空港から近くて、スタッフが親切。ヘアドライヤーは貸し出してもらえたし、空港行きのタクシーがなかなか捕まらなかったら、自身の携帯でトゥクトゥクを呼んでくれて本当に助かった。

ベッドのすぐ横が洗面所に繋がっているが、洗面所の天井は開いており外の音がかなりうるさい。また、洗面所への扉が湿気で変形していてきちんと閉まらず、それで余計に音が聞こえた。音に神経質な人にはおすすめできない。

The host is very kind and accommodated our late arrival. They provided a driver to drive us next morning. It is a good place to rest after long airport travel and then continue on your journey.

There were some bugs in the bathroom mainly mosquitoes and some spider webs because i understand that the bathroom have an open roof and it does have a mosquito net but the bathroom is serviceable for the price and purpose of the stay.

Wir haben die letzte Nacht in Sri Lank für unseren Flug frühmorgens hier gebucht. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr ansprechend und für den Preis verzeiht man auch viel. Für eine bessere Bewertung reicht es aber trotzdem nicht, weil wir viele Vergleiche haben, wo es besser geht in dem Preissegment.

Betten sind zu kurz (ich bin 1,70 groß und meine Füße hingen raus), Check-In sehr unpersönlich. Leintuch zum Zudecken auf Nachfrage. Sehr laut. Badezimmer hat einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch und war nicht sauber (Haare in der Dusche, Wassertropfen überall an Decke und Wand).

Gayantha was such a wonderful host. My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the property until 1am (5 hours late) and they waited up to let me in. First thing the next morning we enjoyed a cup of local coffee and a chat and learnt many wonderful things about Sri Lanka. Fantastic hospitality, close to the airport and great for tuk tuk pickup/ drop off.

I had a wonderful stay at Hello Airport Hotel Katunayaka during my trip. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. What made my experience even better was the hotel owner. He is a very kind, friendly, and helpful person who made sure everything was comfortable for me. His hospitality truly made me feel welcome. I stayed for 1 night in Katunayaka (Mar 15 – Mar 16) and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place near the airport. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was good and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent but needs a breakfast service for those catching planes the next day

Very convenient for the airport. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Host was very friendly and helpful. Due to location, some road noise but did not affect our sleep. Would recommend for a night before your flight!

We stayed here both when we arrived and the night before we flew out. It is perfect for a short, overnight stay and very close to the airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even arranged a breakfast for us. On arrival we were offered tea and coffee. There are restaurants close by for an evening meal with a wonderful view of a lagoon.

Actually the place was really terrible, it’s so close to the main road and the room walls and roofing were very thin so I couldn’t sleep the whole night , all vehicle noice and flight noice u will probably feel like sleeping in the road side , the property is clean except the pillow cover with some moldy smell, but it’s really terrible place to relax

Previously I stayed in so many cheap hotels thn this with lots of facilities and relaxation , this place is very bad for a night stay

The location was excellent - Just a quick ride from the airport, which made it super convenient for my layover. The check-in process was smooth and the room was quiet and comfortable.

We liked the property due to its location to the airport and the tuk tuk rental we had to return. It was clean and comfortable and cheap for its location in comparison to others. The location for meals was tricky, however you can use Uber easily. We went to the Jazz lagoon which served ok food and good beer. We got a uber to the airport which was a reasonable price and picked us up fairly quickly. I liked how it provided all the essentials for the low price like shower gel/shampoo. Hand soap, toilet paper, and if you wanted a kettle or hair dryer you could get one on request.

Noise from the road, it was ok for one night but wouldn’t recommend staying there for longer.

The bed was comfortable and the air con worked really well. The room was clean.

We had to ask for a key to lock the room and the lock and door handle were about to fall off. We came straight from the airport and were given no water upon arrival, not even to purchase. No toilet roll available in bathroom. We told staff we would be checking in late but still needed to wait a while until they arrived. This was ok as it was late, but just a warning for those flying in late.

The property is conveniently located on the main road, making it easily accessible by both public and private transportation. While there aren’t many dining options nearby, we managed just fine using tuk-tuks at night with the family. There's a restaurant and a pool right across the road, offering a nice spot to relax. The rooms were clean, and we had a good night's rest—provided you're not too sensitive to the occasional plane noise from the nearby airport.

