Few seats for breakfast compared to the number of guests..we had to be relocated to a room far away from the food one day..wifi codes given that should last 1-2 or 3 days but sometimes a 3 day code lasted no longer than 6 hours..also the connection was very poor but most internet in philippines is...

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! LS wir nach einem Haartrockner fragten, wurde der prompt aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Leider war das WIFI sehr schlecht, da meine Philippinische SIM Karte noch nicht freigeschaltet war, war dies natürlich auch sehr bedauerlich. Leider waren die Öffnungszeiten für den genialen Pool auf dem Dach zu kurz. Öffnet immer erst ab 4 p.m.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Everything! Smooth check-in and the service was excellent. We pre-ordered an airport shuttle going to the Airport at the desk and it went smoothly. The children loved the swimming pool at the roofdeck. We had cocktails and mocktails at the bar beside the pool. We have to catch the early morning flight the next day and we couldn't have our breakfast buffet. The staffs arranged an on-the-go breakfast for all of us. We were so happy with the excellent service! DCCCO, thank you for taking care of us!

Strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout the stay. Policy against bringing strongly scented food feels inconsistent given the bathroom odor. Breakfast is quite limited, mostly Asian-style, with no fresh vegetables. Cleanliness could be improved (stains in the bathroom, leftover hair). Room feels old and worn, with basic facilities. No hair dryer provided.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer. Die Dusche und auch die Toilette schien nicht gereinigt. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, u.a. ist Holz abgeplatzt. Die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken, u.a. ein Schuhabdruck. Das Personal auf dem ersten Blick sehr freundlich, beharren aber sehr auf ihre Richtlinien, wie man zum Beispiel eincheckt oder auscheckt, alles dauert lange. Auch das Personal an der Resto Bar ließ sich Zeit, bzw arbeiteten drei vor Ort, jedoch schien nur eine Frau „zu arbeiten“.

Upon check-out they told that booking.com will be the one to issue. I sent a request to the customer service of booking.com and was told that it will the property who will issue the service invoice. I called the property and they told me that my request for service invoice is still under approval by the management. This is so inconvenient on my part since I also need to liquidate my stay considering that’s it’s a business trip. If your on a business trip and you need a service invoice I don’t recommend you book thru booking.com in this property.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026La chambre que nous avons eu pour notre deuxième nuit et qui était celle que nous avions réservé était très bien, spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable. La piscine et le bar sur le toit sont très agréables.
On nous a fourni à l’arrivée une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. La fenêtre donnait sur une pièce sans éclairage remplie de climatiseurs. C’était une chambre spacieuse mais sombre, sans lumière naturelle. Suite à notre mécontentement on nous a attribué une chambre exécutive dans un premier temps puis la bonne chambre le lendemain.

La maquinaria que hay en el tejado es muy ruidosa y molesta cuando estás en la piscina. Nuestro baño tenía mal olor, parece un problema común con los desagües en la ciudad.
