La calidad de las instalaciones, no faltaba de nada, todo casi perfecto, y la limpieza

La cama necesita renovarse (somier y colchón). La zona alejada del centro, aunque hay buena comunicación con bus.

Gute Lage, großes Appartement mit großer Küche

Leider gab es keinen Parkplatz ( stand aber auch so in der Beschreibung). Es ist sehr teuer in Lugano einen Parkplatz für mehrere Tage zu buchen. Da es noch sehr heiß war, wäre eine Klimaanlage nützlich gewesen.

Pour l' appartement 4, dommage de ne pas avoir d 'emplacement pour la voiture.

Un bell'appartamento di 90 mq, in un palazzo moderno. Un bagno grande, cucina moderna, forno normale e microonde, due terrazze, addirittura il ripostiglio. In cucina c'era tutto: pentole, padelle, frullatore, sbattitore, macchia per il caffè, bollitore, scolapasta, grattugia, lavastoviglie e altre cose che non ho trovato in altri soggiorni. Tanti cuscini di varia morbidezza. A 15 minuti dal parco Ciani, altrettanti dal centro. La zona era molto tranquilla e c'è la coop proprio accanto al palazzo.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Negli angoli dei soffitti c'era qualche ragnatela penzolante, altre con ragnetto. In bagno qualche mensola in più e qualche gancetto per appendere accappatoi o altro non guasterebbero. Il microonde c'era ma mancava la presa dietro, quindi per usarlo ho dovuto spostarlo.

Nos gustó lo amplio y las terrazas q tenia. La ubicación. El personal, no vimos a nadie, a si q no podemos opinar.Hasta un rato de entrar al apartamento no teníamos la clave. Llamamos desde dos días antes x tlf y no cogían el tlf. Pasamos muchos nervios xq no sabíamos si al final podríamos entrar. Al final como mi yerno vive x allí y es italiano cuando estábamos en la puerta con las maletas, volvimos a llamar, lo cogieron y x fin nos dieron la clave. El idioma nosotros no lo sabemos y deberían informar en nuestro caso en español. Gracias

Q no tuviera aire acondicionado. Solo un simple ventilador. El calor era insoportable. Me pareció fatal q solo tuvieran dos toallas de lavabo y dos de ducha para dos personas para 10 días. Nunca nos había pasado una cosa así.

Der er en stor byggeplads ved siden af, de larmer meget! Fra kl. 07 til 17. Sove længe eller få en middagslur kan du glemme! Og fra ca kl.17 starter skrigende børn fra legepladsen ved siden af, og fra solen går ned, kommer de unge og fester. Prisen for leje er i den høje ende når der er en byggeplads ved siden af! Morgenkaffen kan du i hedebølgen ikke indtage på balkonen da der ingen markise er, men der er også så meget larm, at det ingen nydelse er. Der mangler nogen gode stole til afslapning. Billederne af lejligheden er taknemmelige og svarer ikke til standarden. Ingen aircondition i den hedebølge vi var der i, men det stod der så godt nok også der ikke var.

Modern apartment, close to supermarket, nearby Mt Bri funicular, nice balcony, good kitchen facilities provided including jam which was helpful.

No air conditioning although 2 fans were provided but as there was a heatwave the apartment was hard to cool down (sometimes it was cooler outside). The beds were quite hard. The location would be good if you had a car. You could walk into town but it was a long way from the train station which was on a hill particularly with bags.There was construction noise across the road which you could hear all day. Double glazed windows helped but did not block out the noise.

Es gibt neuerdings keinen Parkplatz dazu und in der Umgebung ist es schwierig, etwas zu finden, bzw. das meiste ist blaue Zone, sodass wir gezwungen waren, das Auto dauern umzusetzen. Ohne Parkplatz werden wir leider nicht mehr buchen

Lo amplio que es y que te hace sentir cómodo desde el primer momento. Está cerca del centro de Lugano. Y de un coop que lo tienes enfrente y eso va de maravilla.

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Letti comodi e quartiere silenzioso permettono un riposo ottimo. Ottima anche la presenza di una terrazza ariosa. Non manca niente, asciugamani puliti, cucina fornita di caffè, set pulizia per lavarsi. Perfetto

Wohnung schön und gross, Supermärkte alle nah. An See 10min. Ruhiges Quartier.

Umständlich mit ÖV an den Bhf zu kommen. Ins Statttzentrum 20 min. Zu Fuss oder ÖV 10 min. Zum herein kommen mit Schlüssel versuchten wir lange, schwierig. Hatten Schwierigkeiten Herd einzuschalten. Nach 2 Telefonaten funktionierte es dann. Für das, Videoanleitung wäre hilfreich. Ein zusätzlichen Duschtuch hätte extra 40.00 gekostet. Völlig übertrieben. Zuwenig Putzlappen und Küchentücher.

