mind your business you should be okay though.

Lit pas du tour confortable, on peut sentir les ressorts dans le matelas. Tout est très mal indiqué. L'alarme c'est incendie qui se déclenche à 23h40 pendant facilement 1 h pour rien. Très peu d'eau chaude voir inexistante dans les douche. Douche sale.

Situated in a great area, very cosmopolitan and tourist friendly. The management are friendly professionals and helpful. The place is calm quiet and very clean.

Amazing building, might be from the Catholic era... Just a stunning place with very easy access to the city... exceptional cleanliness throughout....

That more backpackers don't follow suit, they could learn a lot from this well organised backpacker facility.....

staff. we booked two bad and the staff didn’t notice us in advance that we won’t be together in the same room, they gave us two different rooms and when we asked to change it they rejected cause they can’t change it in the system. on website nobody mentioned it could happen. somehow one bad in my room was free all night and when i asked boy at reception if we can swap and move my friend there they rejected again.

Bathrooms and showers were very clean and bright which was good. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Shower rooms are very hard to find. Signage is a big issue. Lovely wall art for "interpretive" signage for toilets, receiption etc... but, as someone Irish and up for the night, I found the signage very hard to navigate as an Irish person, I can only imagine how visitors find the signage. It's in Dublin City Centre, but the area is very dodgy. The rooms in the images show brown bunks with a very modern shape to them, ours were white and not in anyway similar to photos. I would advise the property to include these in the pictures. The push button for the showers, need more time on that. Very quick to turn off.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough toilets/showers.

I only stayed one night (and left early in the morning) so I didn't really visited, but I didn't see any common room or kitchen, nor was I told about it during check-in. A bit off center.

The beds, mattresses and sheets were very good. We loved the beds. We lived all the amenities. Great option for a snack with Urban Spud inside the property! Great coffee and breakfast! Lovely Brazilian snacks! Excellent staff at all times, helped us with everything we needed! Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

What we didn’t like much was that the showers sometimes had no hot water and some of the shared showers needed cleaning on the walls and floors. We also needed plugs to use the hair dryer in the bathrooms but there was no plug. We couldn’t get any money at reception for the washing machines, but we managed to get the change in a local shop. I had a problem with no electricity on my bed but the staff sorted it out promptly. No lifts is a bit harsh but ok for the exercise!

I was woken twice, first by a man opening the curtain, second by the clerk who came in, rapped on my bunk, shone a flashlight in my face and demanded to see my reservation card at 5 am. This was harassment.

It was cheap for an overnight for two people near the city centre.

Booked mostly due to reviews saying the location was great, it’s approximately a minimum 30 minute walk from the main city centre, the room literally has the bunk beds pictured and nothing else. Booked a private room which had no windows and was very small, the overall layout of the hostel is confusing and unclear, toilets were not hygienic.. other guests smoking in toilets and very loud.

I did not feel safe here. Firstly doors to the outside were left open during the late hours where anyone could have walked into the hostel. Second, the male cleaner propped the door open to the women’s changing room with his foot for several minutes unnoticed while he had a mobile device capable of recording in his hand. When staff member on the desk was told, they were defensive for the cleaner and unbothered. Third, the same male cleaner came into the women’s dorm rooms unannounced in the morning and when asked what he was doing here he didn’t answer just grabbed a bedsheet and left. Cleaning was appalling, on the first day I tried to find a shower on my floor - my options were a room with poo on the floor or a mouldy ceiling. Later used the downstairs bathroom which reminded me of my “Victorian schools shower room which hadn’t been updated since the 1960s and later got shut down due to legionnaires disease” And the towel I rented for €5 wasn’t even big enough to wrap around me (I’m average sized) Cleaning in the room was lazy, dust covered everything.

The rooms and beds were cleaner than expected and had ample storage.

EVERYTHING. We repeatedly felt unsafe during our stay. One guest harassed and followed members of our group, touching and pulling us when we tried to walk away. When we reported him, staff told us to return to our room and sleep in shifts to make sure he didn’t get inside. He later banged on our door and tried to enter until around 3:30 AM. Other guests also smoked marijuana in our room and one later vomited in his bed. The surrounding area also felt unsafe.

Windows would not close . Strings to close windows were broken and dirty . The floor was grubby from wear and tear . Neither was it properly cleaned . Only one staff member doing check in and this was not adequate for amount of guests checking me . Bedroom was sparsely furnished . There needs to be a bench or a few chairs . A room for 4 with only one stool ??? The steps up to the top bunks were totally inadequate as well as dangerous .
