The location. Great view from the top.

Cleanliness - the studio was dusty and smell of mould. Poor lighting in the bathroom.

Apartamento amplio ,con todo lo necesario y amplias terrazas .Ciril,el propietario,fue muy amable y nos ayudo muchisimo cuando tuvimos un problema con la reserva por nuestro vuelo La estancia ha sido genial y la ubicacion estupenda :)

Para quien tenga quizas movilidad reducida,el piso se accede por escalera,no fue ningun problema

La ubicación es buena ya que está cerca de todo. La terraza también es un espacio muy agradable para comer y pasar ratos. Los guardias de la residencia han sido muy amables todo el tiempo.

Está muy poco cuidado, sobretodo la cocina. El extractor de humos y la tostadora no funcionaban. Los instrumentos de cocina estaban rotos o en muy malas condiciones. Y otros utensilios como el horno o el hervidor de agua muy sucios… También es cierto, que cuando le pedimos al dueño una sartén nueva para poder cocinar, nos la trajo el mismo día junto con dos utensilios nuevos para cocinar. Creo que es un apartamento con muchas posibilidades pero que se tiene que cuidar un poquito más.

Location is good.

When arriving I asked for a transfer. It was confirmed. But at the airport nobody met me. I was waiting for 15 mins and had to take a taxi. When the driver called to ask the location, the owner began to cry that I have to go back to the airport, the transfer was late...only for 1 hour! And he tried to get the money for it. During my staying, 1 week, I could ask just to take away a waste only once. I had to keep it at the balcony. You can imagine the smell.

good location, big room with kitchen, 2 balconies, mountain views, and outdoor pool. If you bus it from Port Louis, bus stops just 1 block away. Near all the best bars and restaurants, 3 blocks to the beach.

The location is perfect

It was not very clean. Everything in the kitchen is old and was dirty. The Appartement ist full of Things that nobody has used in ages. Some spaces of the house are dirty and not useful.

Очень грязно! Я не из тех, кто придирается, но так нельзя. Слой пыли на поверхностях. Грязная столешница, заляпанные бытовые приборы, а в какой-то момент, когда я готовила с вытяжки упала капля застарелого расплавившегося жира. Все время, пока мы жили не покидало ощущения брезгливости.

Close to the sea, all amenities and pool

Понравился бассейн, территория и местоположение резиденции. Очень услужливый дневной охранник.

L’emplacement, on avait eu un probleme de fuite d’eau, le propriétaire a reagit très rapidement

Situé au 4e étage....sans ascenceur(ne pas oublier le sel et le poivre...) Ne convient pas pour des personnes âgées ou avec un handicap. L' emplacement : vue sur mer,2mn de la plage,et près de toutes les commodités 4e

Bra plassert, stor balkong og god seng. Dusj med godt varmtvann og en velfungerende vaskemaskin. Det er også tilgang på badebasseng i bakgården og privat parkering.

Vi opplevde noe sjenerende lukt fra det ene AC anlegget etter et par dager. Kontaktet eieren som kom raskt og tok en titt. Konkluderte med sannsynligvis mugg/fuktighet og ikke noe å gjøre med annet enn å la anlegget stå på/lufte seg videre.

I really apreciate the fact that Cyril Ng had moved our inital studio to a quiet studio. This Residence is located at the right place; close to beach, close to ATM and close to bus stop as well as to supermarket which is great when you have a kid travelling with you.

It is a bit difficult to get at the 4th floor with all our stuff without a lift.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht incl. Waschmaschine.Einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und nach hinten auch noch eine große Terrasse.

Wohnung war im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Standard of cleanliness was poor.Very old and stained shower cubical.Washing machine drains into the shower.Ceiling appeared to be be mouldy and flaky paint work.Curtain broken Stained mugs that needed bleaching.

sur la terrasse il y avait des vieux meubles et un frigo . on ne pouvait pas accéder proprement a la table et chaises longues. La hotte en très mauvais état. Le lit King size très dur et le linge de maison de mauvaise qualité . La douche très peu d eau tiède. Sur la terrasse face a la piscine on mangeait avec les pigeons et leurs déjections.

Great location near the beach and supermarket, lovely pool, spacious apartment with front balcony for meals, and large back balcony for sunbathing, washing etc. Very useful to have a washing machine

A shortage of kitchen utensils such as sharp knives, egg Lifter, cheese grater, wooden spoon etc.

Cyril who takes care of the place came to the residence right after I connected with and he spent time showing us around the place and how to use the different appliances. He also came once weekly with his cleaning lady. He also came on our last day to bid us goodbye.

An elevator would be helpful so the resident do not have to climb 4 stairs.

Noise from close bar till early morning...

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the beach and right opposite the supermarket, which is extremely handy if you intend to do any of your own cooking. Restaurants around are excellent quality, but can be a bit pricey (since the area is quite touristy), so quite handy to be able to cook. Host (Cyril) has more than one apartment in this complex and was extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. Very handy to have parking, I totally recommend renting a car if at all possible to get around and keeping it round the back. The pool was also amazing and was kept nice and clean.

Nearby bars can be a bit loud at times. We never experienced loud music late at night, but there were a couple days with loud music in the early evening. Not sure you can escape that without being further out though - in which case you have a longer walk to the beach.

gigantic bed.. more than kingsize :-D two teraces, nice windy room when open both doors to teraces. we had AC and fen, the swimming pool was nice bonus.

in our room there were some ants, so we have to tidy up our food and drinks everytime. room was not so clean as it should be and it need some care tomake it good. It looks that it is cleaned max. once in a week and only floor... but we like it

Very good value for money. Excellent location, close to the beach, opposite a supermarket and near the bus stop. Cyril, the owner is a star, very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed the nice terrace and balcony from the top floor. I would definately come back, any time.

Bar in front of the residence. Bring earplugs.

Perfect location close to the beach, supermarket, bakery, bars, street food, ATM and other services. There is clean swimming pool you can use and also residence is under security check. WiFi works good and is stable. The host Cyril is helpful. The apartment is full equiped, 2 balconies, huge bed. Great value for money, I can recommend it.

Some equipments could be cleaner, but nothing terrible. The toilet needs to be fixed, sometimes a water flows a lot.
