Ich habe schon mehrmals eine Wohnung in diesem Haus gebucht und dachte ich hätte die grössere gebucht mit dem Balkon. Als ich dann kam, war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht. Da die Wohnungen nicht klare Namen haben und die Bilder dieselben sind, weiss man nicht welche man bucht. Auch diese Wohnung war schön, einfach kleiner und fast keine Aussicht.

Top gepflegt, leckere Aufmerksamkeiten, sehr zentral, sehr sauber, tolles Bett, sehr geräumig….

Leider gab es keine Abluft oder Ventilator im Bad. Das war ungünstig beim Toilettengang oder beim duschen.

Die Lage war einzigartig direkt neben der Piazza Grande

The appartement is beautifully set in the heart of Locarno's Old Town, and fully equipped. A perfect retreat after exploring city and hills. Walking distance to a large number of possible destinations (Station, Funicolare, Pool, Shopping, Bus stop...). The balcony with view to the Old town roofs is a perfect place fir starting the day.

We had a quite hot week with temperayures abive 30 °C, and despite the AC unit in the living room the ambient temperature in the bedroom still was quite high.

Alles hat gepasst, von der liebevollen Einrichtung bis zu den netten Aufmerksamkeiten. Einfach nir perfekt!

Zentral gelegene Wohnung in der Piazza Grande, sehr gut ausgestattet und romantisch eingerichtet. Die Trattoria unten ist auch ein Traum! gerne wieder! Parkplätze für das Velo in der Garage.

The apartment was smartly furnished and relaxing. It was well located short walk from train station, and just off Grand Place in the old town where restaurants and shopping are. Co-op nearby. The consumables provided on arrival were a nice touch, delicious, and welcomed. We thoroughly recommend it.

The alcove window in the bedroom needs a curtain as it is directly opposite a bright street lamp, sending light across the bedroom. The bedroom needs brighter lamps overall. The shower over the high sided bath was a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues. A rubber mat fir the bath would help. Thank you.

Super schöne und stilvolle Unterkunft, liebevolle Begrüssungssüssigkeiten und Merlot. Zentrale Lage, ruhig.

Einzig ein Balkon wäre noch schön gewesen.

Das Studio war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es standen Orangensaft, Weisswein und Wasser im Kühlschrank, sowie Süssigkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zentral. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, und in der Trattoria unten im Haus hatten wir wunderbar gegessen.

Alles war perfekt, es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal hier und werden gerne wieder kommen. Diesmal hatten wir die obere Wohnung mit dem Balkon und der schönen Aussicht

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Liebevoll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem kleinen Balkon. Es war sehr sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gern wieder.

Absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Großzügiger Gastgeber, der uns zur Begrüßung mit exquisiter Patisserie, Schokolade und Getränken verwöhnt hat, Wohnung sehr zentral in der schönen Altstadt gelegen, Balkon mit Sonne ab Mittag, viel Platz, tolle Pflegeprodukte, tägliche Reinigung, Parkplatz im Haus zubuchbar, unten im Haus eine sehr gute Trattoria.

Très bel appartement au dernier étage, décoration recherchée et propreté impeccable. Nos avons apprécié l’accueil et les cadeaux de bienvenue bouteille de vin, tartelettes succulentes et autres douceurs! L’emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la Piazza Grande, au calme. Parking sur place très appréciable. Et le restaurant des propriétaires est excellent…on aurait pas pu trouver mieux!

Appartement traversant situé au 1er étage, à deux pas de la Piazza Grande, avec vue d'un côté sur une petite ruelle calme, de l'autre sur une cour intérieure avec la Trattoria des propriétaires en dessous. Accueil sympa, beaucoup de petits cadeaux pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Logement spacieux pour deux, bien rénové, pas de bruit; jolie déco, très propre, la femme de ménage passe tous les jours. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cosy appartement with all necessary facilities. Really comfortable beds and a welcoming living room. We received a lot of gifts (chocolate, wine, sweets) upon our arrival, which was really appreciated! Daily cleaning service included and also a bottle of sparkling and still water provided every day. Great location in the center of Locarno, easily accessible. Parking space available on reservation. Recommended 10/10!

Key collection could be easier

Wir waren zum dritten und wohl nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Wir waren immer rundum zufrieden.

