Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Very nice and spacious apartment, everything you need is there. Located on the edge of the old town, shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a parking garage nearby, where parking for 2 nights cost only 4.50 euros. Bike rental is just around the corner, I recommend exploring the Wachau region by bike.
There was nothing I didn't like. I recommend this apartment!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Schönes und sehr zentral gelegenes neu renoviertes und ruhiges Appartement im Obergeschoss mit Klimanlage. Bestehend aus WZ, SZ, VR, separatem WC und großem Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche inkl. einiger Kaffee Tabs und Teebeuteln.
Die vielen steilen Eisenstiegen hinauf (kein Lift vorhanden) zum Appartement, die sehr beschwerlich sind und es einem Behinderten unmöglich macht, ins Appartement zu gelangen. Es gab keine Vorhänge oder Rollos im Vorraum/Küche als Sichtschutz vor Aussenlicht (ging oft ein und aus) und fremden Blicken.

Parking dodatkowo płatny oddalony o ok. 150-200m (możliwość podjechania pod same drzwi apartamentu żeby wyładować samochód). Miejsce do przechowywania rowerów. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem apartamentu - wszystko jasne i klarowne.
Mały szczegół ale przekombinowana bateria prysznicowa, która naprawdę przysparza kłopotu żeby ustawić odpowiednią temperaturę wody :)

Bathroom is spacious, it has a large walked in shower, liquid soap and shower gel were provided. Although the room has a view to the square is quiet in the evening, I liked the view. I recommend the room only for a short stay, could feel a bit small if you have a lot of luggage or plan to do a lot of shopping. would book again with Smile Apartments, this was our 2nd time with them.

Faltaría una cortina en la puerta de acceso al apartamento para dar más intimidad y arreglar el extractor de humo, que no funcionaba muy bien.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The apartment itself is located in the city centre, in an old building, with nice internal balconies, stairs, windows, etc, but the apartment itself is fully renovated, clean, and has all the necessary equipment for a short holiday stay.
In temperatures above 30°C, the AC was not powerful enough. Also, during the night, there were a couple of instances when cars passed by the window with loud music or revving engines.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Die Lage des Hotels am Dreifaltigkeitsplatz war am Wochenende sehr ruhig. Zur Einkaufsstraße mit verschiedenen Lokalen (auch Bäckerei für Frühstück) sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Zimmer sauber, Walk-In-Dusche geräumig, eigenes Zimmer fürs WC.
Die Pölster waren zu hoch und die Bettdecke zu warm (jammern auf hohem Niveau).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026El ambiente del edificio y del apartamento. La cama muy comoda, incluso el sofa para dormir. Durante nuestra estancia hacía mucho calor pero los apartamentos tienen aire condicionado. Esta situado muy central y hay parking privado de buen precio.
La puerta de nuestro apartamento era difícil de cerrar, lo demás todo bien.

La ubicación excelente, en la plaza, a 50 m de la bonita calle principal y a 100 m de una tienda para alquilar bicis. Disponen de parking a 200 metros por un precio muy razonable. El apartamento en sí, fantástico, limpio, nuevo, muy amplio, con una solana con lavadora. Además tiene aire acondicionado que con el calor que hizo vino fantástico. En definitiva, muy cómodo y bonito. Y la comunicación con los gestores rápida y fluida. Muy recomendable. Nos encantó a todos! Muchas gracias!
Nos gustó todo. El edificio no tiene ascensor porque está protegido (los propietarios avisan de ello), pero eso no fue ningún problema para nosotros, las escaleras tenían mucho encanto.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Gebäude ist wunderschön und das Appartement selber ebenfalls. Es ist schön aber praktisch eingerichtet, vermisst haben wir hier nichts. Großer Pluspunkt: sehr bequemes Bett und Klimaanlage (bei über 30 Grad sehr angenehm). Die Unterkunft ist direkt in der Altstadt aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.
Die Parkplätze sind nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft und kosten extra, dafür kann man von Samstag auf Sonntag aber überall kostenlos parken (wir hatten Glück mit einem Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft).

On sent que tout est fait pour être parfait mais que les « locataires » ne respectent pas grand chose. C’est dommage car cela doit être décourageant pour les gestionnaires. Pas de leur faute et du coup quelques petits bémols.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine einschl. Pads und Geschirr waren vorhanden. Neu gestaltetes Bad und seperates WC rund das ganze ab. Ein Highligth bei diesen Temperaturen war die vorhandene Klimaanlage.
Der einzige Nachteil waren die lärmenden Kinder bis Mitternacht auf dem schönen Platz vor den Fenstern. Dafür kann aber der Betreiber nichts.

Die Räder konnten im Innenhof in einem Raum abgestellt werden. Die Lage war perfekt, das Zentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Arvostimme hyvää ilmastointia hellesäällä. Kaunis tilava huone ja erittäin mukava sänky ja hyvät tyynyt. (Arvostan, että tarjolla oli kaksi tyynyvaihtoehtoa.) Oma jääkaappi ja aamiaiskaappi olivat plussaa. Sijainti loistava keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja kauniin aukion laidassa. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui sähköisesti ja hyvissä ajoin etukäteen. Numerokoodilla toimiva lukko oli helppo käyttää. Kaikin puolin ystävällistä palvelua.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Hier ist dein Text in korrektem und natürlichem Deutsch: Das Duschgel und die Handseife waren von Rituals und dufteten sehr angenehm. Die Handtücher waren sehr weich. Es war toll, dass es eine Nespresso-Maschine gab. Auch die Dusche war sehr schön, besonders die Kombination mit dem Spiegel.
Die künstlichen Plastikblumen waren enttäuschend und haben die Atmosphäre etwas beeinträchtigt. Außerdem fand ich den Preis zu hoch.

Fußläufig 2 Minuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt und dennoch ruhig an einem bezaubernden Platz gelegen. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war bestens und sehr freundlich und für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen gesicherten Aufenthalt im ehemaligen Stall. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr bequeme Betten, Cafemaschine, Waschmaschine, sehr schönes Bad und separate Toilette. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und oben drauf eine großer Flachbild-TV. Sehr nahe an der Perfektion. Auch die Kommunikation verlief ganz prima!
Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert .

Veľmi dobré je, že majú uzamknutú miestnosť na bicykle, so zásuvkami na dobíjanie. Trochu sme mali problém pochopiť kódy na vstup, ale preklad to vyriešil.

Reviewed May 12, 2026We booked about 30 minutes before our arrival on bikes. Susan was quick to respond when I called her and the check-in process was quick and easy. Nice big room - loved the coffee machine and coffee pods. And I loved the face cloths - very rare to get a face cloth I find. Secure storage for bikes. Great location.
Our room was above a restaurant below. A loud group was outside on the patio - had to close the windows for awhile. This was a Monday night so weekends might be busier. But we were only there one night so it was fine.

The apartment surprised with the design, cleanness and furniture. The view from the apartment is just on the square and we like it. Smile Team helped with the parking space and this is appreciated.
