Расположение, обустройство номера, доступность кухни, достаточно тихо, наличие крытой парковки, чистота в номере и на территории.

Фактически несмотря на то, что денежные средства были заморожены на моем счету, меня попросили оплатить проживание еще раз при выезде, утверждая, что деньги в итоге вернуться. НЕ ВЕРНУЛИСЬ. Поддержка букинга игнорирует, хозяин объекта не может/не хочет помочь (хотя это делается элементарно в личном кабинете). За изначальную стоимость - это отличный вариант, но при стоимости х2 он того не стоит...

Je suis tombé sur ce homestay car il était le plus proche de ma position lorsqu'une pluie torrentielle s'est abattue sur moi en fin d'après midi. très bon rapport qualité prix. la dame qui tient ce homestay est d'une gentillesse absolue et cuisine de très bon repas, copieux et peu cher. Le lieu est également vraiment très mignon

One of the best places I've stayed in Vietnam! I stayed in a four-bed dorm which was clean and comfortable. There is a great courtyard with lots of seating and a ton of plants. There is also a large vegetable and flower garden. The owner was very friendly and helped me book a tour and transportation to Quy Nhon. She also prepares really good food with fresh vegetables from her own garden. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Kon Tum!

Paní majitelka dbá čistotu, několikrát denně uklizi společné prostory. Je milá a nápomocná. Možnost pronajmout si motorku Paní majitelka na požádání připraví pestré snídaně, bohaté večeře, včetně vegetariánské stravy, spousta ovoce atd možnost vyprání oblečení Je to tu oáza a ač jsem náročný, zde mi nechybělo vůbec nic a předčilo mé očekávání.í.

La proprietaria della struttura è una donna straordinaria, non parla inglese ma si comunica con il traduttore sul cellulare, è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. La struttura ha un giardino, un orto, un falò e si crea facilmente un clima socievole con gli altri ospiti. Le stanze sono spaziose, comode e pulitissime così come i bagni che si trovano all'esterno delle camere. Wifi ottimo. Ci sono due splendidi cani (il bassotto è sempre in cerca di coccole).

Everything I loved it and didn’t want to leave. Great atmosphere and amazing hard working owner who is very nice and relaxed and can provide all meals and coffee and all drinks. I will definitely be returning if ever in the area of planning a trip. Lovely area with plenty to see and lots of great local foods near by. She has two lovely dogs that hang out in the garden and communal area. She has many plants and fruits growing in the garden and often would bring snacks and her fruits for us to eat.

Lovely homestay with everything you need for a few nights. Host are especially friendly and accommodating. Place is located outside of the main town but plenty of restaurants near by plus grabs. Would highly recommend.

Giá phòng ổn. Homestay cách trung tâm 4km không có xa đối với mình. Không gian xung quanh thoáng mát, sân vườn phía sau nhìn chill. Phòng vệ sinh sạch sẽ.

位置不在市中心，但环境很好，花园式的庭院，很多公共区域，很安静，适合旅居，老板一家人也很热情友好，建议能增加一个台球桌和乒乓球桌，这样呆着更好玩，旅舍氛围也会比较好，希望下次有机会去再多住些日子。

Das Personal ist soooo nett! Der Sohn spricht top Englisch und die Mutter ist herzlich und kocht gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Scooter ist ausleihbar, pho gibt es um die Ecke, Innenhof ist gemütlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, zwei süße Hunde.

Man hört manchmal die Autos von der Straße, Toilette und Bad sind wenige Meter durch den Garten vom Schlafzimmer entfernt, hat mich aber nicht besonders gestört.

Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable with big rooms and good facilities. Friendly hosts, too. We really liked the location as it was out of town but there are still ample restaurants around. Cheap breakfast and very cute dogs.

It would be great to have mosquito nets over the beds, but there are fans and air-conditioning so it's not too much of an issue to have the windows and doors closed!

far out from city center but you will probably borrow the bicycle or motorcycle anyway to visit the Banhar villages. there are a few places to eat close by.

One of the best places I have stayed in Vietnam and also one of the cheapest. Bed was big and comfy, it was spotlessly clean and everything worked well.

Cheap and overall good

I booked private room, no one bothered to contact me that private rooms are sold out. They informed me when I arrive, so I was forced to stay in a dorm.

Oh, so nice. Little paradise with an outside area to hang out in a shade of various plants and trees. Lovely host and clean place. Also what I liked a lot was that there are many coffee places and restaurants just next to it. Seems far from the town yet all you need is literally 1 minute walk away.

The fact that the host let me early check in at 5.30am (!!!) is something I'll always be grateful for. Given the hostel's location it's almost a must to have a bicycle or motorbike to move around. So I was very happy when they said I can borrow a bicycle for free! Dorm and bathrooms very clean. Even though the property is on a main road, the rooms/dorms are towards the back of the lot and very peaceful; I didn't even notice traffic noise.

- It's one hour walk from the central bus station and far from everything central in Kon Tum. (See bicycle point in the positives though.) - I could nitpick that the breakfast could have been richer (two buns, 2 eggs, 1 sliced tomato, 1 banana, for 35k)

The breakfast was excellent, easily kept us going until lunchtime.

The army practice across the road was mildly annoying but I didn't hear it after I went to bed. The trucks started honking quite early.

Very friendly family-run hostel! Cute dogs. Lovely garden with a view at one end to the Highlands which is nice at sunset.

Friendly hosts, clean, excellent value, nice grounds. The homestay is great for a budget traveler. A kitchen is available if you want to cook. Lush vegetation on the grounds. I have always stayed in a private room but they also have dorm sleeping arrangements. Shared bathrooms have always been clean.

It's a great place to stay and the family is soo friendly, kind and with a positive energy. The garden is very beautiful and it is one of the nices doorms I have ever stayed. 100% recommended.

The room was clean, air conditioned, and spacious. The lady took great care of me. I felt like home. The location is quiet. The perfect place for getaway. They can cook you affordable and delicious meals too. You can also use their kitchen. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Kon Tum.

The water pressure in the bathrooms are too low sometimes, and the toilets could be cleaner.

just 4 km away to the city but the vibe here is really worth a visit. the rooms are clean and they offer diner meal so you can enjoy the night in the house without having to go to the city.

we absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was so nice and we felt like home here. The food was absolutely amazing and we just ate here in our stay. The people were so lovely and they helped us with everything like bike rental, food, place to see and bus to our next destination. We didn’t want to leave here after 4 days, but loved it!!
