Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro y de la costanera. Super cómodo el departamento, bien equipado y viene de 10 que tenga dos baños y dos duchas. A veces teníamos problemas con la temperatura del agua pero nada grave. También tuvimos complicaciones con la calefacción del departamento, ya que en Argentina no usamos ese sistema. Pero la chica que nos recibió muy atenta y amable.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026At the first sight the building and common areas you believe that the apartment is filthy and bad maintained, but is exactly the opposite is absolutely clean and well maintained. Everything works perfectly and every need its solve by the owner Cecilia herself.
Common areas and garage maybe couple be more organized and functional, for instance a bench to wait Uber could be helpful. Apartments are side by side and wall are quite thin, so you have to be quite, otherwise you could be annoyed neighbor.

We didn't meet the owner but she answered all questions very quickly on WhatsApp. Check-in instructions were clear on how to enter and get the keys. After being in a small campervan for a month this apartment was heaven for 2 people. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, towels and comfortable bed. The cleaning lady did a load of laundry for us in the apartment next door since our apartment didn't have a washer. There is parking for one vehicle but you have to reserve it before hand. The apartment is well located and walking distance to attractions and grocery stores. I highly recommend this rental.

The price is a bit high. However, this seems to be the rule almost everywhere in Punta Arenas and the surrounding area.

Steps to upper floor a couple inches higher than normal and there is no handrail. Otherwise this place is really nice.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2024The property is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the city, with a pizza place and sushi bar a 1 minute walk away. The owner is lovely and speaks perfect English. The property is gated which meant we felt safe - not that you feel unsafe in Punta Arenas mind you!
The apartment we stayed in didn’t have a washing machine which was a shame but not a drama. We just had to ensure to pack enough clothing for our week long stay.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2023Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.
There were honestly no negatives.
