Leider haben wir übersehen, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung Teppich hat - wegen unserer Hausstauballergie können wir daher leider wahrscheinlich die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Wohnung ist mit viel Holz eingerichtet, schon im Treppenhaus duftet es nach Arvenholz. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, die zwei Schlafzimmer sind praktisch und haben je ein eigenes Bad. Es hat genügend Platz in den Schränken, es hat Haken für die Jacken, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat sogar eine Auswahl an Büchern zum Lesen.
Die Küche bietet etwas wenig Platz, insbesondere wenn man zu zweit kochen möchte. Gleichzeitig Abwaschmaschine ausräumen und etwas zu essen vorbereiten ist fast nicht möglich. Aber für den kleinen Raum ist sie gut eingerichtet. Ausser den etwas mickrigen Plastik-Schüsseli für Frühstück oder Dessert...

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Piccolo, ma ottimo appartamento. Non ha il parcheggio privato, ma lo si trova facilmente in zona. Extra non previsto una piccola lavatrice personale (oltre a quella condominiale) in casa, molto utile per lavare dopo i giri in montagna.
E' stato correttamente inserito un letto (e non un divano-letto), scelta che mi vede concorde. Tuttavia rivedrei la posizione per permettere di alzarsi senza dover scavalcare l'altra persona.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025Chesa Grischuna is located in a small, quiet village. Cars must be parked in designated parkings (100-150m from the apartment) - that is no problem when you're on vacation and it makes the place even quieter. The apartment is very stylish, comfortable, finished in wood. In the nearby location there’s a church tower and every hour the bells strike the hour. They’re not very loud but if someone is very sensitive, it’s better to close the windows. The host is very communicative and we’ve received video instructions how to find the key and how to get to the apartment 😊Also all our questions were answered very swiftly.
The key locker is located inside a mailbox. Because the rolls of the locker are shiny it is not easy to see the digits and set the proper code - especially late in the evening when using a phone as a flashlight ;-)

Reviewed Sep 5, 2024Love the interior swiss feel and coziness of the Madulain apartment, and proximity to the train station. La Punt is also in walking distance and also a lovely area.
The grocery store is a bit far. Church bell nearby can be challenging for a light sleeper.

The description of the apartment is clearly wrong - this is a studio flat, NOT a one-bedroom flat. The property description says there is a separate bedroom, but this is totally untrue.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2023The location in the quiet village of Madulain was wonderful. Access to other villages and towns was easy via public transportation. The property as spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer that we’re made available to us. Communications with our host were prompt and very specific making for a relaxing stay.
