Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Sehr stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement (zeigt sich schon in den wertigen Pflegeprodkten😉). Einchecken via zugeschicktem Code problemlos.
Wir waren bei unbeständigem Wetter mit den Rädern unterwegs und baten darum, etwas früher (als 15:00) einchecken zu dürfen. Dies wäre nur für einen Aufpreis von 25€ möglich gewesen😡. Wir verzichteten darauf (und das Wetter war uns gnädig)😊

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Top8 war ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes, außergewöhnlich schönes Appartement, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Innenhof wirklich total gemütlich und hat den fehlenden Balkon mehr als wett gemacht.

L'ambiente (appartamento Top 2) aveva un pò odore di muffa. La procedura per entrare dal portone non funzionava (probabilmente era guasta la tastiera per inserimento codice). Siamo riusciti ad entrare dopo vari tentativi solo grazie ad altri ospiti che stavano uscendo e ci hanno spiegato la procedura alternativa per aprire il portone. La stanza essendo al piano terra ed affacciata sulla piazza era rumorosa per il passaggio delle auto sulla strada di ciottolato (sarebbe meglio finestre insonorizzate)

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Durch die Innenhoflage ist es sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Alles war sauber gereinigt. Die Vermietungsorganisation "Smile" ist super! Sofortige Hilfe, wenn man ein Problem hat, und überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt wirklich NICHTS zu kritisieren. Wir würden jederzeit das Apartment wieder buchen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Nett ist, dass ein Starterpaket (Kaffeekapseon, Tee, Zucker, Spültabs, etc.) vorhanden ist.
Sauberkeit ist nicht besonders (viele Spinnweben und Staub), Ungeziefer. Beim App. 2 keine Klimaanlage bzw. ein Offenlassen des Fensters ist nicht möglich gewesen, da im EG und kein Gitter vor dem Fenster.

Ansich ist das Appartement ruhig gelegen, allerdings hört man im EG doch früh morgens das ein oder andere Auto.

Difficulté d'entrée avec le code qui ne marchait pas. J'ai du téléphoner pour avoir de l'aide(réponse rapide au tél) . Quelqu'un est venu essayer l'accès par code et cela ne fonctionnait pas non plus .Finalement j'ai obtenu une clé . Perte de temps à l'arrivée (1h) Peut-être un micro-ondes et un rouleau de papier cuisine seraient utiles dans la cuisine, une boîte de mouchoirs dans la salle de bains un 2eme fauteuil dans la chambre Check out 10h assez tôt, 11h ou 12h serait plus commode.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Die Apartments sind sehr modern, gleichzeitig ist der Charme des alten Hauses erhalten geblieben. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und doch im Zentrum, mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Platz. Krems ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die sich anzuschauen lohnt.
Die Polster waren etwas unbequem, aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Seife und Duschgel sind von Rituals, es gibt Nespresso-Kaffeekapseln und das Bett ist superkomfortabel. Bei Fragen ist die Besitzerin immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und werden beim nächsten Krems-Besuch sicher wieder hier buchen!

Ich habe verschiedene 3 Zimmer kn dem Gebäude gebucht. Led Lampen mit individuellen Farben in allen Apartments is Bombe. Aber bei der dritten Buchung von Room Nummer 7, was bislang die teuerste Nacht war, hat es mich sehr genervt dass in dem Riesen Arial nur im Bad Leds waren. Nicht allein wegen den extra Kick hab ich sie vermisst sonder auch in 1 oder 2 Zimmer war die Beleuchtung sehr schwach

La struttura è pulitissima, fornita di cucina, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, e di tutte le stoviglie necessarie. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato (n°5) è spazioso, fornito di due smart tv, cosa che noi abbiamo trovato utilissima avendo soggiornato la notte del 1° gennaio ed essendo fuori molto freddo e con tutti i locali chiusi.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The apartment was very clean and had been beautifully restored (the building is from the 1400s). There is a table and a comfortable chair for reading. Very adequate kitchen. Bathroom is big - no bathtub but not really needed. A great shower. The apartment is very well cared for. We ended up getting food and eating in the room as it was so lovely. There is a timed door code for entering the building and the apartment itself. All very easy. Parking was also close and no problem. We will be back! The location is really perfect. A short walk to the main street in the old town.
The only problem we had was the noise outside late at night, but it's the holiday season and people had been enjoying the Gluhwein and punch stands in the old town. I imagine the rooms in the back are completely quiet.
