Very spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and very clean. Nice kitchen area with spacious balcony with table and chairs. Communication with staff was extremely good.

I rented this place when I did the Ironman. The appartments had all what I need. The kitchen was equiped high quality furniture. The location is good, near there are supermarket, bus and train station and ski lift.

not easy to find the place for car in a private parking (maybe cause was Ironman competition and the parking slota were full).

Gechirrspüler war nicht mit Salt und Klarspüler aufgefüllt. Eine Lampe defekt.

مكان ممتاز ونظيف، الشقق بدون تكييف بس يوفرون مراوح. يوفرون بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون الصيفية، يرسلون لك إيميل قبل وصولك لتعبي بيانات الضيوف وتحمل التطبيق من الرابط وتطلع لك البطاقة الرقمية بالباركود. تسجيل الدخول للفندق ذاتي، إذا وصلت ادخل من الباب الرئيسي اللي على الشارع وتلقى على يسارك طاولة الاستقبال عليها ظرف مكتوب عليه اسمك وفيه كروت الغرفة ورمز الـ WiFi ورقم موقف سيارتك المجاني. نادراً تلاقي أحد بالاستقبال، لذلك أفضل وأسرع طريقة للتواصل معهم لو احتجت أي شيء عن طريق بوكينق من خيار (راسل مكان الإقامة).

Apartman je stvarno prekrasan i udoban. Direktno sa terase izlazi se na bazen....čarobno.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is well designed and comfortable, good quality equipment. Excellent location, next to bus station and local train. Lake is walking distance 20-30 minutes. Sommercard is a great bonus - as it includes cable cars, public transport and more. Swimming pool is also nice. There is also a laundromat on-site which was not mentioned,but was a nice surprise - for a longer stay is good to have such option for just 3-4 euros.

The apartment is next to the church with a bell ringing between 7am and 9pm. Personally it did not bother me,but could be an issue if someone is sensitive to such sounds. This is apart-hotel style, impersonal experience, without real reception, host presence or any room service - which is also fine, but for longer stays it would be nice to get a change of towels and such.

Der var desværre en bar på den anden side af gaden, hvor der var en del larm fra om aftenen og natten.

SPA und Pool waren sehr schön. Wohnung war komfortabel. Die Aufteilung war super. Lage ist auch super gewesen.

Bei 11 Tagen Aufenthalt hätte ich mich bei diesem Preis über mindestens eine Reinigung gefreut. Haben wir leider nicht erhalten. Der Ausblick bei 102 war nur auf Dächer. Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch optimiert werden. SPA Bereich war nur von 16:00-20:00 Uhr geöffnet. (Sollte zumindest mit in die Beschreibung)

A bit tough to find the main building / entrance to the parking. Located in busy area (but the units are quiet facing interior pool courtyard).

Ik heb voor dit appartement gekozen voor de 2 aparte slaapkamers met aansluitend elk een badkamer met lavabomeubel, toilet en douche. De keuken was voldoende uitgerust, op het terras was er voldoende plaats om met 4 volwassen personen te zitten aan de tafel. Voor de rest was het heel aangenaam om 's avonds na de uitstappen te genieten van de sauna en het ruime buitenzwembad. Alles was ook héél netjes!

Het appartementencomplex staat naast de kerktoren, waarvan de klokken al om 7u 's morgens beginnen te luiden. Voor de rest was het wel héél rustig.

No communication, no washing machine, no AC, we tried to communicate with the property several times months before booking but no response.

Skøn lejlighed vi havde en i 2 plan med udgang til pool området det var bonus ifht. at have mindre børn 5 og 8 år som elsker pool. Lejligheden var skønt og havde det vi havde brug for.

Vi var glade for værterne. Vi kunne godt have brugt lidt en inspirations “bog/liste” med fx ideer til indkøbs muligheder og måske seværdigheder samt restauranter. Men det kan man selv tjekke op på. Selvom det er godt med input fra nogle der kender området.

Lejlighederne ligger tæt på alting og nemt at komme med offentligt transport indtil byen eller ud i området. Velholdt og lækkert med spa området.

Siivous voisi olla parempaa, erityisesti lattia likaisia. Nopeasti siivottu. Keittiössä saisi olla muutama astia enemmän.

Obiekt bardzo dobrze usytuowany, blisko przystanku autobusowego i stosunkowo blisko jeziora. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

W obiekcie wszystko było Ok. Jedyny minus to kontakt z firmą obsługującą wynajem lokali. Niestety był mały problem z uzyskaniem kart letnich, gdzie po kilku próbach kontaktu telefonicznego i @ udało uzyskać się karty, aczkolwiek dopiero po 2 dniach (nie działał link który został wysłany wcześniej). Myślę, że należałoby rozważyć jednak aby jakaś osoba była dostępna w recepcji lub szybszą reakcję na pytania przesyłane do wynajmującego.

