Krásný hotel, prostorný apartmán, v něm vše, co potřebujete. Pohodlné postele. Velice ochotný personál, který vyřešil vše, s čím jsme se na něj obrátili. Půl hodiny příjemnou procházkou do centra města, deset minut k jezeru. Klidná lokalita.

Vše bylo v pořádku.

Kommunikation mit der Rezeption nur über E-Mail oder WhatsApp.

المكان وسيع ونظيف ومرتب وهدوء وفيه موظف سوري اسمه مروان مشكور مشكور خدوم ومحترم وهو اللي معطي المكان اضافة

Vše perfektní. Byl nám bez problému umožněn pozdější check-in i check-out. Komunikace bez problému přes Whats app. Po příchodu do apartmánu nás uvítala vůně pravého dřeva. Veškeré vybavení kuchyně značkové (Miele, WMF), vybavení koupelen Hansgrohe. Matrace tvrdé. Automatické venkovní žaluzie. Naprostá čistota. Nemám, co bych vytkla!

Spacious modern clean and comfortable apartment. Nice pool, wellness and laundry facilities. Good online instruction.

We had a wasp nest on our balcony and broken air conditioning in the main bedroom neither of which were addressed during our stay despite requests. The apartments are referred to as lakeside but that isn’t correct. The lake is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Reception is rarely manned most communication is by text.

النظافه

Das Appartement war gross und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr neuwertig. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Yuliia von der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Late check-out war möglich ohne Aufpreis.

Obwohl viel Holz im Interieur ist, wirkte alles etwas kalt und steril. Sofa sehr hart und aufgrund der geringen Sitztiefe unbequem, dafür eine supertoller XL-TV. Wir haben das Top Appartement hauptsächlich wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht (wegen dem Hitzesommer, hätten es aber schlussendlich nicht gebraucht). Preis-Leistung finde ich nicht so gut, in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass Frühstück und Zimmerservice nicht inkludiert ist. Der Name weckt falsche Erwartungen, da weder Lakeside noch Luxury zutreffen.

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Gute Ausstattung.

Um auf sehr hohem Niveau zu jammern fehlt ein Pfannenwender und eine große Salatschüssel.

Spacious apartment, pool area was great with spa/sauna facilities. Bus stop 50yds from the property.

Property was close to a church…. Bells (chimes) started from 7am. Wasn’t a major issue.

Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý. Klidná lokalita, parkování za závorou, bazén a wellness příjemný bonus.

الشق حديثة ومنظمة تبعد عن سنتر زيلامسي 8 د بالسيارة و30 د مشي . غير مكيفة( يوجد مروحة ). عباره عن غرفتين بحمام في الطابق العلوي و السفلي صالة مفتوحة على مطبخ ويوجد بها بحمام به شطاف ( فقط في الصالة ) ويوجد كذلك ستور كبير به مكان للشنط وتعليق الملابس . صاحب الفندق خلوق جدا . ولكن خدمة التنظيف تحتاج ابلاغ مسبق للفندق( لايوجد تنظيف يومي)

المكان هادي ويناسب الاقامة الطويلة .ولكن للذي لديه مشاكل في الحركة او الدرج عليه ان يتاكد اذا لديهم شقق بدون درج.

The apartment itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated having air conditioning and bidet sprays, which made our stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, our check-out experience left us quite disappointed. We were not aware that we were expected to take the rubbish out ourselves, as this had not been clear to us. We completely understand if this is part of the check-out requirements, and we would have had absolutely no problem doing it once informed. What upset us was the way the situation was handled. We were spoken to in a very angry and disrespectful manner, with raised voices, and were told that what we had done was “not normal.” It felt as though we were being spoken to like children, which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. This was our first time staying here, and a simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. We were more than willing to correct the issue immediately. Unfortunately, the way we were treated at check-out affected what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay.

Mooi, ruim, schoon appartement. Service is goed en de basis is in het appartement aanwezig. Mooie tuin met een zwembad. Er mag gebruik gemaakt worden van de sauna's. Voorzieningen liggen op loopafstand.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, voll ausgestattet, sauber und für uns sehr luxuriös. Der Pool einfach ein Traum, da wir durchgehend Hitze hatten. Perfekt. Die Unterkunft bekommt von uns absolut keine Abzüge. Absolutes Wohlfühlen!

