Near to airport

Excellent and professional pickup at 1am from airport, 2km away, very comfortable room for transit, and buses for North Sri Lanka stop just 350metres away. Value for money.

All was good, no complaints.

Perfectly close to the airport for a late night arrival and early morning departure. Exactly what I was looking for at a low price. Airport transfer made it even more convenient.

Bed was very creaky, so made a lot of noise every time I moved. But that was only a small niggle, otherwise the villa room was exactly what I expected for the price.

The staff was very helpfull and very kind. They resolved all our issues.

Staff molto gentile, struttura molto accogliente e pulita, camera grande e letti comodi. Ottima posizione per l'aeroporto, ci è stato organizzato il transfer alle 3 am.

Buen alojamiento de paso a 5 minutos del hotel. Hay varios restaurantes al lado por lo que tienes todo cubierto

It is near by airport, it's good hotel for stay inliked everything in this hotel even behaviour of the owner , he stayed with us whole time while searching for taxi to airport because taxi/cabs keeps on cancelling booking no matter what app you use for booking but the onwer stayed and helped us booking tuk tuk

Credo ci sia stato fatto un downgrade di camera poiché io avevo prenotato una deluxe con bagno provato in camera e ci è stata assegnata una matrimoniale con il bagno all’esterno della camera.

Se puede oir todo, cualquier persona que hable o incluso el andar de la gente, evita las habitaciones abajo. Por lo demas, la gente maravillosa todo limpio y todos te ayidan en lo que necesites.

The property was very close to the airport which is what it was intended for. The bed was big and bathroom was decent so it did the job.

The mosquitos in the room and outside in the hallway were out of control. Everytime you opened the front door to leave your room you needed to move as quickly as possible otherwise mosquitos would enter your room. The bed had a mosquito net but that didn’t stop them from swarming the bed, plus there was a gap in the corner of the door so they were probably coming through there as well. It was very uncomfortable experience.

Location is very near the airport. The villa itself is a charming building with clean and comfortable rooms. Good for an overnight before or after the flight.

L’habitació que ens va tocar era abaix i doncs no hi havia finestres a l’exterior.

夜中に空港に着いたのですが、SIMカードを空港で買った後に連絡したら、迎えに来てくれた。

For an overnight stay ok when flying in or out. Staff were very helpful. I booked the wrong dates as I landed just after midnight and they still picked me up from the airport and arranged a room for the night. The next day I could switch to the one I had originally booked.

The reception area has little light and feels a bit sad. Some light, love and care would help.

Der herzliche Empfang, saubere Zimmer und die nähe zum Flughafen. Es ist eine schöne Einrichtung.

Der Flughagentransfer war wie im Inserat angeboten, leider doch nicht kostenlos. Für den Zimmerpreis habe ich damit auch schon gerechnet. Den Fehler sollte der Eigentümer nicht nochmal machen. Kostet nur verschenkte positive Bewertungen.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- nice to talk to and arranged a pick from the airport with no trouble at all despite being late at night. Room was comfortable and good value. Would stay again!

Ca. 15 Min. Autofahrt zum Flughafen Als wir angekommen sind, waren die Räume schon runtergekühlt. Eines der Bäder (wir hatten das Familienzimmer im EG) war toll, das andere hatte leider einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Überall im Zimmer waren Mücken. Das eine Bett stand am Fenster, wo draußen die ganze Zeit das Licht brandte. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt alles mit, was an der Rezeption passiert.

Sehr nah zum Flughafen. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und für eine Nacht zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Durch die Lage zum Flughafen kann es sehr laut sein. Die Zimmer sind auch Recht hellhörig.

The property is basic but if you just need somewhere to rest before or after a flight, it’s fine. Only 10mins to the airport. The best thing about this villa was Jude! He was so caring and when things didn’t go as planned for me, Jude came to my rescue multiple times! ATMs, drivers, elephant tickets, he did it all. Give Jude a promotion.

The rooms and linen need a little bit of love.

Nice and cost place very close to the airport. Airport shuttle service was very convenient making the trip much easier. Staff were very friendly and accommodating

The location is super close to the airport. The front desk worker was extremely friendly and helped me find dinner. He also got in my car at 2 AM with the driver to make sure I got to the airport safely.

Rooms are a bit run down, paint job could be redone, and got a few mosquito bites spending the night here.

A very nice place to stay for a quick layover. Our transits were handled. The bathroom is particularly lovely, big rain shower. A nice clean hotel.

Clean rooms & very friendly staff! Check-in and transport arrangement was smooth, just remember it’s cash only. Such a convenient location both to the airport and to the tuktuk rental drop off place. Great value for money if you’re just there for one night. Thanks for having us!

A lot of mosquitoes but they have nets around the beds! Our room didn’t have a curtain and anyone going to the rooftop could see in. I’m sure it’s an easy fix and didn’t bother us too much since we only stayed a couple of hours :)

Hotel was bacis but totaly enough for us. We wanted to stay 1 night, but after consultating our itinerary with Jude (receptionist) we changed our plans, adjusted it to the weather stayed one more night. Jude was exeptional, very nice, kind person. He really helped us very much.

Only 1 point minus - There was a cockroach in the bathroom but I'm not sure if it is hotel issue or it is common in that area.

Quite and comfortable room. Area around the hotel, lush green and quiet. A few restaurant available near hotel, but were serving very spicy food. Overall stay was comfortable. Mr Chaminda was exceptional.

Because of the Iran war, my flight’s been cancelled multiple times, in the end i had to arrive at CMB airport at 4 in the morning, however the manager stillllll personally came to the airport to pick me up 🥹 he also let me stay a bit more pass the checkout time so that i can cram a bit more sleep in🥹 When I checked out, the owner personally asked about my plans and helped me plan out necessary transportation, even gave me his number in case of emergency! Everyone is just so niceeeeee

The manager, such a kind and funny man who was happy to help and provide recommendations. The airport transfer was very convenient as was the proximity to the airport.

The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, they are slightly worn. We thought we had a private balcony but it was shared, even though it was shared it only had one chair.

It’s great and super close to the airport. My room was clean, bed super comfy and wifi worked great. Staff really nice.

I thought Airport drop off is included but they charge 1000 SLR (pick me or uber will be much cheaper). You can only pay cash, so I had to go to the atm before going to the airport.

The hosts were terrific. I was collected from the airport at midnight - he was lovely. The room was airy with air-conditioning and mosquito net. Perfect place for a transit stop.

Tout ! Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et nous avons pu prendre leur navette aéroport. La chambre était grande et très propre. Pareil pour la SDB. Il y a des restaurants à côté si besoin. Et surtout les gérants sont très gentils. Pour une première nuit au Sri Lanka c'était parfait.

Comfortable rooms with high quality beds and clean bathroom. The shower was strong pressure and hot. Rare in Sri Lanka at this price range. Air conditioning worked beautifully.

No washing machine or drying racks for clothes on site, which I would have happily paid to use.

Personalul a fost extrem de sociabil si amabil. Ne-a luat de la aeroport si ne-a ajutat cu informatii pretioase despre experienta in Sri Lanka. Camera a fost foarte ok, curata, au si o terasa deasupra care are o priveliste frumoasa la apus.