Rooms were really modern and well thought. Pool area was superb. Communications with staff was easy, replys were quick and all question were answered. Summer card included makes everything very easy for a traveller.

If you wake up 7 it is ok with you, other than that the church bell will start from 7 am for every 30 minutes, also keep in mind that you will not get the summer card unless you pay 500 euro as security deposit + TAX this is process will take place by using there application (if dose it works). Also entrance instructions start with (don't do that bot do that) rather than vice versa, which make my confused. No microwave, no washing machine.

Wir hatten zu dritt eine Woche zu Pfingsten diese Unterkunft gebucht. Die Ankunft war etwas holprig, da unsere Mappe mit den Schlüsselkarten nicht an dem vorhergesehen Ort befand. Ein im gleichen Haus befindliches China Restaurant gab uns den Tipp bei einer zweiten Rezeption nachzufragen. Dieser vermittelte uns eine Rufnummer zum eigentlich Ansprechpartner. Anscheinend gibt es verschiedene Anbieter für dieses Objekt. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir uns noch ein bisschen die Beine vertreten sollen. Gesagt, getan und wir waren Mittagessen in einem nahegelegen Bistro. Da wir uns zwischen Winter und Sommersaison befanden, war natürliches vieles zu. Ein Spar ist nur 3min entfernt. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und durch eine Schranke abgesperrt. Fahrräder kann man im Skikeller abschließen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Genug Platz, ausreichend Bäder und Komfort inkludiert, mit tollem Blick auf den Großglockner und Pool in der Innenanlage. Im Unterkunftspreis war die Sommerkarte mit eingeschlossen, das heißt wir konnten viele Aktivitäten damit kostenlos nutzen. Beispielsweise Lifte, Bootstour oder Strandbäder. Man sollte dieses Angebot unbedingt nutzen. Man spart dadurch wirklich viel Geld. Einzig die Registrierung war etwas mühselig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar an einer Hauptstraße jedoch Richtung See ausgerichtet. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer angefordert und auch bekommen. Man muss sich nur auf den viertelstündigen Glockenschlag (8-20Uhr) der Kirche, die gleich angrenzend ist, einstellen. Lifte, diverse Berghütten, Wander- und Radwege oder See ist alles fußläufig zu erlaufen gewesen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten aber auch eine Woche Kaiserwetter.

Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal, dass man ansprechen kann. Nur telefonisch. Der temperierte Pool wurde erst 12 Uhr, manchmal sogar erst 13 Uhr geöffnet (el. Abdeckung), sehr schade für Frühaufsteher. Begründung laut Hauswart, er hätte eine längere Anfahrt zum Objekt. Weiterhin muss man beim Kochen im Apartment sehr bedacht auf Rauch sein. Das Abzugssystem auf dem Kochfeld ist eher modern als hilfreich. Es wird auch per Notiz darauf hingewiesen.

The apartment was nice, cozy, and clean. I also enjoyed the spa, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we received the summer card which was a great benefit. Thanks to it, we were able to visit many points of interest in the area without having to buy tickets for lifts, museums, and other attractions. Overall, it made our stay even more enjoyable

We chose to stay at this apartment for our three-generation family trip to Zell am See. Of course, we booked it because of the many excellent reviews — but after staying here, we realized they were all absolutely true! Tom was always kind and responsive, and this apartment is incredibly friendly for both children and pets. I can confidently say this was one of the best places to stay in Zell am See, Austria. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the outdoor swimming pool, and the location was perfect. The AreitXpress gondola is only a 10-minute walk away, so traveling with both kids and grandparents was easy and enjoyable. Kitzsteinhorn, with its breathtaking scenery, is only about 15 minutes away by car, and Sigmund-Thun Klamm is also nearby. Even the city center is just 5 minutes away! The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the Summer Card — so many attractions and activities were included for free, which made our trip even more special. Tom, thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely come back again next time!

Jammer dat bij mooi weer het zwembad pas om 16u open ging en het was nu niet verwarmd. De kortingspas is in april nog niet geldig, jammer dat dat een starttijd op zit vanaf half mei. In april zijn nog wel veel dingen in de omgeving dicht..

Goede locatie, dichtbij van alles. We verbleven in april waar in Oostenrijk veel dicht is, Voorde van Zell al see dat wel veel open is. Fijn zwembad en sauna’s.

Nothing. But if you want to ski do check the season dates - Schmittenhöhe closes in the first week of April which caught us out as the Arietxpress is the closest lift. The ski bus to Kaprun was easy and not a problem though and we had glorious spring skiing.

Wszystko w lokalu jest super - czystość, wygodne łóżka, sypialnia z łazienką, super wyposażona kuchnia. Wszędzie jest blisko do sklepów 2min., do jeziora 5min spacerkiem, do stoku 5min spacerkiem. Parking przed apartamentem. W apartamentowcu funkcjonuje dobra chińska restauracja. Wiec co kto potrzebuje jest dostepne.

