The bedroom and lounge and kitchenette were all separate rooms.

This property was warm, cosy and had all the touches of home. The fruit for breakfast was appreciated. The location was quiet and the garden was beautiful.

I had stayed here before and loved it so was glad to be back. Like the unique artwork and ornaments also the garden setting

Would be helpful to have somewhere in kitchen to hang teatowel and hand towel, also perhaps somewhere there to hang coats as you come in....

Beautiful setting, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable and appreciated. Lovely area to take walks. Loved our stay- thank you so much. We hope to be back to stay when next in Hamilton.

Very cosy. Bev was a lovely host. We had a lot of privacy and she responded immediately if we had questions. The fridge had crumpets, milk, sauce, jams and butter for breakfast and cereal and fruit was provided too. The bed was very comfy and the shower was lovely. Being winter the heater was on for our arrival. Home away from home. We will be back.

Always happy to stay here, very clean, comfy bed, nice touches with biscuits , cereal, fruit, and proper milk, not long life. Bev turned on heating so warm when we arrived late, only 6deg outside, but cosy indoors. Great pressure shower. Quiet surroundings for restful evening.

Personal attention was exceptional.. Bev "went the extra mile"...eg she offered the use of her Airfryer...and helped us carry our stuff to our room.

Dining table was rickety. No face clothes in bathroom.

Breakfast and location was great, easy to get to parking was good. Clean and tidy. Bev is a wonderful hostess, goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

We loved everything about this property . The studio is more like a small ground floor apartment , except it has a small kitchen without a stove or big kitchen sink . It’s in a quiet location, close to a small mall with a small grocery store , liquor store , and Chinese restaurant. The bed is very comfortable , pillows were perfect . A nice separate living room with a couch and TV , and a small table and chairs to have breakfast at . With beautiful views of the garden . The kitchen is small but has everything you need in it for a short stay . A microwave , small fridge with milk , butter , English muffins , along with 2 types of cereal, bananas and apple and cookies ! Coffee and tea . The bathroom has a nice bath with a window above , so you can watch the clouds roll by . And a shower . The toilet is in its own room . The host is very nice . Why stay in a hotel , or motel when you can stay here . We will be back for sure !

Beautifully kept property. The rooms were clean, and well equipped for what was needed. Very private. Bev was really kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Loved it.

Perfect quiet location, close to everything I needed. The studio is the perfect size for a solo traveler or couple, with toast and cereal provided, which I thought was a nice touch. It was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again.

It was great having almost my own little flat here. Loved the separate spaces for lounge/bedroom. Lovely relaxing soak in the tub was much appreciated and it was very quiet and quite comfortable here.

Only that I forgot to eat the fruit provided!

Brilliant breakfast we didn't even know was included id the low price of $153. My suggestion, increase your price to say $175 - would still be great values for money.

We loved it so much. The place was the best we stayed at during our two weeks trip from Auckland to Bluff and back. The fine aesthetic touch and your hospitality was truly amazing. We wished we had more time at hand to enjoy the stay and explore Hamilton more. Another time!

A very quit place which allowed for great sleep in very comfortable beds. A lot of space for two people with a nice big bathtub and a good shower.

no restaurants are in walking distance, but 5 minutes by car gives you a lot of options.

The wifi is free, not paid. This is the most tastefully decorated house I've ever seen. The garden is just as nice, too.

This accommodation was just right for what we needed. Near Central Hamilton, very quiet, beautiful gardens around the house, private and modern. It had everything we needed.

No PowerPoint in bathroom that I could find for hair dryer. Would like to suggest a screen for privacy between studio entrance and main house kitchen area - just my thoughts, others may not mind that you can see both ways, I think this would be a great addition.

The Hosts were absolutely lovely people. We were hours late thanks to Auckland traffic and they were so kind and had no issues with us turning up finally at 10pm (I kept them informed by text during the evening). The garden is gorgeous with a nice wee private area for guests and the apartment is also private, given it is a wing of the home. The accommodations were clean, had lovely additions to make your stay more enjoyable (eg a selection of teas, real milk, a light breakfast supplied, magazines, candles for the bath, etc), and thoughtfully decorated. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed meeting and chatting with the hosts.

The kitchen area could possibly do with a renovation with modern cabinetry to make it work better for its location in the apartment and to make it easier to clean for the owners.

Part of a home in a quiet location. There was a bedroom, lounge room, bathroom and a separate toilet. The cooking facility was a galley type but adequate for our purposes. It was close to a small shopping centre and not far out of Hamilton. The hosts were very friendly.

There was no power point in the bathroom. The mattress was too soft for my liking. The eating area was a garden setting.

This retreat is a gem in a lovely quiet area, with gorgeous surrounds. The hosts are very friendly and facilities are the best we've encountered. Highly recommend.

A beautiful self container flat, very tastefully decorated with everything you need. . The bed was comfortable and facilities such as a huge bathroom and kitchenette was tremendous. Continental breakfast supplies were a great toch. A perfect location for is close to shopping and golf course and easy access to Wairere Drive.

The host left us lots of breakfast items, milk, cereal, bread, butter, and great coffee and cookies too. The place is very good value, great cleanliness, quiet location, good off street parking and is very central in Hamilton.
