Y.O Inn

Het hotel had een mooie architectuur met een fijne binnentuin. De kamers waren ruim en één voor één mooi. Ook het ontbijt was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden er zo opnieuw overnachten. De mensen waren zeer vriendelijk en bleven ons ook de dagen erna helpen.

The bed creaks very loudly

Когда нам дали номер, там не работал свет в душе. После это предложили другой номер. В целом номер был хорош, но в туалете мы увидели большого таракана. Мы от него быстро избавились. В душе мы очень долго ждали когда пойдет горячая вода, а потом так же долго настраивали воду комфортной температуры чтобы можно было помыться. Вода либо слишком горячая, если немного холодной добавишь, то становится слишком холодная. Дизайн комнаты очень интересный. В душе были скошенные потолки, что для человека с высоким ростом, будет не очень комфортно мыться. В 7:00 мы спустились, заказали завтрак, так же мы попросили кофе. Кофе нам принесли сразу, а про завтрак забыли. В итоге завтрак мы ждали больше часа. Было неприятно. Настроение с утра испорчено

Design , Feel , service location

La gentillesse de la propriétaire, de la réceptionniste et du gérant. Le gérant parle français. La chambre est superbe, le jardin est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Les scooters sont en très bon état. Les bouquets de fleurs offerts par la propriétaire. L'établissement est joli.

La température de la douche impossible à régler : soit bouillant, soit froid. La climatisation impossible à régler.

Virkeligt smukt værelse og hotel, smukt bygning. Personale var super sød og meget servicemindet.

Selve Kon tum er kedelig by, dermed var det ikke meget at lave udover at være på “oasen” Prisen ligger på det dyrere del.

Eine wunderbare Oase mit vielen Pflanzen, ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück ... sehr gerne wieder.

The staff was absolutely lovely. The hotel is a rather unique structure. Not cookie-cutter at all, so there is a lot of nice character throughout. All the rooms I saw seemed unique from each other and had plenty of space, something many hotels seemed to lack. There was a nice garden area by the lobby. There was a Yamaha acoustic guitar in the lobby, which they let me play. Getting back to the people at the hotel. They were kind and accommodating and a pleasure to be around. Whenever we sat in the lobby area, they would always offer to bring out Vietnamese coffee or tea. The location was close enough to walk many places, but hailing a Grab car was very easy.

My biggest problem was that my hot shower would go cold within a couple of minutes. I would turn off the water when it got cold, stand there wet and soap up and turn it back on and it would usually get hot enough to quickly finish the task at hand. The shower itself was very nice. I just wish the water wasn't so unreliable. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor, I hope you're not carrying heavy luggage. I hate to write anything even remotely critical, because we enjoyed being there and would probably book it again, if we return to Kon Tum.

Есть простые отели, а есть такие, в которых чувствуешь себя как дома. Вот это как раз такой. Доброжелательные владельцы, оригинальный дизайн и лучшие завтраки. Обязательно буду возвращаться в него, при посещении этого города.

The hotel is a gem! The owner put sooo much creativity and details into this beautiful house and garden, it is insane! She is a real artist and works slowly on even more rooms in a house next to the property. You feel really home there, we got small presents and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast was delicious and we could sleep very well. Everything was really perfect!

Très bon petit déjeuner, hôtel situé dans le centre , dans une rue au calme. Personnel très gentil, à l’écoute. Nous avons bien discuté avec le responsable, qui parle Français et qui est très sympa. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et la chambre très agréable.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und hatte einen netten kleinen Balkon. Es war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zufuß erreichen. Ich hatte ein paar wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel.

Die Dusche konnte nicht von Regenfall auf die handbrause umgestellt werden, sonst war alles ok.

Lovely style and luxurious feel, staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable in a lovely location.

Shower water was a little colder than we wanted and didn’t drain particularly quickly.

the house itself has something of a fairy tale to it. the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are decorated accordingly with a wooden bed and table which is a nice touch. it also has a beautiful garden.