Sehr schöne, angenehme und saubere Wohnung! Owohl sie mitte in der Stadt ist war (mit geschlossene Fenster) Ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut schlafen können. Ich werde sehr gerne dorthin gehen.

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Locarno. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierher.

L'host da subito si è presentata gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è fantastico. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e con nostra sorpresa all'arrivo abbiamo trovato due dolci spaziali e una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Uno di quei benvenuti che non ti aspetti e ti lasciano a bocca aperta. Grazie anche per l'elasticità e la flessibilità sugli orari in merito a check in e check out. In generale grazie tanto per tutto. Speriamo di rivedervi presto.

The flat was lovely: very well-equipped and full of thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and snacks. It’s located right in the heart of Locarno, yet very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. I really appreciated how central everything was; cafés, restaurants, shops and the lake were all just a short stroll away.

The accommodation was as described and very pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the number of guests, which I tried to address directly and respectfully. Sadly, a mutual resolution could not be reached. I hope future guests experience smoother communication.

The apartment is just incredibly comfortable, new furnished with a lot of taste and attention to detail. It is right by the main square in Locarno, literally best location ever. The kitchen has all you need and the owner welcomed us with some fresh drinks, a bottle of wine, pastries and some other sweet treats. Just insanely amazing 😍 beach towels are also available for free upon request and there’s daily housekeeping (very friendly lady)

Personally I need total darkness to sleep and this just can’t happen in this apartment. There’s only one key per apartment regardless of number of guests and ringing the doorbell is quite confusing since there are two apartments.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage im Herzen von Locarno. Alles war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr frendlich und die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cosy and comfortable, everything there what you need. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Location is amazing, quiet and extremely central. The room was perfectly clean and it has everything you can ask for, from coffee machine to toiletries and netflix. Really cozy, warm and spacious. They had some treats for us like pastries, wine and snacks which makes a big difference to the whole experience. I highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

The location, the quality of the renovation, the (small) balcony, the regular cleaning and tidying service, the pinza/pizza takeaway service on the ground floor. Also, the business lunches provided on weekdays at reasonable prices in some local restaurants, including a Michelin-recommended place only one street away.

The clothes storage facilities are poor, particularly for a 10 day stay. There is no wardrobe (just an open rail for hanging clothes) nor is there a chest of drawers, despite what the online details say, so we ended up living out of our suitcases. Too much attention has been given to decoration (silk flowers) and not enough to usage (a chest of drawers and a small desk would help). The apartment is on the top floor of a three storey building and I imagine that without an attic above or air-conditioning in the room the bedroom gets pretty hot in summer -- though it was fine in September, when we visited. Even then, the duvets were too hot for comfort. The velux roof window in the bedroom needs attention. It did not close or open properly.

The place was very well decorated with lots of nice attentions when we arrived. The location is perfect just by the main Piazza and next to nice restaurants. The host was super responsive and the flat very clean. We will come back no doubt!

La Corte dell’Ulivo is a cozy apartment in the heart of the old town, close to supermarkets and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by the host with chocolate cakes on the first day. The kitchen is perfect, the apartment is clean and smells great. Super comfy and lovely place to stay!

We loved the apartment. Tastefully furnished, sparkling clean and a lot of attention to detail. The convenient location with a good size supermarket and excellent restaurants close by was a nice bonus. The expensive wine and delicious eats made us feel at home straight away and were very much appreciated. The convenience of having safe, covered parking for our car in the building made us pay the extra charge with a smile. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment

There was nothing we didn’t like Just 2 recommendations: The chef’s knives are a bit blunt, please sharpen. Extra cutlery and crockery (i.e not just for 2 people) would be very convenient.

Parking is a bit expensive! But to be fair it expensive everywhere in Locarno. Take the train!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with a small balcony in the heart of the old town, but still quiet. Lovely furnishings, a very comfortable bed and nice extra touches on arrival (snacks and sweets and a bottle of wine). We had a little difficulty finding the apartment - head for the restaurant by the same name and you'll be right there!

Disappointing not to have had a Ticino Card as we were there for 3 days and used a lot of the tourist attractions.

Unfortunately the flat is near a street and as I am sensitive to car noises I had to look for an other flat and of course, got no money back

We liked the spacious apartment, lots of storage space with excellent furnishings and facilities.
