Lake House

Excellent location.

The information about parking was little confusing but after a call everything was good.

The location of the property is AMAZING. We all agreed (kids & adults) it was our ‘best holiday ever’. It was lovely to have air con too with the heat waves this summer. Laundry facilities great.

Shame there aren’t two kitchens (one in each apartment).

Location and the view was great. It’s right by the lake. Having dinner overlooking Lake Brienz was very pleasant. The place was quiet cozy and the kitchen was well equipped complete with coffee machine and rice cooker 👍🏼 Parking was free, easy access and right in front of the property. Would not mind to stay here again.

The property was marketed as airconditoned, however note only the living /dining hall was airconditioned. We came during a heatwave so during the day it was slightly warm, at night it was better. The smart tv wasn’t connecting to the WiFi for some reason but it wasn’t really important to us so we didn’t bother. There’s no elevator. It’s manageable though if you don’t have mobility issues.

One of the best places to stay at. The view is the main selling point of this place and it was just wow! Right in front Lake Brienz. The place was also spacious and had great amenities. The rooms were comfy.

Location, access to public transports, very friendly neighborhood, property was well maintained, very clean, all basics like Toiletry, Kitchen groceries like Oil, salt and everything was there which made our life much easier.

Microwave was not there, washing machine was downstairs since we travelled with older people it was difficult for them to go down and come up, AC in both bedrooms would have been a plus as the temperature was very warm

The location is excellent! It’s very quiet, great views and it’s near the bus. You don’t need a car. The lake is right outside the door. It’s a great base for exploring the area around Interlaken but there is also lots to do near the house as well if you don’t want to do a big trip every day - there are lots of trails and water activities right at the house. The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment and bathroom equipment. The living area is very comfortable and spacious and the WIFI and TV are great. The house is very clean and warm.

The balcony! It floods. There there is no drainage. Every time it rains (almost every day in this area) the water just stays on the ground. It was never dry in 8 days while were there the pools of water were too deep we couldn’t use it. There its almost no storage in the bedrooms. The wardrobe door does not open properly in the main bedroom the air cannot circulate and this has made a musty smell in the wardrobe we didn’t really use it. There is nowhere to hang clothes in the second bedroom. The freezer is too small. The oven door will not stay open it needs to be repaired as it can close when it’s hot and you are taking food out it’s a hazard. One oven tray or shelf is missing.

Location is breathtaking. It's a bit away from Interlaken Town, but it can be reached via local bus. Property was very clean , well maintained, and a good kitchen facility with necessary kitchenware. We stayed in total for six days and enjoyed every bit. All rooms have breathtaking views of mountains. The front side has a splendid view of turquoise lake with snow-capped mountains ( Feb month) This property and location set a bar so high that many other beautiful places of swiss did not entice us much. This was a self check-in property. Once into your apartment, there was an instruction book which was very helpful with aspects of apartment and locality. Has a car parking facility as well. There is a grocery store in walkable distances and also some options of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing views, great response time, excellent communication, very clean and very familiar friendly!

Sadly, we had very inconsiderate downstairs renters. They were extremely loud. Slammed doors, yelled, and banged everything possible.

The location was right on the lake, the 360 views were stunning.. very quiet with easy public transport into Interlaken. After hotel hopping through Europe for two weeks in was great to have a home for 4 days.

The location is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The bus to Interlaken practically comes right to the house, or it is a good walk to get there. We were very comfortable and felt like we had everything we needed.

Excellent view over the lake of Brienz,very good location near to Interlaken OST.Volg supermarket is just 8 minutes walk from the apartment.The owner has supplied a lot of shampoos ,gel shower ,air freshener,liquid soap wash machine detergent , Comfort , and toilet papers.Juliet used to respond quickly to any questions.

No microwave in the apartment.We asked for extra blankets,in spite of switching on the heat radiators as Interlaken was really very cold.

The location is just brilliant its right opposite to the Lake and its very beautiful, the host is really organised and has kept the house super tidy and organised, all the answers were given to us in the instructions card at the entrance.

If there could be 2 bathrooms it would be perfect

Everything!!! We paid over 550$ per night and supposed to stay for 4 nights but left on 3rd night. It’s horrible place to stay with cockroaches inside the apartment. I attached the pictures and it has mold on shower curtain. We are family of 4 traveling with little kids. I explained that to property manager and sent her pictures of cockroaches and she told me that she sent the man and he didn’t find any evidence of roaches and we on purpose left those dead ones in the bathroom. Apartment has white leather sofa and you could see cockroaches walking on them. Disgusting and owner and property manager Juliet Fowler and owner are scumlords! They also refuse to refund us money for the night we didn’t stay there. Apartment has bad smell and it’s not been taken care of that’s why there is cockroaches! I also have videos but unfortunately booking doesn’t let me upload them

This place exceeded our expectations all the way through. The location was just heavenly. The whole house was beautifully maintained and the decor was very very sensitively done. You are welcomed by snow mountains on each side with a gorgeous lake in the front. The street leading to Iseltwald is heavenly. The kitchen was very well equipped and each bathroom was well stocked. We have stayed at so many places where they try to save up on pennies and do not provide enough stock but it was a pleasant surprise here. The neighbours were great and we couldnt have been happier about our choice.

Absolutely nothing that i could think of right now. It could definitely be a little less costly but then who wouldnt want that :)

The location and the view around the unit. It was winter when we came and the view was stunning. It may be the best during summer and maybe autumn or spring too..

Not much, maybe just the partitions between the room as it may looked and felt bigger if the dining and sala are open..

This place is ideal for a long stay (5 days or more) as it has a barbeque, a spacious living room with many board games available. Ideal for spending a day inside.

The pillows are a little on the hard side and the mattresses are a bit springy but other than that everything else is very nice
