The location, the room and the hosts were wonderful. We will stay there again. Easy to park and there are a lot of options for shopping and restaurants around.

The location and the size of the apartment.

Everything was great

The property was really close to the Oranjestad city and right next to the Port of Aruba. This was the main advantage in many ways. It was really comfortable and nice. The communication with the property owner was also easy and Melisha really helped with all necessary information. Our stay was ideal. The bus stop is 4 mins away. The Aruba tram is 5 mins away.

Ubicación Optima en pleno Centro de Orajenstad, detrás de la terminal de Cruceros y frente a la Terminal de Buses para moverse por las principales Playas de Aruba ya que otra opción de transporte es cara, como todos los servicios en la Isla. La encargada "Abigail" (a quien solo conocí por WhatApp) me pareció súper amable cada vez que la requerí por mensaje, y lo mejor de todo fue que nos permitieron hacer el Late Cheek Out hasta que nos vinieron a buscar para llevarnos de regreso al Aeropuerto a las 7:00 PM, ya que NO había otro huesped programado ese día.

Cuestiones menores como falta de una Mesa y Sillas cómodas para el Almuerzo/Cena, la ausencia de un Bidet en el cuarto de baño, pero es habitual en paises distinto al nuestro, y algún electrodoméstico puntual, pero nada importante.

Dichtbij het centrum. Ruime kamer en badkamer. Appartement was schoon. Geen geluidsoverlast. Melissa was makkelijk te bereiken en heeft ons goed geholpen.

C’est bien placé géographiquement car on est rapidement au centre-ville d’Oranjestadt. Wifi et Clim.

L’appartement est composé de deux pièces avec une salle de bain immense et une autre pièce qui fait office de salle à manger, cuisine et chambre en même temps. Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, ni dans la cuisine, ni dans la salle de bain. Le lit double est dans la salle à manger!!! Côté cuisine, il n’y avait qu’une grande assiette en plastique pour manger. Pour faire cuire, il n’y avait qu’une seule plaque électrique d’appoint, qu’il fallait brancher au mur chaque fois qu’on voulait s’en servir. Il n’y avait pas de table pour manger, alors je me suis mis sur un petit bureau . Je préfère ne pas raconter d’autres détails…

La atención del anfitrión. La zona es muy central a varios puntos de interés a pie.

La vista desde la habitación. Si bien está en la zona del puerto, la vista desde la ventana apuntaba a la obra.

Es muy central, me encantó la vista y que quedara tan cerca a la estación de buses y a todo en Oranjestad.

La ducha funcionaba mal, salía un chorro delgado muy pegado a la pared que no era cómodo para bañarse bien.

Location is right downtown near the ships.

Die Lage war mitten im Zentrum. Nahe gelegen zum Bus Terminal, Restaurants und Geschäften. Mit dem Bus ist man auch schnell am Strand. Habe auch einen späteren Ceck-Out bekommen, da der Abflug erst Abends war.

Kommunikation ist nur über WhatsApp möglich. Matratze war sehr hart.

Muy buena ubicación frente a la estación de autobuses. Bien céntrico. La limpieza es destacable y tiene todo para una estancia cómoda

The studio was big and brightly lit. There was a large balcony overlooking the marina. There were 2 fun bars close by and many restaurants within about 6 blocks. The small kitchen had a fridge, sink, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and toaster. We had no car, so having the main bus terminal across the street was a real plus.

It was hot while we were there. The AC worked great, except when it was programmed to turn off from midnight to 7:00. The shower curtain liner had mold and needed to be replaced. There was little water pressure so the shower was more of a hose.

El departamento es amplio, muy bonito, con excelente iluminación, limpio, muy cerca de la estación de buses públicos (Arubus) para quienes prefieran este medio de transporte en lugar de arriendo de auto, encontramos un par de supermercados a pasos del departamento también. Muy buen alojamiento y buena ubicación. Cómodo, amplia las habitaciones, buen baño, buen servicio wi-fi y dormitorio muy cómodo

No tener sillas , conservadora para llevar a la playa QUE ES INDISPENSABLE. En la cocina muy basica, sólo un fuego para cocinar y no tiene horno eléctrico.

My key card was not working properly had to tap it multiple times to get my door open. Wish of there was hot water.

This place is so very nice. Very clean with easy access to dining and shopping on the island. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment that was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The location was excellent, with a bus stop right across the street and easy access to taxis just a few steps away. There was plenty of entertainment within walking distance. For our tours, we used either a taxi or the bus. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay a few extra hours due to our late flight. Communication was smooth and fast through WhatsApp, with immediate responses. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. The hot water and water pressure were great. While we did need to buy shampoo and coffee at a local store, beach towels were provided.