A couple of things to note, there was no bottled drinking water provided, it was very hot and we got some water from the shop across the road. The TV channels were all in Chinese, so the kids weren’t too entertained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even preparing us a beautiful breakfast and serving us tea. We were so pleased when the owner drove to Colombo to collect the key that we forgot to return, even though it was our mistake. The room had all the necessary amenities and met our expectations perfectly. Great hospitality and a wonderful introduction to the country!

The hotel rooms feel very cold and industrial. Just concrete rooms. And there were tons of mosquitos in our room. As well, the front desk guy didn’t even offer to help with bags

For the price I paid, I had lower expectation. It turned out to be a great hospitality. Rooms were cozy and spacious bathroom. They even provided complimentary breakfast, that was delicious so is the tea. The owner was humble and he had a great customer obsession.

I had a choice to spend a night in Colombo or closer to the airport. I'm happy I chose this hotel. They immediately confirmed I could check in at 22:00. The room had everything I needed: a/c, hot water, a comfortable bed. I was late to order breakfast, but their administrator bought me a sandwich and a bun. I appreciate it a lot. Thank you 😘

Comfortable, quiet and with A/C, this was the perfect stay! And just 10 minutes from the airport. The manager helped with restaurant recommendations and transport, and his colleague even kindly offered to take me to the airport. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Shermal was so helpful organising us transport and communicating with us every step of the way to make sure our arrival for our group was seamless. He even organised breakfast and his staff (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) was brilliant. Walking distance to tuk tuk rental too!

The family room was quite damp and smelled of damp. The rooms have patterned stickers over the windows so there is no natural light. The hotel is on a large main road which is difficult to walk along and cross.

The rooms are great for a night after the airport. The people are what made this experience so great though. Super helpful and kind. Helped us speak to future accommodation hosts and organised a taxi from the airport late at night. . They have been amazing and couldn't recommend them more!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is near to the airport and the boys at the reception and the owner of the hotel were very friendly and helpful!

Great stay. The rooms are newly built, beds super comfortable, clean, staff is kind and helpful. The owner is fantastic, very responsive and helpful, he answered all of my many questions, organized transport to Weligama, offered to get me travel adapter I forgot before I even arrived in the country, gave tips and locations to see, highly recommend this place.

Not a complaint, but there are not many things around, but if you need anything staff or the owner will help you get it.

It is next to a highway and the traffic runs 24 hours a day. We couldn't sleep at all. The rooms are not sound proof.

Pro's - Close to the airport, clean, attentive, helpful friendly staff.

Con's - Hotel is on a busy road, so there is road noise. Rooms are new but still have a strong smell (maybe paint). Ceiling is low in rooms, so a little claustrophobic in my opinion. Light in courtyard outside of room is on all night and there are no curtains to block it out.

A nice small hotel with a very convenient location if you need to fly out early morning. Friendly receptionist, helping with arranging the transport to airport.

Far from just an airport hotel. stayed 1 night yet we could have stayed 2 weeks. The best hotel and hospitality we’ve had so far in Sri Lanka. We were even brought coffee in the morning before leaving. The guys running the place couldn’t be any nicer and even helped us in getting money changed for the taxi as of course the taxi driver didn’t have enough change. We loved it so much we’re staying again the night before our flight home. 10/10 would and are staying again 👍

Nothing to dislike.

Awesome new hotel near the airport. Its brand new and the bed +pillows are so good. Its so quiet (ofc sometime you can hear a plane) and confy. I recommend anyone who need to go to the airport or coming from the airport to book a room here. Its secure and good wifi. The manager was very helpful with direction and the staff was welcoming. Thanks again its exactly the kind of room we needed after 2 intense weeks in Sri Lanka. All the best

Very clean and lovely place just next to the airport. A lot of living plants and nice atmosphere. Everything looks brand new and very good quality. Clean bedding, proper mattresses that don't give backache. And tasty food too. Thank you so much! Very highly recommended place. Good luck!

Everything was really great.

Brand new hotel at a location close to CMB. Just 10mins away. Right on the Negombo-Colombo main road at a safe location. Excellent rooms and bathrooms at unbelievable low rates. Rooms have a comfy bed WiFi Split A/c Smart TV with streaming and a nice chair. Bathroom is spacious with a sink shower geyser and toilet with faucet. All Chinese fittings are new and excellent. The rooms and hotel look bright with white and blue shades. The reception entrance has access code lock which is very good as one feels safe inside. Staff are very good and provided prompt service. They gave a complimentary bottle of water. They will arrange breakfast as well but I did not take it as I stayed for few hours only. For under $15 it’s great value for money.
