Buena comunicación siempre, instrucciones claras, nos permitieron un check in más temprano. Todo impecable, cocina equipada hasta con sal, azúcar, aceite. Es un apartamento de 4 cuartos, 1 baño, sala espaciosa, terraza, parqueo. El bus línea 105 te deja ql frente de la entrada, zona segura y tranquila con 2 supermercados.

Lavadora y secadora están en alemán y francés, el modelo es diferente a los que usamos los latinos, con sentido común las pudimos aprovechar. Piso 1 sin ascensor, no son muchas pero sí hay que subir escaleras

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, wir hatten sehr laute Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns, die gefühlt den ganzen Abend zu hören waren (laufend und sprechend), parallel hatten wir viele Spinnen und Mücken der Wohnung

The location was great! The unit was spacious and had every thing we needed.

The unit is on the first floor. You can hear every foot step of the people in the unit above you. It was like BIG FOOT AND FAMILY were staying there!!!!

Apartment is spacious, in good location. Would recommend for bigger families.

Unfortunately this week was very hot in Switzerland. It made sleeping not so comfortable.

ที่นอนโดยรวมดี แต่ลูกสาวบอกว่าเตียงที่เค้านอน มันอ่อนเกินไป หมอนหนุนหัว นุ่มเกินไป แต่โอเค เนื่องจาก ต้องต่อบัส จากสถานีรถไฟ ปกติ รถมาทุกครึ่งชม. แต่ถ้าหลังสามทุ่ม จะมาทุก1ชม. และรอบสุดท้ายคือไม่เกินเที่ยงคืน ต้องแพลนดีๆ แต่โดยรวมถือว่าสะดวกในการเดินทาง

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec un petit jardin et une table pour manger dehors . Appartement spacieux et propre. Parfaitement situé pour les visites nous étions une voiture et la place de parking etait la bienvenue.

Die Wohning ist praktisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und hat viel Platz. Es hat alles was man braucht.

Schade dass der zwar so grosse Fernseher weisse Flecken hat und es keine Senderauswahl gibt.

If you want to stay in peaceful neighborhood with great connections to Interlaken and Jungfrau ski region this your place. Clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Fast and informative communication.

Organisation avant l’arrivée au TOP. Appartement spacieux, bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Personnel à l’écoute tout au long du séjour. Rien à redire, tout est parfait. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Loved the location, the apartment, the homely and safe feel was welcoming and everything essential was provided from towels to coffee to detergent! It was a wonderful great start to our journey and the hosts were very responsive. One of the best baked goods we had was walking distance from apartment, imagine warm pastries in the cold weather as a sun rises... perfect with the coffee provided by the hosts!

Honestly, it was that there was only one toilet so we took turns to share. But we made do and it's definitely not a biggie for us, because all other apartments we stayed in were also furnished with one toilet anyway. :)

Very spacious and comfortable. Facilities were great. There was lots of closet space, towels, and all kitchen equipment were complete.

Clean, spacious, convenient

Noise from people above (they were not noisey) but you can hear them walking around and talking through the ceiling. Not a major drama just a little annoying

It was the best accommodation I had during my whole trip, super clean, comfortable, well located and the personal was the whole time checking on us per message, if we needed anything. The city was the perfect location to explore Jungfrau and Berner Oberland regions. I would definitely stay there again.

We were a group of ten, some where solos and some were couples, we all have a room to stay in and beds were really comfy

It’s not that I don’t like it but we were 10 people, a group of 5 on each apartment but only 1 bathroom.

Excellent location close to all main areas to visit (interlaken, lauterbrunnen, thun etc) as well as being a spacious apartment with all amenities and facilities. Straight forward self check in process and has the convenience of having free parking.