Mankament woda w basenie powinna miec 2-3 stopnie więcej. Uważam, że za tak wyposażony apartament z takimi udogodnieniami cena może być wyższa. Więc może właściciel powinien więcej kasować ale bardziej grzać basen.

Єдиний мінус для нас був це наявність в сауні людей без одягу, так як ми були з дитиною, залишити в номері її одну не можна, приходилося ходити разом, але із за цього були тільки один раз.

Het appartement. Heel ruimtelijk, ieder zijn eigen badkamer. Mooi en luxe afgewerkt. En de spa was ook heel goed. Vooral schoon ook. Goede parkeergelegenheid, dichtbij de piste. Het was echt fantastisch.

We zaten niet naast onze familie met wie we samen hadden geboekt. Maar dat was echt het enige wat tegen viel.

Apartments were very clean, comfortable, modern and no noise from adjacent apartments. Facilities including spa and pool were excellent. Separate boot room in the apartment was a bonus and additional downstairs loo in addition to two en-suite bathrooms was very welcome (not clear on the apartment description). Additional facilities on site included bar and restaurant. Separate ski lockers were also great as were laundry facilities. The apartment was fairly central to the local restaurants, shops and train station - all 5minutes walking distance.

Nothing we didn't like - a few niggles only (eg Kick board in kitchen kept falling down, no spare pillows in bedrooms)

Top Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, Brötchenservice Schöner Pool im Garten. Alles sehr sauber und extrem freundliches Personal. Check in völlig unkompliziert.

The property was fantastic. Great space, lovely sized rooms with en suites and waterfall showers, kitchen was perfectly equipped and the spa was fantastic. Location amazing, 5 minutes walk to the Areit Ski Lift, stunning views of the mountains from the apartments, and some great supermarkets nearby. Free parking right outside the doors to the building also a bonus.

The beds are very hard and need some extra mattress toppers to ease this/provide more comfort. Really disappointing given everything else at the property was absolutely amazing. If the beds are improved, we would definitely book again!

Leider keine Reinigung zwischendurch, 1 Handtuchset für 7 Tage ... . Für 5 Personen nicht ausreichend Geschirr: entweder also mit der Hand abwaschen oder Geschirrspüler 3/4 leer einschalten (und wir haben nur gefrühstückt!). Der 5., der im Wohnzimmer schläft, hat keine Dusche - muss durch ein Schlafzimmer durch ...

Everything was great!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm – das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Bis auf einen fehlenden Toaster war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Spa-Bereich ist absolut super: sauber, traumhaft gestaltet und mit einem tollen Pool zum Schwimmen. Das einzige Problem war der Eisregen am Morgen bei der Abreise – leider wurde versäumt, den Gehweg und den Parkplatz zu enteisen, was etwas unangenehm war.

der Pool ist viel zu kalt, der wurde kaum genutzt, von uns und unseren Kindern überhaupt nicht. Es ist schaden, wenn man ganz bewusst ein Apartment mit Schwimmbad sucht und es dann nicht nutzt.

Не працювало освітлення в коридорі і згодом перегоріли ще лампи, задала питання хосту, відповідь так і не отримала. Взимку не вистачає швабри або килимка біля дверей, бруд з взуття розноситься по коридору

Excellent quality in the apartment , very comfortable well equipped and spacious

Pool was top col for us (around 27 degrees) and swimming possible only outside- sonom practice if too cold water outside we couldn’t use it with the kids in winter as no run just cold. This is the only drawback of our stay the rest was perfect.

Værten var ikke kundevenlig. Vi manglede flere ting i vores lejlighed og udstyret var ikke i orden. Men han vendte ikke retur når vi henvendte os. Godt spa område, men mange nøgne mennesker. Det gjorde det udfordrende for børn.

The self-checkin worked really well. When we needed to get in contact with the staff it was easy, convenient and they replied fast. The staff were helpful and flexible.

Excellent apartments, very convenient for slopes etc Lovely spa although would have loved a morning swim!

Too hot! Hard to turn down heating. Even right down remained rather too warm. Kept burning the toast!

Sehr schöne moderne Einrichtung !

Chtěli jsme 2 parkovací místa a měli jsme je rezervovaná = OK! Apartmán prostorný a dobře vybavený. Wellness s venkovnim bazénem je příjemný. Na lanovku AreitXpress je to 300 metrů pěšky nebo skibudem 1 zastávka (ihned oproti apartmánovému domu).

Chybí hrnečky na malé expresso (kávu). Chybí něco na úklid vstupní předsíňky a šatny, pokud se tam našlape/ nanese špína... hadr, mop, kýbl.
