View was great, beds were comfy to sleep on, apartments had the basic stuff needed for the stay with towels, etc and it was clean and decent inside.

shopping centre where the apartment is located didn't feel or look safe and clean. beds were a bit on the high side so difficult to climb especially for my mother, room felt quite cramped for 3 people

Proche du centre. Cet établissement ne devrait pas être classé comme hôtel. Il se trouve dans une résidence qui se trouve elle-même dans une galerie marchande . C'est un 6-ème étage qui a été converti en 20 chambres.

On me demande mon heure d'arrivée précisant que le check-in est entre 15 et 18 heures, aucune personne présente à 17h. Pas de téléphone sur le bon de réservation que j'avais imprimé. C'est une entreprise située au 2ème étage qui me l'a donné. Informations données non pas la veille mais le matin à 11H42 on est en transit puis on visite Bruxelles pas le moment de consulter des infos. Le parking est public à 2OOm et ne correspond pas au prix indiqué sur le site 25€ pour 22H. Le matin, on a vraiment cru à une arnaque vu la situation de l'établissement et aucun moyen de communiquer. Le petit-déjeuner est minimal 2 biscuits et du thé. Les messages ont été communiqués sur Booking alors que mon téléphone est connu ainsi que mon mail. Arrivée plutôt compliquée et pas rassurante. On n'est pas obligé de savoir que cet établissement appartie nt au Docteur MoÏse N......... Je n'indique pas ma profession quand j'arrive.

The property is centrally located in Brussels city center. Everything is walking distance away. The place is clean and felt secure. The view from the window is stunning! Just like the photos. I will book here again.

This is a self service property and it was a bit tricky to find the entrance in the beginning.

The location is simply fantastic! Everything is just a stone’s throw away, and there is an amazing variety of delicious food all around. My son absolutely loved it. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable enough. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. I highly recommend it!

Once we found the address, we had quite an adventure following the 6-step instructions to get through the gallery, find the hotel entrance, locate the elevator, and finally make our way to the room. As we arrived extremely tired from our journey, we simply didn’t have the energy for such a complicated check-in process.

Das Personal war echt frech, und arrogant, man hat sich gefragt wegen die Schlüssel Nummer, wir gangen nach oben hat er sich gefragt, warum hatt doch geklappt mit Schlüssel Nummer warum wir im gerufen haben und..... das war echt frech von diesen Personal, von gefühlt das Gespräch mit ihm, das ist so wie das er ohne Erfahrung mit seine Arbeit wie man mit dem Kunden Respekt und freundlichen umzugehen! 😡

Property was inside shopping aria. There was so dirty and scary we couldn’t stay at the room because of we couldn’t feel comfort able to stay at the building therefore we left from room and rent another hotel

The location is very near to a great area for people watching, palaces, and great food. The bathroom had a nice large shower. Great air conditioning and the mini fridge was convienient.

It was difficult to find. The self check in was problematic when wifi service ia spotty. Once I found it with the assistance of a nail salon it all worked out.

La tranquillité de l'appartement très clair situé au 5e étage avec vue sur la cathédrale est un point fort : ainsi, on peut profiter au maximum de la place centrale de Bruges, des boutiques et des restaurants très animés qui se trouvent à deux pas. Et pour un petit détail, nous avons contacté l'hôte qui nous a aussitôt répondu.

En arrivant, l'entrée du bloc où est l'appartement qui se situe dans un centre commercial où il y a des boutiques fermées en raison de travaux collectifs imposés par la Commune de Bruxelles, interpelle. Mais étant restés plusieurs jours, on le constate, il n'y a aucun désagrément.

The property is located above a mall. You can’t park in front of the property to drop bags off because it’s a pedestrian only zone. This makes it a bit difficult to find and to get to with luggage over cobble stoned streets. The elevator up to the unit is very small and there is a small flight of stairs to navigate before the elevator. This could make things tricky for people with lots of luggage.

Stanza al 6 piano e con self check (non era indicato nell'annuncio), Ascensore vecchio ho fatto ogni volta a piedi i SEI piani di scale. L'accesso all'alloggio, pur se attiguo ad una strada principale e centrale, era attraverso una squallida galleria: ho avuto la percezione di insicurezza e sporcizia (aggravate dal self check in con codici) Non ci tornerei. Fortunamtemanete avevo prenotato una sola notte

La cortina no tapaba nada de luz

Der Besitzer ist nett und die Antworten auf Nachrichten erfolgten sehr schnell. Die Zimmer haben eine wirklich tolle Ausstattung! Dazu waren sie sehr sauber und es war bei uns auch ein früherer Check-In als eigentlich erwartet möglich. Centerstay ist sehr zentral gelegen, was wirklich toll ist, da es zum einen überall hin nicht so weit ist und zum anderen ein schönes Stadtgefühl vermittelt. Hinzu kommt eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster.

Das Gebäude selbst mit den vorhandenen Läden (viele Nagelstudios) hinterlässt nicht ganz so ein herzliches Zuhause-Gefühl und der Geruch im Zimmer durch die Raumdüfte ist teilweise sehr unangenehm (auch nach dem Ausstecken des Raumerfrischers). Ein kleines Manko sind zudem die wahrscheinlich KI-unterstützen Antworten - jedoch kamen Antworten sehr schnell und haben stets die Fragen beantwortet.

Non fatevi abbindolare dalle foto, la camera è squallida, il letto è comodo ma il resto un disastro. Le tende a rullo di plastica rovinate e sporche, non c’è un armadio per sistemare i vestiti, non c’è praticamente niente. Il bagno senza finestra, minuscolo con un lavandino grande quanto un francobollo, gli asciugamani sporchi, i muri sporchi e rovinati, un odore nauseabondo che provano a camuffare con i deodoranti elettrici. L’ingresso del palazzo è imbarazzante, sembra una discarica. Abbiamo scelto la camera con vista ma la vista era su un cortile interno e tetti malconci. Non ci andate!

