Sound proofing needs to be improved. Can still hear noise from neighbouring rooms at night.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The Pension was clean & nice and our room was right next to the kitchen that had a fridge. The location was good and close to a couple of restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. They have a washer for laundry and umbrellas to borrow for the rain. There is also a castle nearby that had nice scenery and a couple museums. All in all, it was a great base for site seeing in Odawara and surrounding areas. I would definitley recommend.
Rooms were a little bit cluttered, but not too much. It needed another blanket for the bed, but I kept forgetting to ask, so it's probably my fault.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026De accommodatie zelf is uitstekend en op loopafstand van het treinstation. Er.is een keuken waar je zelf in kunt koken. Het geheel heeft een zeer gemoedelijke en huiselijke sfeer. De eigenaar was ook erg vriendelijk. Dat zijn Engels minimaal was, was geen enkel probleem.

Reviewed May 6, 2026・ホストの方が暖かく、必要があれば手を貸してくださるし、我が家のように子供がクタクタに疲れて到着した場合は、察して必要な説明に留めてお部屋に案内してくださいました。 ・利用したのは１階のお部屋でしたが、建物内はシェアハウスのような感じでした。 お部屋はベッドとテレビと必要なアメニティが揃っていました。共用部分に出ると、キッチンや皆で囲める大きなテーブル、大型スクリーンがありました。 1階に2部屋、2階にもお部屋があるようでした。 ・この共用スペースの壁に、これまでの滞在者さんの感謝のメッセージがたくさん貼られてあります。自分も旅人なのだと感じると共に、ホストさんのお人柄で、多くの人に愛されてきた宿なのだなぁと暖かい気持ちになりました。 ・建物内は隅々までとても明るく清潔です。周辺も静かで、とても気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 ・徒歩12分ほどで小田原駅に出られるので、お食事にも困りませんでした。(ただしご飯屋さんは20時までが多く、あとは居酒屋になります) ・徒歩2分にコインパーキングがあり、1日650円でした。 GWの箱根は高いし…と探したところ、場所もお値段も満足の素敵な宿を見つけられました。 ありがとうございました！
全くありません。強いて言えば… 到着時、建物のドア前に立つと、カメラに写るそうで、ホストさんが出てきてくださいます。 (我が家は、建物自体はすぐに分かりましたが、受付を探してウロウロしていたところをホストさんが見つけてくださいました)

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026管理人の方の説明も分かりやすく、親切に教えてくださり好印象です。 台所に調理器具がひと通りそろっていて、飲み物も自由に飲めてよかったです。浴室やトイレは共同ですが、誰とも会うことなく快適でした。 部屋も共有部分も綺麗で清潔です。ゴミ捨ての分別も分かりやすくてよかったです。 週末利用しましたが、この値段で個室で泊まれるところは小田原では他にありません。コスパが最高です。
共同部分の生活音がまる聞こえで、一階の部屋でしたが上の部屋の足音なども響く。アパートや一軒家と同じです。部屋にいてもこちらの声が外に筒抜けなんだろうなと思い、必然的に小声で話すようになりました。 ベッドは寝返りうつたびに音がして、やわらかくマットが残念で腰が痛くなりました。

Host were impatient when we arrive. As we need to know where to park. And host was very impatient when explaining where we can park. He keep nagging to my husband who is in the car. To be honest my huaband cant hear what he say. I told host to relax but he just keep nagging......

タオル等の臭いや布団カバーのシミも気になりました。寒かったので夜中に足がつりました。今回は早川港から出船する乗り合い船の時間に間に合うようにタクシー(Uber)予約しましたが結局は前日早寝してからキャンセルの連絡があったようで当日とても焦りました。小田原駅まで歩いて大荷物でたどり着き待機のタクシーに乗り込み無事間に合いました。早朝タクシー予約は出来ないと思った方が良いと思いました。次回の利用は検討します。