J’ai tout aimé ici. La jolie maison et son jardin si paisible. La décoration soignée, les matériaux de bois qui se mélangent subtilement à la pierre. L’impression d’être chez soi, dans un cocon. Et surtout les attentions délicates de la propriétaire et du personnel. Les sourires généreux et la disponibilité. Un lieu incroyable que je n’oublierai jamais. De loin le meilleur de tout mon voyage.

Vị trí trung tâm, gần nhà thờ gỗ. Không phục vụ ăn sáng nhưng gần các tiệm ăn lớn bán phở 2 tô, bánh canh, bún cá...Quán cà phê thì sát vách luôn. Đi tham quan cầu treo, nhà rông cũng chỉ 40-50k taxi.

1 nơi nghỉ siêu đáng iu. Cô chủ cực kì tâm huyết với ks. Bạn lễ tân chu đáo và nhiệt tình hướng dẫn chỗ chơi sao cho tiện và cảnh thì đẹp. Rất hi vọng sẽ lại có cơ hội tới Kontum sẽ tiếp tục được lưu trú tại Y.O inn. Vị trí trung tâm nên rất tiện đi lại vui chơi ăn uống.

It’s hard to put into words. Everything was excellent! The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and impressive. The surroundings were like something out of a fairy tale. At night it was completely quiet — we slept better here than anywhere else. We would have loved to stay longer. We hope to return someday. Thank you for everything!

Ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Anwesen mitten in der Stadt. Wunderschöner Baum- und Pflanzenbestand. Vor allem ist aber der Gastgeber, Mr. Phong hervorzuheben. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit Dinge zu organisieren, einfach toll wenn man solche Gastgeber kennen lernen darf!

C’est un endroit à la fois proche du centre-ville et et très calme. J’ai été accueilli avec une extrême gentillesse par la propriétaire, le gérant (qui parle français !!) et le reste du personnel. Il y a un magnifique jardin qui est constamment entretenu par les propriétaires : un petit bijou ! Merci encore pour vos petites attentions.

J’aurais bien aimé un mini réfrigérateur et une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais c’est vraiment un détail sans importance.

Je devais initialement y passer que quelques jours, mais je suis restée presque deux semaines. Sans doute le meilleur accueil que j’ai eu au Vietnam ! L’endroit est très propre et situé à proximité du marché, des plusieurs cafés, d’une microbrasserie vraiment agréable. Le jardin est magnifique avec son bruit de chute d’eau. Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner européen sur place. J’ai tout adoré de mon séjour, mais mon coup de cœur revient définitivement au personnel. Ils m’ont fait sentir comme un membre de leur famille. Le manager parle très bien anglais et français. Je vous recommande fortement de faire appel à ses recommandations de guides locaux pour découvrir la région et les villages. Merci encore pour tout, j’espère revenir vous vous !

Room design was rustic and beautiful. The location was amazing. And the plants and fish ponds were relaxing.

The room lacked a couple modern items. No fridge, no ironing board and no fan. And my gf was disappointed in the thin blanket.

Mostly everything was great! The location and the atmosphere was good. The staff were super kind and breakfast was delicious. It's a beautiful inn, probably the nicest place in Kon Tum. Bed was average.

I did not like the miniscule water pressure on the third floor, no kettle and no fridge. Everything else was great.

Staff teas very attentive, spoke good English, and helped us book transfers to continue our trip. The hotel is very comfortable and the garden leads you to believe you’re in the middle of nature, despite being right next to the center of Kon Tum.

Although the hotel's exterior appears weathered, its owner has masterfully recreated a charming European countryside atmosphere. Vibrant gardens filled with flowers and orchids offer perfect photographic opportunities. Bedrooms are roomy, immaculate, and inviting, evoking a sense of staying at home. Breakfast is offered upon request during check-in.

Believe the other reviews. All true. The room was beautiful. The staff wonderful. Morning coffee at the shop next door was a great place to chat to locals, the owner and others. I had a banking issue (cards locked) A driver the hotel uses, named Ngoc, helped me for hours and refused to accept any money for his time. The manager of the hotel was also very helpful. I love the artistic design of the hotel and gardens. Someone really let their hair down and it works beautifully. I've included a photo Ngoc so when you recognise him you know you are in the hands of an angel.