Nähe zu See, Schiff und Busverbindung, Coop und Migros Zwei Balkone - gut für 4 Pers - zwei Doppelzimmer ! Super Gelateria in der Nähe Wahren über Pfingsten dort - daneben ist im Moment eine Baustelle - könnte unter der Woche laut werden

Betten sind etwas hart - ohne Topper! Bad/WC - zu kleine Dusche und nur ein Waschbecken - Obwohl das Bad nicht klein ist !

Very spacious

I liked everything

The apartment is in a quiet area with a supermarket & pharmacy round the corner. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (even a wine fridge!) and everything was very clean. Its 15 minutes walk from Parco Ciani.

The bed mattress needs to be replaced, as it was very uncomfortable; some areas were too soft and sagged noticeably. The sofa bed mattress had the opposite issue; it was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on wood.

There are so many good things I could say about this apartment but there is not enough room to write everything. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 9 day stay. Access was very easy as long as you follow instructions.

The negatives are not really a problem but I will put them as small improvements that could be made. We had only one bin bag for nine days and you have to use the ones from the supermarket. We had to buy toilet rolls as well. Maybe the cleaners don’t knows how long the next person is staying for.

Pas de petit déjeuner, mais une COOP située à quelques minutes du logement.

Le frigo faisait énormément de bruit, heureusement que personne ne dormait sur le canapé lit du salon.

Location is good. The shower room very spacious. Furniture is comfortable and suitable. Lots of storage space and there are two balconies which were good. Hosts left us a starter kit of tea bags and biscuits.

Couldn’t get air conditioning to work. Neither did the hob work with pans which were left. Couldn’t see a safe cooking bowl for use in the microwave. Could be we just didn’t find any. Left hand side of the bed squeaks.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und die Bushaltestelle sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe. Die beiden Balkone sind schön um die Sommerabende zu geniessen.

Es war sehr heiss in der Wohnung und da es keine Klimaanlage hat, waren die Nächte trotz Ventilator nicht sehr erholsam. Der Baustellenlärm am frühen Morgen war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm.

Colazione non era compresa, ma la prima mattina con quel che abbiamo trovato abbiamo potuto arrangiarci bene. Molto contenti della pulizia. Essendo recente anche un tono fresco e pratico all'arredamento dell'appartamento.

Non ho niente per cui lamentarmi.

Generally well appointed, good sized bathroom

Air conditioner not working, bedside light in bedroom didn't work, no batteries in Remote control in Bedroom, flat batteries in one of the Remotes in living room. No reply when trying to contact managers. Hot weather and no air-conditioning meant sleeping was very difficult, hence hard to give a positive review.

Very convenient place. Location is good, not far from the center, close from the lake, allows to reach any place of interest by feet. Interior is new and very comfortable. Large terrace.

Everything was super clean, really close to the center, kitchen had lots of amenities. Beds were also super confortable. We will book again in future. Also easy to self checkin

Roggia 7 is a large, clean, and modern apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood with a partial view of Monte Bre and plenty of towels.

Zero practicality: 1. Nothing to hold soap etc. in the shower, 2. Inadequately equipped kitchen (missing basical stuff e.g. oven mitten, cutting board) 3. Awkwardly located power outlets (e.g. try plugging in microwave, kettle, and coffee maker at the same time) 4. No full length mirror or clock

Beautiful view of the two mountains and the sweet little park east of the apartments. The porches were very pleasant and quite beautiful. The custodian was helpful though he didn’t speak English and we don’t speak German, and we only saw him twice.

We had to keep two fans blasting constantly to remain cool enough to sleep. There were no instructions or info about buses or tips on local attractions, and we were at least a couple km from everything. We dug thru a box of books, pamphlets, and appliance manuals to find local sights and activities. A guide to area restaurants would have been nice, as some emergency services, as both of us needed medical attention yesterday. The coffeemaker may have been functional, but we couldn’t get it to work and there were no instructions. We ran out of toilet paper. The running blue lights on the hallway baseboards were too bright to allow us to sleep, so we had to close the bedroom door. I’m glad we noticed the Coop store on a walk, because we needed groceries. Air bnb owners do a much better job of welcoming guests and providing information. Walls were scuffed and dirty.

Bright and clean apartment with an amazing view!

There is a construction site on the other site of the road and it can get quite noisy sometimes during the day. Although, of course this has nothing to do with the apartment quality.

Very good location, quit but central, nice view from terasa, Cooop and Migrolino just 5 minutes.

It needs to be painted, the walls are dirty. In the bathroom there are not supports for towels, for showergel and shampoo.

Location, calm house, new, beautiful, restful.

There are no full mirrors in the appartment, which makes getting dressed a bit hard. That's why I give this appartement a 9.

The staff was very accommodating and helped us change our reservation to include a parking spot.

Even though it was advertised on booking.com to have a private parking spot, it was not the case for the apartment assigned to us. Finally the team helped us and assigned a new appartament.
