Ottima posizione al centro della Medina. Location molto bella e reception 24/24

Stanze piccole e molto calde. Nonostante al piano terra è un ventilatore in camera, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Un solo bagno in comune e una doccia.

Un hôtel qui fait peur franchement c'est grave c'est très difficile à trouver le monsieur a l'accueil très froides lit et meubles des années quarante sanitaire SDB collectif très sales ni papier ni savon les poubelles devant la porte franch je suis choquée très déçu

Location is great, right in the middle of the Medina.

It's not very clean, the room is cramped and the "ensuite" bathroom is genuinely terrible. Shower isn't clean and works poorly.

Le calme la propreté la sérénité du lieu est juste magique au cœur du souk de la Medina un vrai havre de paix👍 Je recommande ce lieu au top

That you don’t have a separate bathroom and that it was not mentioned in the booking that the airco broken was.

La salle de bains, il faut savoir qu’il y a deux douchés avec des portes qui sont cassés et ne ferment pas. Entant que femme c’est très dérangeant de prendre un bains avec une porte qui peut être ouverte.

I had a wonderful stay at the riad. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A special thanks to Si Mouhamed and Soukaina for their kindness, hospitality . They made me feel very welcome and were always happy to help. I highly recommend this riad!

Helaas liet de hygiëne veel te wensen over. De keuken was smerig en de douche was kapot; door een defecte slang kwam het water alle kanten op. Daarnaast was het bed niet verschoond. Er lagen nog haren van een vorige gast in het bed. Ook de kamer en het nachtkastje waren vies. Het was zo smerig dat ik niet eens iets in de laden heb opgeborgen

Comfortable matress, clean room and new towels. The staff is OK. Location is OK.

The way from main road (about 50 m) to the place is too narrow. No reading lamp in the room⁸, two separate single beds for one person. The personal privacy at the first floor is too poor. The kitchen so poor.

The shower would only get extremely hot or really cold. No in between. Small ants coming from the bathroom cracks, found onto bed as well as surfaces of the couch.

Bardzo niska czystość jeśli chodzi o łazienkę i kuchnię. Sprzęty dość zużyte.

Si l'emplacement de ce Riad est idéal pour découvrir rabat, l'expérience globale a été très médiocre. Le confort est quasi inexistant : matelas extrêmement dur, pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur, et une chambre très mal isolée où l'on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Côté hygiène, le bilan est tout aussi négatif avec des douches collectives sales, dégradées et sans eau chaude, sans oublier la propreté douteuse de la chambre. Enfin, malgré une fenêtre minuscule et un manque flagrant d'intimité, la taxe de séjour nous a été réclamée sans délai. En résumé : une adresse que je ne recommande pas, malgré sa bonne situation géographique.

Rooftop terrace and good location

Dirty bedsheets with a lot of little hairs on them (supposedly from a previous guest), which leads me to believe they didn't change the sheets. Also dirty floors. Bathrooms were okay, but also not exeptionally clean.

Everyone is frendly .. Simple hostel..but good for ones Nice days. You can choice One Room large size just for u.

can take a new looks on the kitchen and put more stuuf things for do the meals

The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful, and the location perfect.

A simple yet beautiful riad. Everything was clean. The location is convenient, walking distance from Rabat Ville Railway Station, near to Kasbah Oudaya, lighthouse and the sea view point.

Not soundproof. No towels were provided. The shower was very small and uncomfortable, it really needs improvement. Communication was also a bit challenging as the staff did not speak English.

Je n’ai rien aimé de cet hôtel, le pire hôtel de toute ma vie

L’hôtel est très sale niveau confort 0, propreté 0,tranquillité 0 avec pleins de bruits de partout des autre clients de l’hôtel, comme si nous étions dans une collocation. Le pire est que un client de l’hôtel a déféquer dans le lavabo 🤮🤢sachant j’étais avec ma famille,on était obligé d’aller dans un restaurant passer toute notre soirée car l’odeur était de partout dans le couloir de notre chambre,je regrette d’avoir payé pour un hôtel aussi sale,ce qui me choque comment un hôtel fait des douches communes ? C’est une toute première, mes enfants on passer un mauvais week-end. Alors en gros je donne une note de ZÉRO 0️⃣

Vorsicht: diebisches Personal! Erst nach Einschaltung der Polizei erhielten wir gestohlene 150€ wieder! Wie ließen unsere Rucksäcke am Abreisetag zurück, um sie nachmittags abzuholen. Kurzfristig entschieden wir uns, noch eine Nacht zu bleiben, wechselten aber den Riad, der keine 8€ "Steuern & Gebühren" in bar erhob (dafür schlechte Bewertung bei "Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"). In meinem Rucksack war vorn mein Reisepass mit 8 Scheinen á 50 Euro. Bei der Abholung waren es nur noch fünf. Ich rief an, es hieß, es sei nur eine Putzfrau an diesem Tag da gewesen, die völlig vertrauenswürdig sei, und auf der Aufzeichnung der Überwachungscam sei nichts Verdächtiges zu erkennen. Ich sagte, dass wir noch im Ort seien und vorbei kämen, um die Aufzeichnung zu sehen. Aber das funktionierte nicht, angeblich habe der anwesende Chef kein Passwort, und der Manager käme erst am kommenden Tag um 12:00. Man hoffte wohl auf unsere Abreise bis dahin, aber wir kamen wieder und entdecken auf der Aufzeichnung (auf dem Display des Manager-Handys, s. Bild) bald, wie eine der zwei Putzfrauen in den Gepäckraum ging, hinter sich die Tür schloss, auffällig lang drin blieb und sogar das Licht ausschaltete, bevor sie die Tür zum Rausgehen öffnete. Der Chef deckte sie weiter. Wir gingen zur Polizei, die mit einem normalen Beamten kam, der laut wurde. Der weiter uneinsichtige Chef wurde zum Chef der Strafverfolgung beordert (ich kann kein Arabisch, im Anhang ein Foto von seinem Schreibtischschild). Erst nun erhielten wir unser Geld wieder!! Angeblich war's das erste Mal - aber wohl nur, weil wir die ersten waren, die erstens wussten, wie viel Geld genau im Gepäck war, die zweitens nach dem Check-Out das Geld nachzählten, und die drittens lang genug vor Ort waren, um nicht telefonisch abgewimmelt zu werden. Gefährlich ist hier nicht das diebische Personal, schwarze Schafe gibts überall, sondern dass der Chef offensichtlich Komplize ist und es schützt!

The location of the riad is very good. I would also like to especially mention the lovely ladies :Soukaina, Saida, and Fatima, who were working in the morning. They were very kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well received, and the check-in experience was pleasant.

Unfortunately, my experience changed later because of an issue with terrace access. The terrace is shown in the listing photos, and there is no mention that it is restricted or closed. Before arrival, I even asked via messages if the terrace was accessible and did not receive a clear answer. On site, I was given contradictory information, and when I raised the issue, the response from a male staff member was aggressive and dismissive. This situation significantly affected my comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