Wir hätten gerne vor Anreise gewusst, dass unmittelbar nebenan eine große Kirche steht, welche dauerhaft bis 21:00 Uhr läutet. Nicht leise sondern wirklich laut. Vor allem der Schlag um 20:00 Uhr und auch an den Wochenenden am frühen Morgen mehrfach. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf doch sehr unangenehm. Auch das sich eine einheimische Bar gegenüber befindet, bei der es sehr laut bis 24:00 Uhr zugeht. 2 nächtliche Polizeieinsätze haben uns außerdem aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Unsere Kinder haben leider am Fenster sehen müssen, wie sich Menschen verprügeln. Über mehrere Stunden lautes Geschrei und Blaulicht. Laut Einheimischen keine seltene Geschichte in dieser Bar. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts aber für den Preis hätten wir diese Info gerne vorher gehabt.

Todo. Esta un alojamiento de lujo y todo nuevo. Muy cómodos los apartamentos. Totalmente recomendable

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor bezienswaardigheden. Voldoende ruimte in het appartement.

Apparatuur keuken zou eens nagekeken kunnen worden (met name keramische kookplaat en koffiezetapparaat). Probleem met de waterdruk. Wellicht in het volledige gebouw en anders enkel in het door ons gehuurde appartement.

شقق جميلة 7 دقايق بالسيارة إلى سنتر زيلامسي، الموظفين ودودين وسرعة في إجراءات الدخول والخروج ، يوفر مواقف سيارات مجانية، يوجد مطاعم وسوبر ماركت عربية قريبة من الشقة.

الشقة التي حجزتها لن تكون مكيفة، وتم توفير مكيفات صغير في الشقة تودي للغرض لان الجو كان حارا قليلا وقت زيارة زيلامسي في نهاية شهر يوليو.

Die Ferienwohnung war für 4 Personen perfekt, geräumig und mit genug Privatsphäre für ein Paar mit zwei Kindern oder zwei Paare. Der Garten- und Poolzugang direkt von der Terrasse aus war sehr komfortabel.

Ein sehr modernes mit allem ausgestatteten Hotel, toller Außenpool, gute Lage in Zell am See. Hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnlich modernen und schick eingerichteten Wohnungen die fast wie Townhouses erscheinen.

Wir haben an der Rezeption zwar keinen angetroffen, aber die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war ohne Probleme.

Lack of staff presence - no contact numbers of you needed anything . Few small issues - ants in apartment, no detergent in washers as detailed . Lack of aircon was a challenge

Lovely modern apartment with plenty space for 4 people. Very comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Great pool and leisure area.

There were 2 portable air con units. One in each bedroom but they were not hugely effective. Very noisy on air con mode. The property backs onto a church and the bells ringing hourly from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm really began to grate.

The property is spacious with 3 double bedrooms, 2 en suite and a separate bathroom so perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The whole place is decorated to a high standard. It was a perfect base to explore the surrounding areas with easy access to cable cars and the mountains. We had a hire car but bus stops were right outside. The pool was a treat to relax around at the end of a busy day. It was an easy walk into Zell am see central -approx 20 mins with lovely lake views! Would definitely return and recommend.

There wasn’t much to dislike to be honest. Slight niggles were no hooks for towels in the en-suite and no mirror in the bedroom. It would also be helpful to have a few more sun loungers by the pool.

Ligger godt centralt i Schüttdorf, stedlige del af Zell am see. Rolige omgivelser med en halvtimes gang langs med søen ind til Zell am see - perfekt til os. Nem afgang om morgnen mod bjergene og fine indkøb tæt på. To dejlige værelser. Lejlighed i to etager med toilet på hvert værelse og et ved entren. Dejlig pool til afkøling efter en lang vandretur. Gratis parkering!

Wij hadden een 6 persoons appartement met 3 slaapkamers met prima bedden en 3 goed ingerichte badkamers. Dat was top! Ook het zwembad en de wellness was erg goed verzorgd.

