Paper thin walls and inconsiderate guests / children talking / screaming past midnight. It would be good if there could be a signage at the lobby to remind guests to lower their volumes past 11pm.

My original room that I booked smelled like cigarette smoke when I entered so I upgraded to a different room with a window by paying more. Unfortunately at nighttime one of the guests in another room were smoking and the smoke came into my room which made it unbearable to stay. When I approached the staff they asked if I wanted to change my room but since I had already changed once before I decided to just leave the hotel and no refund was offered for my remaining two nights. Also the walls of the room are quite thin to the point that you can hear your neighbor watching movies and listen to their conversation.

Not really big matter. The room sound proof could be improved. Sewer smell in the bathroom, my spouse didn't smell any, only sensitive people like me smell it. The hotel did put aroma bag but I guess need to find other way.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025Shower head was directly overhead. For a lady, she got her hair wet each time she took a bath. There was a slight kerosene smell upon entering the room. There was also no plug point by the bedside table. The check-in was unpleasant despite pre-informing the reception that I would check in late and asked for delay check-in payment but reception insisted I made payment otherwise my room will not be kept. I was so busy on that day.
