Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Prime location since it's near Robinson's Place. The room is very tidy, and has a complete basic utility like slippers, mugs, electric kettle, and drinking water. The staffs were friendly and accommodating.
The shower pressure is low.

There is very little daylight in rooms (no proper windows) but they have several light settings which allow you to make it as cosy or as bright as possible.
Deposit of 1000 pesos in case of any damages (seems a bit excessive)

Нам не хватило только маленького холодильника в номере

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The location is not too far from the jetty. The room was spacious with good matrasses and very pleasant bathroom. And also really clean. Good wifi signal. Outside noise almost non excisting Receptionists were friendly
If I have too mention something than I would say that the receptiondesk is open till 21.00 hours. Beds are a bit short so if you are tall this might be uncomfortable. And I would suggest that free pickup from the jetty is included.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Location is close to everything, walking distance to Robinson's Mall and just a short ride to downtown area. Staff was helpful. Room is big and immaculately clean. Bed is comfortable although the blanket is too thin but we requested for another set and was given free of charge. Aircon is split-type and working perfectly. Water dispenser outside the room is a plus and the parking of course. We also requested for late checkout until 2pm for an additional charge of Php150 per hour but they only charge us for 1 hour. Definitely booking this place again when I'm back in Dumaguete.

No elevator and we're on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage. Also, my mom is 85 yrs old with emphysema struggling to get up the steps.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025The staff was very pleasant and responsive, the hotel was located next to a better hotel where I could enjoy meals and is was located only 400 meters from Robinson Mall.
There was only one small mini-bar of soap provided. I requested another bar after a week and it has yet to appear. The hotel is overpriced in comparison to other facilities of equal value. I was on the 4th floor with no elevator and there were small flying insects in the room. They were attracted to my vitamin supplement, "Papaya Enzyme" and I found them gathered on this pill each morning. I took pictures, showed the staff, they responded by cleaning the bathroom drains and the problem was never resolved. I woke up feeling them crawling on me.

入り口からいきなり階段で3階まで階段は膝が悪い私と友人にはかなりキツかったです。あと部屋にしつこくアリがわきました。 スプレーなどしてくれて掃除もしてもらいましたが。。。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025The staff was very accommodating and helpful with my requests. The owner is also very responsive and prompt to answer my queries. Even allowed me to store my bag at the property as I went on an overnight hiking trip. The mall is just at walking distance. It is along the highway so very easy to get around and get transportation as well. The rooms are clean and they smell fresh. There’s hot shower, water dispenser and a kettle.
Could be quite exhausting to haul your luggage and bags up 3 flights of stairs (highest floor where I stayed) as there are no elevators. But if you pack light, that would not be a problem.

Reviewed May 7, 2025The room is spaceous. Very clean. The ac is cool, perfect for the summer heat. Great staff, very lovely, very accomodating and approachable. They have given us very clear instructions upon check in and the check out was smooth as well. There is a 1k deposit fee that is refundable at checkout. There is a hot and cold water dispenser on the hallway for use. There is a designated parking space in front of the building. It is 5-10 min walk to robinsons place and accessible to other establishments too.
Not suitable to those with mobility issues as there is no elevator. You have to take the stairs to the reception and rooms.

We did not realize it was an 'Air B&B. Probably ideal for locals but quite restrictive for traveller's coming and going at odd times to fit in with ferries and flights. They took 1000php cash as a bond and would only give it back after a room inspection.. Only being open 8am to 7pm makes it very restrictive. It got noisy at times.