De locatie is op zich prima, maar wij vonden de kerkklokken (de kerk is letterlijk de buurman) die heel erg vroeg en vaak hard gingen luiden irritant. Ook de Chinees die in het gebouw gevestigd is, is irritant, omdat deze in de loop van de ochtend begint te koken, waardoor je tijdens het ontbijt op het mooie buitenterras niet aangenaam zit vanwege de onaangename kookgeuren.

Luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed apartment. It was spotless, with 3 perfect rooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi. Easy check-in and a nice shared pool for a refreshing swim. No AC, but the air coolers did a great job even on hot afternoons.

The only downside is the kitchen setup: the stovetop is very close to the smoke detector. The extractor fan solves this but is very noisy. A neighboring room actually triggered a false alarm, which brought the fire department, And I think they had to pay for it.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to the town center, restaurants and several supermarkets/ shopping stores. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and stunning mountain views from the balcony. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay. The staff are supporting and responding within short time.

The only downside was something outside the property’s control: there is a nearby church whose bells ring every 15 minutes from around 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer complete quiet during the day, it’s something to be aware of. However, this is not a reflection on the apartment itself, which was excellent overall.

Hochwertige, moderne Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut geschnittene Maisonette-Wohnung. Sehr guter Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem Pool. Sehr sauber alles , so dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat.

Garten etwas lieblos und kahl. Die Lage war nicht, wie „Lakeside“ vermuten lässt, am See. Die Straße war laut zu hören (im Sommer mit geöffneten Fenstern).

Rent och fräscht! Stora utrymmen! Poolen till barnen på kvällarna. Nära supermarket och buss (biljett ingick i boendet).

Very modern and well built. Great facilities such as the pool and saunas. Easy parking, good kitchen, and quite comfortable.

There is nothing they can do about either of these things but I want other travelers to know: Zell Am See can now, sadly, get extremely hot. We were there on the hottest day in recorded history for the town (36C) and the apartment was very hot and stuffy, almost impossible to sleep or be comfortable. The building is also next to a church that will wake you up with bells at 0700 and then continue to ring every fifteen minutes, every.single.day until 2100. Perhaps wouldn’t have been much of an issue if we weren’t forced to have the doors open to stay cool.

Krásný, prostorný, čistý a solidně vybavený apartmán v super lokalitě. Slečna Rebeka na recepci nám byla ve všem nápomocna. Prostě vše fungovalo, jak má.

Everything was perfect.

Great apartment, fully equipped kitchen, terrace on ground floor and balcony on upper floor. Pool was gorgeous- warm enoungh for even freezing ones. Nice spa zone. Parking near apartment. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was great- esasy access to city center, supermarket nearby. We liked there so much and weather was great so we prolonged our stay.

Before making the reservation, I read that the view was much better than in the photos. I can confirm that this is 100% true. The apartment, the quality, cleanliness, furnishings, amenities, heated pool, peaceful atmosphere, service, and communication — everything was wonderful. We would definitely love to return to these apartments. We are very happy with our choice.

Las vistas del alojamiento estuvieron muy bien y tanto el departamento como las instalaciones estaban muy limpios.

Apartamentul este foarte bine echipat si incapator, paturi comode, totul a fost foarte ok. Am fost 4 persoane si a fost perfect.

تعامل موظف الاستقبال حيث قام باخذ 150 يورو كاش مقابل طفل صغير عمره 4 سنوات والشقه كبيره تحتوي ع غرفتين نوم وصاله وقمنا بشكوئ وقام مدير المكان باسترجاع المبلغ والاعتذار شكرا للاخ matthias

الشقة في موقع ممتاز بين زيلامسي وكابرون وقريبة من بقالات ومطاعم عربية وحلال. ومساحتها كبيرة وواسعة ومجهزة بأثاث وديكور حديث. اضافة إلى تعاون العاملين ولطفهم وخاصة الآنسة ربيكا

كل شي فيه جميل مكان نظيف ومناسب دورات المياه فيها شطاف.. المدير التنفيذي في الشقق الفندقيه رجل راقي جدا و مهتم.. اتمنى تكرار الزيارة