I really liked the location and the spacious layout of the place. It had many rooms, a very comfortable bed and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen that made the stay feel just like home. And everything think close, transportation, restaurants, coffee, and supermarkets. Also only 8 min by car to city centre of Interlaken

the place has just one washroom, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of rooms

I loved the location… so beautiful and very very close to the bus station. Just go out towards the main road and there it is. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer . Also the bus number 105 could take us to Interlaken West Station , which we realised the next day, so no need of changing at the train station to go to Interlaken West.

As we reached at night, it was a bit difficult to locate it. It’s better to get a google location ( and it actually helped us ) . Also, the supermarkets are a bit away, better to use the bus as it rains a lot there. Do carry an umbrella or a raincoat.

Nice, quiet location conveniently placed in Wilderswil, with easy access to all the highlights the area has to offer. The apartment is clean with all the necessary appliances. Restaurants are available in the proximity and the train station allows easy access to the region.

There is no heating system in the bathroom, neither floor or radiator heating. This might be of little interest in warmer periods of the year, but it was a bit unpleasant in mid April when the evenings are still quite cold.

The location was great, and the cleaning staff who came round were friendly and helpful.

The picture above does not show the apartment as it was when we stayed The curtains barely covered the windows, there was one three seater sofa for an apartment advertised for 5.

As a family with three kids,we love almost everything in this apartment. Very well organize and kitchen was prefect. Supermarket Migros is not far from the apartment

No fan or aircond. Room tend getting hot during sleeping. The washing machine n dryer can be used up to 10pm cause of the loud noise

Coffee machine was some sort of Nespresso knock off. Cups were hard to find and a lot of times the machine failed to make coffee (especially with decaf cups). It would be better to just use Nespresso machines.

The location was excellent. You could have access to lots of touristic places in the area. Also, a facility for warming up food, cooking, or even baking was provided. Also, communication and information were given perfectly before arrival so we had no issue.

I have 2 issues to add. First of all, you could hear people walking upstairs really easily, and this could be annoying, especially in the morning. The second thing that might have just for me was that the drying machine was working weirdly. Although I put it to a low temperature because I had wool-based clothes, the temperature went up and completely ruined my clothes, and I had to throw them away.

It was home away from home for us,very modern and homely, located very close to interlaken, good parking 👍

The apartment has 4 bedroom and it’s fit for our family. It was spotless, warm, easy to reach to main destination by bus, just a minute walk to bus station. The owner gave us guest card to free access to the bus. The living room are spacious, and the kitchen had everything we need. Very recommended for group travelers. Supermarket, train station is not far.

the apartment was good and spacious.Nice area. It had all the necessary things, we didn't carry anything. we had a train to lucern in the evening, so they stored our luggage after our checkout. Overall nice experience.

The apartment had no views and it was very dark around when we reached. We could hear people walking in the apartment above.

Very nice spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very scenic village close to Grindelwald, Wengen and Interlaken. Great transport links and a good choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Super helpful owner and very easy communication, 5* for that.

Everything was good but Internet was not working.

Great place to stay. It was perfect fit for our vacation stay. Very quiet place and close to the bust stop. 2 stops from the Wilderswil HB station.

The apartment is nice and spacious….. from zurich, stop at interlaken west station, then take bus 105 about 15 minutes will reach the house which is 2 minute walk…. A lot of facilities like washing machine and cooking utensils. Home- feeling. Carpark available.

Close to Interlaken while being in the countryside. Guest cards provided for the whole group (free buses). Washer/dryer. Spacious rooms. The view. Easy check-in. Fans provided.

The WiFi was extremely slow and spotty. The schedule for using the washing machine (cannot be used after 10 PM). Would have been nice to have the restroom separated from the bathroom given the size of the group (but the description was accurate).

Location

There are two apartments on the ground and first floors. If you received the first floor I guess it is better. We stayed in the ground-floor one and we suffered from noise coming from first floor. It is very expensive compared to what you receive in return. Moreover The shower is too bad.

Tucked into a lovely neighborhood. Good proximity to the trains and mountains.

Everything required for a vacation is provided. It is a very pleasant location for a holiday.