Perfeito! Tudo Perfeito! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Banheiro espaçoso, água quente, toalhas limpas. Tudo limpo, organizado e bem decorado. Cama muito confortável, vista linda para os navios. A localização não poderia ser melhor. No centro, em frente tem uma estação de ônibus que vai para todas as praias, inclusive aeroporto, $2,50 o deslocamento. Compensa muito, não precisamos alugar carro, nem utilizar taxi. O anfitrião é extremamente atencioso, sempre perguntando e sendo solícito. A equipe de atendimento é impecável! Sou extremamente exigente no quesito hospedagem, dormir em um local limpo, bom e confortável pra mim é essencial! Nota 1.000! Voltarei em breve!

The apartment was clean. The a/c worked efficiently. The bathroom facility was adequate. Security seems to be good.

The location is poor at best. Access is not easy, stairs. The microwave was confusing to try to use. The television didn't work. Need a few basic cleaning items, Broom & dustpan. Balcony was shared with three other rooms and was very noisy.

I booked the apartment (as opposed to the smaller studio) for my parents’ getaway and they loved it. It was centrally located and rooms were very big and spacious and bed was comfortable. Big plus was the outside deck/balcony that they loved to have breakfast and coffee on.

The room was huge and very airy and light. The bed was big and comfortable, the air conditioning was very good. The bathroom was exceptionally large. The balcony was beautiful, with lots of gorgeous plants filling the space. We felt very at home there. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and even though we could not stay in the room until our flight pick up they let us use a store room to hold our luggage until our taxi came

The shower wasn't very powerful. Aruba is a party island. On the Saturday night the noise from outside went on until 3.45am which kept us awake for most of the night, and given it was our last night and we had a long travel day the next day back to the UK. The other nights were fine

The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed, kitchenette, sitting area, dining table and balcony patio. You really couldn’t ask for more. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of town with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. It was easy to catch a bus, the bus terminal is just across the street, to go to the northern beaches for snorkeling and swimming or to the hotel area north of town that has other restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Bay Harbor Luxury Apartments.

It was a little tricky to find but once you know, all is good.

The bedroom has a strategic location in a city downtown, it was very good for us because we took Aruba bus every day to go to the beach.

The furniture could be better and we didn´t have any answer about some alternative to putting our luggage after check out.

Great messaging before we arrived. Easy to make contact our host once we had a local SIM, though the airport has free wifi.. Hosts were very helpful when keys didn't work at first. Apartment is about 100m from the bus station, so very easy to get around the island and beaches without a car. If you want to travel by bus, be sure to order your bus pass/card asap (fares are cheaper with it), as it takes a couple of days to process. If you like to watch big cruise ships, this is the place to do it!

Cooking facilities are very limited. Presumably this was by design. But huge living/bedroom and large bathroom, Tiny kitchen space, one hot plate and virtually no counter space but we were able to cook several meals using a bit of creativity.

Nothing worked. Constant flies getting in. Main entrance door broken. No help from staff.

Excellent location. Had issues with hot water which worked sporadically. Marco said he would look into it but few hot showers and we were there for a month! Beach is much farther than stated on the website. Between $10-$15 cab ride, but worth it. Construction was going on directly below us so awakened by 7:00 every morning but this wasn’t mentioned in our conversations before the booking. Netflix is the only thing available on the tv so make sure you know your password. Few minor issues which Marco addressed right away.

The apartment was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent. Although being right in the heart of things it is very quiet and safe at night. Also, the hosts were very helpful with any questions I had.

I liked nearly everything, especially sitting on the balcony I liked very much. Very spacious. Very quite inside, even if the outside might be quite noisy. Good aircondition. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location directly in the city between harbour and main bus station. Beaches (Surfside and Druif) still within walking distance (1.x km). So my negatives are only rather minor things.

You have to like the music played from the cigar lounge below when you are on the balcony. (apparment itself is very quiet). I mostly liked it but their loudspeakers might need an overhaul in the future. Kitchen is great to support you for breakfast or easy lunchs/dinners and cool drinks but not meant for a 5 course extravagant meal.

Felt very safe with the gate and key system, yet really quick and easy to access your room. Could not ask for a better location. Great to have Netflix in the room. Very spacious and certainly value for money.

Very central location, easy to walk everywhere. Best location for Carnaval. We were very happy with this property. Clean, new, great bed, airy and grande. Close to all shops and best restaurants. Owner and team very responsive, friendly and helpful, Marco even lent us folding chair for carnaval. I would recommend this place to my friends. Thank you, Marco and Martin.
