Reviewed Aug 28, 2026It was spacious. Dirty towels, no toilet paper.
Owner is very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and racist. He made a whole situation and scene just because we couldn’t reach on the property during checkin time. We were late due to genuine reasons but he was not ready to listen and telling us how to travel and rules. He was acting so bad as if he never late anywhere in life. Also his behavior was so bad, we said sorry but he was more disrespectful. I never ever wanted to go in this property. I made few comments which was very raciest. When we check in it was at night and of-course there will be little noice, but he made a whole scene about next day. I have travel 32 countries and i never seen this kind bad host ever.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It’s a great, very clean and comfortable place in a fantastic location — close to the supermarket, the Therme and the centre of the village. It’s also only about a 5-minute walk down the beautiful streets to the River Dala, where the views are absolutely stunning. The scenery is truly unforgettable and can leave you speechless! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the balcony with its incredible view was definitely one of the highlights, especially for the kids. They absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying the scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! ❤️

Le coussin et le duvet était d’une très bonne qualité. Car je n’arrive pas à trouver un coussin qui me correspond pour dormir, et là c’est la première fois que j’ai trouvé dans un hôtel.

Reviewed May 26, 2026It was very clean It was very close by walking distance to the ski lift and the village center
1. The behavior of the host: We had not seen in advance that that the check-in hour is only until 8 and we would arrive later. We called the host to inform him and ask him if we could arrange the check-in in another way (later check-in or lockbox or to tell some of our friends to collect the keys that had already arrived but staying in another hotel). He was furious, really rude on the phone starting insulting us saying that he hates people like us who do not check and then arrive late and then they will do parties or bring their friends in the apartment. We had a long discussion with us admitting our fault for not informing but insisting our friends to take the key and him being really unwilling to help us. Finally he agreed but the manners were unacceptable! 2. Misleading apartment photos: the photos of the apartment gave the impression that the beds and the kitchen were located in a different space but the beds were foldable, so once they were down, you had to make a small jump to go to the kitchen cupboards. At the end, it was much smaller than we thought. So my advice BE VARY CAREFUL with the pictures and even ask for more.