El acceso un poco complicado y las vistas no coincidía con las imágenes, al menos la habitación que me tocó.

Habitación limpia y cómoda. Ubicación inmejorable. Camas cómodas. Tiene pava eléctrica. Tiene unas hermosas vistas. El ingreso es autónomo con clave así que no es necesario cargar con llaves.

No funcionaba la ducha superior pero si el duchador. La galería en la que se encuentra está un poco abandonada y no pareciera muy segura para ingresar, más que nada por la noche, no recomendaría si va una mujer sola.

I was on a family trip across four different countries, and this was, without a doubt, the most incredible place we stayed. Mostly because of how caring and thoughtful the staff were with us. They even left a cute letter for my family upon our arrival, as I had asked if that would be possible. Everything was super clean, the place was comfortable, and the location is definitely a highlight! So close to everything, with an amazing view and right in the city center. The host was also very thoughtful and helped us with a small issue with so much kindness. We left feeling very well cared for and happy. I really hope to come back someday!

Our stay at this property was deeply disappointing and fell far short of basic expectations for comfort and safety. First, finding the location is a challenge, as it is situated inside a run-down mall. Check-in was a frustrating experience: the host did not share entry codes upfront, forcing us to wait around for them to arrive. Entering the property requires navigating an excessive three-tier code system (one for downstairs, one for the hallway, and one for each individual room). To make matters worse, the power on our entire floor went out multiple times (at least three) during our first night. The biggest concern, however, was security and hospitality. The rooms do not lock from the inside, nor do they feature peepholes. Combined with an initial interaction with the host that was confrontational and uncomfortable, we did not feel safe at all. Because of this, my husband had to sleep on the floor blocking the door for both nights of our stay.

It has a perfect location near Grand-Place and Bourse.

A szállás központi helyen található, a látnivalók közelében. Mi egy koncert miatt utaztunk Brüsszelbe, és a szállás jó választás volt abból a szempontból, hogy közel volt minden tömegközlekedési eszköz.

A szállásra való bejutás. A műkörmös szalonok környéken nagyon kellemetlen, orrfacsaró szagok vannak. A dolgozók néznek, szólogatnak. A fürdőszoba egyáltalán nem olyan volt, mint a képeken. Zuhanyzás közben a víz visszajött és elárasztotta a fürdőszobát.

The location was nice because it was right downtown walking distance from everything.

The room was setup very awkward and not what we thought it was going to be. You had to walk through a really sketchy mall to get up to the apartment. Really small bathroom and shower.

Only the location and the view from the window. The room we had booked was far too small for our family, and the hotel had to provide us with an additional room free of charge. It was kind of them.

The room was much too small for our family. The window screen was broken. The kitchen table was dusty, and the kitchen sponge was dirty. The smell of the air freshener was very strong, so we could not stay in the room for long and it disturbed our sleep. The photos on the website did not match the actual condition of the accommodation. I would not recommend staying here.

The location was good, but what truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. When the shower wasn’t suitable for us, they went above and beyond and offered us an additional apartment free of charge just to make sure we were comfortable. They also helped us with our luggage and were always ready to assist. A very special thank you to the Tunisian staff member — he was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. His wonderful attitude truly made a difference to our stay. Excellent hospitality and outstanding service!

The facilities are somewhat old, but they have been renovated and maintained as much as possible.

O apartamento fica no centro histórico de Bruxelas, a poucos metros da Grand Place. Apartamento compacto mas espaçoso, com frigobar, pia, fogão, microondas, cafeteira e chaleira. Camas boas , tudo limpo e novo. O acesso era por código, com entrada pela galeria ou pelo beco após as 22h.

A iluminação poderia ser melhor. A luminária em cima da mesa não estava funcionando.

La ubicación cerca del centro y de la Estación Central de tren, buena insonorización de las ventanas respecto a la calle, las vistas hacia la Grande Place (desde un 6° piso)

Las opiniones que leímos por aquí nos hicieron ir prevenidos: estores en las ventanas con mucha luz desde el amanecer (antifaz), paredes que dejan pasar los ruidos del pasillo (tapones). No hay recepción, ascensores pequeños y uno sin puerta de seguridad, no hay servicio de habitaciones para limpieza y cambio de toallas durante la estancia.

A localização era muito boa, o quarto era excelente. Tudo limpo e organizado.

O acesso é por dentro de um shopping, onde infelizmente ficam alguns mendigos dormindo dentro aos domingos durante o dia, mas eles não mexeram com ninguém. O que poderia melhor seria a retirada dos móveis que devem ter sido retirados de algum apartamento e foram colocados na frente da do corredor que dá acesso aos quartos, o que causou uma impressão ruim. O elevado é pequeno mas funciona normalmente. Ficaria novamente.

La entrada a la galería y al edificio donde estaba el apartamento daban asco. No soy aprensiva. Me gusta ir de camping y me adapto a todo, pero había vagabundos durmiendo en la galería de acceso allí y olía a pis y a basura. Y la escalera, los ascensores, los pasillos, todo estaba asqueroso. Me pensé irme de allí aunque ya lo había pagado (y no era barato precisamente) pero eran fiestas en Bruselas y no encontré otro sitio. ¡Y cuidado con las estafas que intentan cobrarte lo de la habitación sin ser de Booking ni del hotel! ¡No pinchéis ningún enlace de mails o wassaps que os pidan pagar ya para poder confirmar la reserva! Aunque sepan todos los datos de fechas, precios y números de reserva. Hay que denunciar estos intentos de estafa.
