Grande maison spacieuse avec tous les équipements.

Les chats qui entrent dans la maison donc impossible de laisser la porte du jardin ouverte, toute petite place de stationnement quand le voisin est là voir impossible de sortir la voiture, douche à l'étage malgré la paroi en met partout, pas de tout a l'égout ( eau des douches se jettent dans le jardin) , pas de tri sélectif

Hezká vila, dobře vybavená, skvělá komunikace s majitelem. Obchody a restaurace v okolí do 5 minut. K moři blízko. Kdo má rád rušnější lokalitu, vřele doporučuji.

Calme, propre

Prostorné a skvěle vybavené ubytování. Součástí je i pračka, sušička, bazén. Není problém pozdní odjezd. Vše bylo perfektní

Si trova in un bel contesto, dentro un area recintata e con una piscina condivisa. Il giardino è bellissimo, e come stare in una foresta tropicale il che rende la casa molto più suggestiva e aumenta la privacy. Spazi interni ottimi, noi eravamo in 5 adulti e un bambino e ci siamo trovati molto bene, ognuno aveva i propri spazi(4 camere e 3 bagni). Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario per farci sentire a nostro agio, in frigo c’erano delle birre artigianali di benvenuto e delle patatine nel tavolo. Cosa fondamentale è stato avere lavatrice e asciugatrice, e tutto l’occorrente per lavare. Non mancava proprio nulla! Al nostro arrivo c’era Kenny, che ci ha spiegato tutto ed era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Inoltre Joyce, il padrone di casa, non mancava di sentire come stavamo e ringraziarci per messaggio. Inoltre la posizione era strategica per scoprire le bellezze di Mauritius soprattutto a sud. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza comoda e curata in un contesto meraviglioso. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Мы небольшой компанией искали виллу именно на Флик-флак по нескольким критериям: 4 спальни с двуспальными кроватями, не менее 3х санузлов, рядом с дайв-клубами и местами сбора драйверов, чтобы не тратить время на дорогу, много мест для сушки снаряжения, кафе и магазины в близкой доступности. Эта вилла идеально подошла по всем критериям. Она находится на закрытой охраняемой зоне, на территории которой есть бассейн, отлично укомплектована техникой: гриль, большая стиральная машина, кухня -полный комплект. До пляжа меньше 5 минут пешком. К чему нужно быть готовым- сменных комплектов постельного белья нет ( для 10 дней это несколько неудобно), убирать виллу вам так же нужно самим (нас не напрягало, но для кого-то может оказаться важным), кондиционеры не ругулируются- они установлены на температуре 24 градуса, в момент заезда мы попросили повысить температуру в одной из комнат- нам помогли это сделать. Шампуни, гели, зубные пасты можно или купить в ближайшем супермаркете или привозите с собой. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи. За время пребывания на вилле все работало исправно, никаких поломок не было. Считаю, что соотношение цена/качество наилучшее.

Отзывчивый персонал, безопасное месторасположение (закрытая территория комплекса), в целом тихо и спокойно.

Не возможно отрегулировать кондиционер самим, нет пультов, можно просить настроить персонал, но неудобно.

Очень отзывчивая и приветливая хозяйка, приятно удивлена уютным садом с бассейном, сам дом достаточно большой, места хватило всем, в кухне имелось абсолютно все необходимое .

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment, lovely garden and pool. Good location. just few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Hosts are amazing people, very friendly and helpful.

Очень тихое место. Каждому по спальне, еще и лишняя осталась. Пешком ходили до пляжа (10 минут). Завтракали в своем садике. Спасибо за прекрасно проведенное время.

The access to the beach, comfort inside, pool…

Lovely Property very well equipped and near the beach and the city Centre. Great value for money especially if you have kids. Joyce and Mike were so welcoming and so helpful before and during the stay. We could not praise it enough. Thank you for a fab holiday.

Tolle Lage auf der Insel, perfekt für Ausflüge. Joyce und Mike sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Die Lage der Appartement-Anlage war sehr gut, zentral und nicht weit vom Strand. Die Anlage war rund um die Uhr bewacht. Wir konnten unseren Mietwagen auf dem Gelände parken. Die Anlage hatte einen Pool und einen sehr schönen Palmengarten.

Everything was exceptional. The house, location, and the host Mike. He was very helpful throughout the whole time . The house has everything you need to have perfect time away. Absolutely amazing holiday !!

Joyce was very attentive as was Mike who let us into the property when we arrived. Very welcoming wonderful hosts! What a fantastic place for a family vacation! The apartment was super comfortable, larger than expected, with a well-equipped kitchen and some pool/beach equipment available too. Lots of towels, hot water, and plenty of adapters provided for international plugs! Mike was very welcoming and responsive to my questions. The neighborhood is quite safe, even for my teen daughters to walk alone after dark. Beach, market, fruit stand, everything is within walking distance - we didn't need a car at all.

Honestly, everything was pretty great. If there was a downside, it was that the WiFi wasn't totally reliable - this was a bit of an issue for my husband trying to have video meetings, but I think it was the island's internet problem, not the apartment's.

Wonderful large and well furnished residence in a little secured compound near the beach.

During, during and after the cyclone, we especially thank you for allowing us to stay there for an extra day. The apartment is very nice, well equipped and clean. Its location is excellent, within walking distance. Joyce showed us everything, took us to the currency exchange, showed us around. We'll be back.....:-))

The villa is really great for families or group of friends. The equipment is more than sufficient. There is absolutely everything you may need. And you really feel like like a home there. All the rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and so pleasant for a holiday stay. Also walking distance to Flic and Flac beach is convenient. Many stores and restaurants around. Can only recommend it.

We had a really great time in Villa 30, which was spacious, clean and fully equipped, just like in the pictures. It's a well-maintained villa park with 24h security, swimming pool and beautiful garden. Mike was super nice and helpful during our stay, even welcomed us with some drinks. While Joyce helped us throughout the booking process. On our last day, they even let us stay until our evening transfer to the Airport, which was a huge help for us, so we can truly recommend the Villa for everyone who would like to have an amazing holiday :)

It was one of the best equipped apartments we had ever stayed in. It looks better than the pictures. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops. Easy to travel from there.

1. Occasional rainy weather, but mild and usual for this time. 2. Behavior of drivers and pedestrians on roads. 3. Too short vacation for all beauties of Mauritius. :-)

The place was absolutely stunning. It was very clean, very large and has all the things you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, there is a washing machine and laundry detergent that you can use. Mike showed us around and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The house was 2 steps away from the pool and just a few minutes walk from the beach. There was a security guard 24/7 and the community was surrounded by a wall and gate. Inside the community was a parking lot. We wish we could have stayed here longer!

The pool was very cold and was not as clean as we like it (sand and small bugs) but we went in july, which is the winter month and low season. I can imagine that this will be different in the high season.

Spacious with room for many people. Lots of balconies AND a garden terrace and access to pool. Closed of compound with guard. Has all amenities. Great value for the money. Super friendly hosts.

The apartment and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was large, grounds/gardens beautiful, the compound quiet, and location convenient. In addition, the host was extremely helpful and gracious. We just loved our stay!

All was positive. We had no complaints!

Joyce, Bernard and Kirsley were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel special. We had everything we needed. Nice spacious accommodation, the children spent hours in the pool and it was quite easy to walk to the beach.

Best place ever, supernice pool, garden, flat and of course the people who owns it was fantastic. So thanks to Joyce, mr Bagwan and our driver Nazia. Hope we will be back in the future.
