Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl und sehr hübscher Atmosphere. Völlig unkompliziert konnten unsere Kinder und Enkel auch dazu kommen obwohl sie in der Nähe in einer Ferienwohnung untergebracht waren.
Dass vom Personal kaum jemand schweizerdeutsch versteht hat mich überrascht. Unabhängig von der Sprachkompetenz waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Im Verhältnis zu den anderen 4 Sternehotels. - Die Kissen! - Die Matratzen. - Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Stern Hotel am unteren Ende. - Bedinung konnte nur italienisch (wir sind immer noch in der Schweiz). - Internet sehr unbefriedigend - minibar hatte leider nur 2 Flaschen Wasser! Das ist alles auf hohem Niveau jammern, aber da wir in vielen Hotels übernachten, können wir, so glauben wir, dies gut einschätzen.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde durch das Personal jeden Morgen sauber gemacht. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.
Fernseher im Zimmer (Satellitenempfang) war sehr schlecht. Nach 30 Minuten schaltete der Fernseher immer wieder aus und es musste neu gestartet werden.

Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugeteilt direkt gegenüber einer großen Baustelle, zum Hotel gehörend, an der den ganzen Tag laut gearbeitet wurde. In der Nacht lief jede Stunde ein Kompressor an, der über 5 min ein lautes Pumpgeräusch erzeugte. Obwohl das Hotel nur sehr wenig Gäste hatte, wurde uns genau dieses Zimmer zugewiesen. Ich finde das nicht sehr gastfreundlich.

Das Doppelzimmer war etwas klein für zwei Motorradfahrer und der Hotellift war ausser Betrieb. Dies waren jedoch zwei kleine, ohne Probleme hinzunehmende Negativpunkte.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Wir haben spontan gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen - wir wurden herzlich empfangen, durften im hauseigenen Haubenlokal speisen und ein heimeliges Zimmer mit allem Komfort beziehen. Das Abendessen war aussergewöhnlich - traumhaft! Aber auch beim Frühstück wurden wir verwöhnt und hatten alles was das Herz begeht. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich willkommen.
Dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben.... ;-)

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Super Frühstück, noch wenig Gäste, das Holz wie Möbel machen es angenehm-man fühlt sich wohl und es riecht auch herrlich, Kaffee Badilatti sehr gut, Personal hilft wo Hilfe nötig ist. Auch das ÖV- und Bahnticket konnte dank der super Verbindung viel benutzt werden (wir als nicht ÖV-ler)
Dusche in Zimmer konnte nicht reguliert werden - es war zu heiss.

Zu wenig in der Minibar vielleicht.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Bitten war mir etwas zu hart, aber das empfinden vermutlich nicht alle als negativ auch Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Man kann sich sogar verschiedene Eiergerichte etc. ab Küche bestellen.
Das Bistro Rest. hat mir nicht gefallen. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Personal konnte kein Deutsch und Englisch war auch schwierig. Habe ein Rindfleisch bestellt mit Garstufe saignant und habe dann bleu erhalten. Der reichhaltige Nüssli Salat (Fr 28.—!) war ein langweiliger grüner Blattsalat.

After went and eat in the bistro which was amazing, Bed was great and also blinds to block the morning sun! Views of the mounting from the room (105)

Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

Reviewed Oct 4, 2024I love everything here - attention to details, atmosphere, people. I truly recommend visiting a restaurant for lunch / dinner. The best experience !!! Also, you will be welcomed by the dog named Max, he is amazing! (The hotel is dog friendly, you only need to pay a fee which is absolutely acceptable). Thank you for snacks for my dog :) Breakfast was amazing and really tasty. There is a big free parking as well.
