Reviewed Mar 31, 2026landlord is really chill and helpful. my family love the stay alot and we would definitely come back again next time. check in is easy too, landlord was there when we arrived. besides, the house is well kept and maintained, you can tell they spend alot of effort to keep it nice for the tenant, i also love how windy it is with all the fans installed.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025L’hôte est très réactif et très serviable. La chambre était très propre et la literie très confortable. Nous n’avons pas profité de l’espace commun mais avons pu voir que c’était très propre, bien équipé et agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Il manque juste une raclette dans la salle de douche pour racler le sol après la douche et éviter de mettre de l’eau partout dans la pièce

Reviewed May 29, 2025The place is well-equipped with everything you need — water dispenser, fridge, TV (with Netflix access), and the room even comes with a private bathroom. They also provide towels, a hairdryer, and other essentials.
The only minor downside is that the water pressure for the shower is a bit low, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Reviewed Apr 15, 2025The house has a number of guest rooms which are well appointed. I liked the london decor in my room given that I am english - showed a sense of humour which I appreciated. The bed was comfy and the aircon was good, as was the shower. When I had any questions the owner was on hand to quickly answer them which I was glad for. The communal rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. There is a very well equipped kitchen and outside space to sit if like me you are a sun worshipper. Grab was easy to get into Town and there are some really good restaurants within walking distance of the guesthouse. Try the canning dim sum - I ate until I thought I would go pop.

Ipoh is unfortunately not very walkable but there are plenty of Grab cabs. The park nearby is really quite nice and something I would recommend visiting in the morning.

Disappointedly, have to find another place and left the property! Also, the bedding is quite damp probably due to no ventilation from the bathroom!

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024It's clean and cozy (warm light). There's a kitchen with a water dispenser. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There's a tv. A washing machine is available and free of charge.
The room and bathroom are small. After showering the bathroom floor is wet but it dried relatively fast. The soundproofing isn't good, but there were signs to close doors silently. You just hear the neighbours very clearly. Location is out of the centre. There were some restaurants within walking distance and you can take grabs to the centre (around 1,5-2,5€).

We were soaked in the rain and he let us use the washing machine which was much appreciated. There’s a shared kitchen which came in useful too! Will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024We love the stay here. Went there with my husband and 2 kids. The room is so cozy and equipped with all the basic facilities.very clean and quite. Really love the lightings of the rooms. It has 3 different options.I like the neighbourhood also. Mr.benny was very accommodating and welcoming.
I mistakenly thought i booked a house. Actually its just a room. There were other guests staying together in the house also. However there is no issue during the stay.
