The portable AC was noisy, but it could be turned off automatically after cooling the unit. The coffee maker had just broken.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, der Parkplatz ist sehr nützlich. In die Stadt kommt man zu Fuß, wir haben zeitweise auch den Bus genommen, es gibt verschiedene Haltestellen direkt um die Ecke. Wir sind rundum zufrieden!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2024Connie was so nice and helpful, and the apartment has everything you need. the car parking was a plus for us, and the supermarket was a walking distance. You need a car to explore Lugano.
When we checked in, there was a smell of sewage, but it was gone the next day. Also, we couldn't control the heater, and it got a bit hot so we had to open the window.

Nothing major, we felt really comfortable. Aesthetically would just recommend to get rid of the grey old towels in the bathroom, the property has more than enough new white towels for 2 people.
