Reviewed Sep 15, 2026مكان نظيف جداً ومتكامل والمطبخ فيه جميع المعدات حرفياً ونظيف ، يوجد شطاف مناسب للجميع عوائل أو شخصين ، متعاونين وودودين جداً وخصوصا مالكة المكان والمسؤول عن تسليم المفاتيح ، راح اكرر الاقامة فيه مستقبلاً ، Wonderful stay in a beautiful and fully equipped apartment. Everything I needed was available, with great attention to every detail. Special thanks to Natasa and Reda for being so kind and helpful. I honestly wish I could have stayed here for my entire trip in Austria. Highly recommended — 10/10! ⭐️

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026اي زائر الى زيلامسي او كابرون لا تفوت فرصة الاقامة في هذه الاجنحة و خاصة 28 و 29 . الاطلالة على الجبال و الفخامة و النظافة و الهدوء .
الخروج الساعة 10.30 يعتبر مبكر عن المتعارف عليه الساعة 12 . و لكن بالنسبة لي كان مناسب جدا بسبب السفر الى زيوريخ .

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was big enough for family with 2 kids, and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The AC was strong enough the cool the apartment in mid July and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The service was way above the expectations. Rade volunteered to take all our luggage up to the apartment and Natasa was very kind and responsive, she happily replaced towels and offered to receive a shipment by DHL on my behalf. We received very clear instruction on how to arrive to the property and check in and all our inquires were promptly addressed

الشطاف يستحسن تغييره اذا فتحت ستارة الغرفة ، راحت الخصوصية نهائيا . تصير الغرفة مكشوفه بالكاااامل للجهه المقابلة يعني كل الوقت لازم تكون مقفلها

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026الشقة كانت رائعة جدًا من جميع النواحي، نظيفة بشكل ممتاز ومرتبة وواسعة ومريحة. الموقع جميل وهادئ، وإجراءات الدخول والخروج كانت سهلة وواضحة. كما تم استرجاع مبلغ التأمين مباشرة عند تسجيل الخروج بدون أي مشاكل.
لم يكن واضحًا عند الحجز وجود ضريبة سياحية تُدفع عند الوصول، بالإضافة إلى تأمين بقيمة 300 يورو. كنت أتمنى توضيح هذه التفاصيل بشكل صريح مسبقًا حتى أتمكن من اتخاذ قرار الحجز بشكل كامل.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu zweit mit meiner 10-jährigen Tochter für 3 Tage! Schon der Check-in war sehr nett und persönlich, sodass wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein beheizbarer Skikeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Lage in der Ortschaft ist super, alles ist gut erreichbar und man ist schnell bei den Liften, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026I stayed in this apartment with my son from February 28 to March 7, 2026, and everything about the experience was truly excellent. From the very beginning, the communication with the hosts was great. Nataša and Daniel were extremely kind and helpful, and Mr. Rade welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at the end of our stay. The whole process—from check-in instructions to practical details about the apartment—was smooth and very well organized. The apartment itself is a modern studio that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and the overall layout is very functional. One detail we especially appreciated is the space under the bed where suitcases can be stored, which keeps the apartment tidy and visually uncluttered. The kitchen is very well equipped, with high-quality Miele appliances, including an induction cooktop with extractor hood, a modern oven, a big dishwasher, and a compact but sufficient refrigerator with freezer. There are also cleverly designed drawers with hidden waste bins, which is a nice touch and keeps the space clean and organized. The bathroom is spacious and very well equipped, and both the room and bathroom have heaters that make the apartment very warm and comfortable after a long day of skiing. The apartment also features a great smart TV with Netflix and other apps, excellent Wi-Fi, and even board games, which makes evenings very enjoyable. There are plenty of towels, and during the stay the hosts are happy to arrange replacement towels and light cleaning if needed. A big advantage for skiers is the private ski storage for up to four sets of equipment, including boot light warmers, which is extremely convenient. Parking is included, which is another great benefit. The location is excellent: the center of Kaprun is less than 1 km away, and it takes only 3–5 minutes by car to reach the ski resort parking.

Nagyon kicsi az apartman 3 főnek, kettőnek még kényelmes lehet. A kulcsot átadó ember egyáltalán nem beszél angolul ( egyébként nagyon rendes volt).

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, neuwertig, sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist mit Top Geräten ausgestattet, das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Der Balkon ist groß mit Blick in den Bergen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, Aufzug, und sogar einen beheizbaren Schrank für die Schischuhe. Gerne wieder 😇

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025The accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The host was very friendly and helpful, always available on the phone and ready to assist or advise whenever we needed anything. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and a stunning view from the window that always took our breath away. The large balcony was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was not only spacious and spotlessly clean but also very comfortable. We also really appreciated the private parking right by the house, which was a huge plus. The private ski and boot drying room was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, there was a grocery store just a short walk away, and the city center was only a short distance. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in Kaprun. It is close to the bus stop where ski buses stop. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a splendid bathroom and an awesome view from the window. You have nearly everything you need in the apartment - some tea, coffee, a little salt and pepper. And especially I'd like to mention the hosts - you can always reach them on the phone. If you have any problems or questions, don't hesitate to contact them.

The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, the bed is very, very comfortable, you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, the air conditioning is cold and suitable for the hot summer weather, and the host was classy in his dealings and quick to respond. The apartment really deserves to return and live in it the next time, and I highly recommend staying in it.
