Harde bedden, verder weinig op aan te merken. Was een goed verblijf.

Der Empfang war unfreundlich. Die Storen/Jalousien waren dreckig. Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den auf den angezeigten Fotos dargestellten Bildern. Auf Nachfrage wurde behauptet, dass es sich genau um das abgebildete Zimmer handle.

Die Wohnung unter uns wurde da gerade saniert und es gab ein bisschen lärm. Das ist allerdings sicher nur vorübergehend und war auch für uns nur bedingt störend

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage und Anfahrt war unkompliziert, Die Wohnung war Sauber, gut gelüftet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. auch unsere Söhne 3 Jährig und 11 Monate fanden es toll. Ansonsten alles sehr gut, Neue Hand und Geschirrtücher was ich sehr schätzte. Freundlicher empfang und immer erreichbar wenn man sich Telefonisch meldete.
Das Licht im Kühlschrank und im Kinderzimmer war defekt. Ein Stapel Teller wurde nass im Schrank verräumt. und wenn neue Trocknungsgeschirrtücher in die Wohnung gelegt sollten die zuerst gewaschen werden, sie Trocknen besser. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten.

pas de balcon comme initialement réservé, car ma réservation a été modifiée pour un autre appartement au centre du village. Les photos de mon appart original montrait un beau balcon! la partie nuit n'est pas isolée du reste de la pièce - pas de porte Impossible d'avoir une obscurité totale pour dormir, car un seul des 2 Velux a une toile pour protéger du soleil! La lumière du jour passe facilement! Il manque un séchoir à linge pour étendre les serviettes mouillées ou maillots de bains surtout que Loèche est connu pour ses bains thermaux. Il m'a fallu demander des torchons et éponge pour nettoyer car cela manquait comme le sèche cheveux! Ces services sont facturés en plus !

Manca un po di manutenzione, per esempio il soffione della doccia non era funzionale… quando aprivi l’acqua scattava in alto e bagnava tutto il bagno. Mancava giusto qualcosa in cucina a livello di attrezzature.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Quite spacious apartments with excellent, modern design. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, and more. The view of the mountains from the balcony is simply wonderful. There is also a lovely, affectionate, and very sweet cat living at the hotel. 🐈 There are plenty of nice places to walk and explore in the surrounding area. One thing to keep in mind: carefully check the total price and payment details when booking, as we had to pay an additional amount upon arrival.

De douche, deze kwam vaak over de badrand waardoor het een waterballet was in de badkamer. Je kon er ook weinig aan tegen houden. Ook mistten wij wat keukengerei en eventueel zout/peper of andere kook benodigdheden. Snijplanken zijn ook echt aan vervanging toe en meer variatie aan pannen is aan te raden. Let op! Parkeren kost 10CHF per dag, dit zagen wij pas na het boeken. Handdoeken en bedlinnen kosten ook 40CHF.

A few small things that could have been avoided. The check-in was a bit bumpy: the key was supposed to be in the door when we arrived but wasn’t, so we had to call the concierge to get in (he did react quickly though). No garbage bag provided, and when called the concierge again, promised and never delivered. Leukerbad cards promised and also never delivered. Otherwise we had a great stay and the main points for us were in place (quiet, comfortable mattress).

Le fait que la réception soit sur rdv si j'ai bien compris. En effet quand nous sommes arrivées à 16h30 il y avait personne au bureau. J'ai trouvé ma réservation scotchée sur la porte du bureau. J'ai finalement pris les clés sur le bureau. J'ai appelé pour savoir comment avoir la carte guest, puis il m'a fait revenir au bureau. Pour le check out pareil, il n'y avait personne j'ai du appelé.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das separate Schlafzimmer sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der große Balkon mit einem traumhaften Ausblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

La robinetterie en général n’est pas top Matelas pas top mais nous avons quand même passé de bonnes nuit.
